본 연구는 고객서비스에 관한 기본적인 이해와 함께 관광산업에 있어서의 성공적인 고객서비스의 제공을 위한 전략 빚 고객서비스의 실패에 따른 회복전략을 이론 및 사례를 통해 살펴보고자 하였다. 고객만족의 경영시대에 기업의 경쟁력 확보를 위해서는 고객서비스의 핵심을 파악하고, 고객서비스에 있어 고객을 기준으로 생각하고, 준비하고, 제공함으로써 고객만족을 달성 해야만 한다. The objective of this study is to lead balanced development of tourism industry by proving the nature of customer service which is one of the service characters as well as ultimate goal of tourism industry. This paper contains a few case studies of service industry customer service and proposed desirable development plan.<br/> This study tried differentiate customer service from management side in its role. Meanwhile, management and tourism industry integration, partly in the service channel, is a task to be studied continuously in terms of customer satisfaction.<br/> Customer service should utilize for social welfare and improving the finn's competitiveness in the tourism industry.

Because the face of population ageing is much faster, early diagnosis of the eye diseases is important. As for the diagnosis, a fundus photography is popular. However, it is very difficult to make exact diagnosis due to blurred images, diagnosis time and human errors, which results in misdiagnosis and blindness in worst case scenario. To solve the problems, machine learning based diagnosis systems were suggested. However, the machine learning based systems inevitably contained expert parameters, like C for margins and gamma for boundary conditions as in support vector machines. Recently, as deep learning methods have been popular, the convolutional neural network (CNN) based image classifications are being used for eye disease diagnosis. However, the previous researches did not use balanced datasets and showed only accuracies for performance verifications. This paper proposes deep learning based eye disease diagnosis systems and balanced datasets are used for better performance. In addition, F1 score and receiver operation characteristic (ROC) curve with area under ROC curve (AUC) including accuracies are measured for exact performance verification. As for classes, normal, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, cataracts, glaucoma, and pathological myopia, i.e., six classes are defined. Moreover, as a dataset, total 4965 data images are used. From the experimental result, we achieved 0.901 as an average F1 score.
모험관광 참가와 여가몰입, 여가만족, 및 생활만족의 관계

여가활동 참가자들의 특성을 파악하고, 여가활동 형태에 따른 참가만족과 생활만족간의 관계를 규명한 연구들은 최근 증가하고 있으나, 모험관광의 여가만족도 및 생활만족도에 미치는 효과에 대한 연구는 미약한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 모험관광 참여자의 참여형태, 여가몰입, 여가만족도 및 생활만족 도간의 영향관계를 구명하여 건전한 여가활동이 정착될 수 있도록 하는 데 이론적 기초를 제공하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to identify characteristics of leisure activity participants and to investigate the correlation between leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction according to the type of leisure activities. This study provide the theoretical and strategic insight to the marketers and policy makers for developing sound leisure activities.
