Angioedma is a group of disorders with multifactorial etiology but a similar clinical expression, is characterized by swelling of subcutaneous or submucosal tissue. Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) is a chronic multi-systemtic disease characterized by inflammation and tissue damage resulting from deposition of auto-antibodies and immune complex. We experienced a case of angioedema which was the first manifestation of SLE in 24-year old female patient. She had suffered from severe facial edema and multiple lymphadenopathy for six months and she also had pleural effusion, positive anti-nuclear and anti-DNA antibody test. Marked decrease of C3 and C4 levels was noted with normal antigenic level, and activity of Cl esterase inhibitor. The angioedema was not improved with anti-hitamine agents and instead disappeared with use of corticosteroid and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Complement levels nor- malized after corticosteroid treament. We report a case of SLE which initial manifestation was angioedema.

중앙행정기관 목표 모호성에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구 -모니터링, 정치적 현저성을 중심으로-

본 연구는 한국 중앙행정기관의 목표 모호성에 미치는 영향요인들에 대해 분석하였다. 구체적으로 모니터링과 정치적 현저성이 정부기관 목표 모호성에 미치는 영향요인에 대해실증 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 한국의 중앙행정기관의 우선순위 목표 모호성은 국정감사와 정보공개청구를 통해 조직의 목표가 명확해지는 반면 자체평가위원 수가 많고 의회,대통령, 대중의 관심이 높을수록 목표가 더 모호해 지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지시적목표 모호성은 법률적인 부분으로서 자체평가위원들이 많을수록 그리고 의회의 관심이 높아질수록 목표가 더 모호해 지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 평가적 목표 모호성은 모니터링이 높을수록 목표가 더 모호해 지는 반면, 정치적 관심이 높을수록 조직의 평가적목표는 명확해 지는 것으로 나타났다. This research analyzes the determinant factors of organizational Goal Ambiguity in Korean central administration. Specifically, it is an empirical research about how monitoring, political salience affect government goal ambiguity. This research offer import implication through investigating 38 Korean central administration. First, this research does not perform case study but conducts empirical research. Second, many preceding researches are concerned with privatization of public organizations in terms of principal-agency theory. However, this study considers administrative agency as a principal an agent with monitoring. It enables to narrowing the difference of information gap. Thus, organizational goal comes into focus. Third, this study provides comprehensive research, carry out political salience and goal ambiguity of administrative agency.

유통경로 거래관계에서 영업사원의 고객 공감, 적응적 판매, 성과간 관계

기업의 경쟁력 확보를 위해 고객과의 접점에 있는 영업사원의 역할을 점차 중요해지고 있다. 영업사원의 역할이 점차 증가하는 가장 큰 이유는 영업사원의 성과가 곧바로 기업의 매출로 연결될 수 있기 때문이다. 특히 거래 규모와 거래 지속기간이 상대적으로 큰 기업간 거래관계에서 영업사원의 성과는 더욱 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 추세에 맞게 영업사원의 성과와 관련된 연구가 국내외적으로 다양하게 진행되어 왔다. 하지만 기업간 거래관계에서 공감, 적응적 판매, 성과간의 관계를 다루는 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 유통경로 거래관계에서 영업사원의 고객 공감, 적응적 판매, 성과간의 관계를 영업사원 관점으로 실증함으로 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공하는데 있다. 본 연구는 연구 모형을 실증하기 위하여 영업사원을 대상으로 영업사원의 고객 공감, 적응적 판매, 성과에 대하여 고객관점이 아닌 영업사원 관점의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 기존 연구결과를 토대로 제시된 영업사원의 고객 공감과 적응적 판매의 관계, 적응적 판매와 관계적 성과의 관계, 관계적 성과와 경제적 성과의 관계 등 모든 가설이 지지 되었다. 본 연구는 유통경로 관계와 같은 기업간 관계에서 공감(인지적 공감, 정서적 공감), 적응적 판매, 성과(관계적 성과, 경제적 성과)간 관계를 실증하였다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구를 수행하는 과정에서 나타난 다양한 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구 진행방향을 제시하였다. In a business-to-business context, competition is not only substantial but also the structure of the competitive mix and sales revenues are subjected to greater volatility and change. Owing to demand uncertainty, industry structure and variations in competitive conditions, firms invest considerably in personal selling. Previous studies that examined the role of empathy and adaptive selling on business-to-business salesperson performance is limited in terms of scope and yielded insufficient evidence. This research aimed to establish and test an empirical model for the structural relationships among salesperson s empathy, adaptive selling and performance in distribution channel relationships. For this purpose, we suggested literature review related empathy, adaptive selling, performance based on prior researches. For the purpose of this goal, four hypotheses were drawn from the previous researches. To verify these hypotheses, 190 data were collected as samples, and the data were tested by reliability test, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis. The overall implications to researchers and practitioners are presented, and limits and further study directionwere discussed at the end of paper.

전략 고객 관리 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

Purpose: This research aimed to establish and test an empirical model for the factors affecting strategic account management performance. Design/methodology/approach: We described strategic accounts based on a related literature review and examined various researches in order to provide a broad understanding of strategic account management as well as to explain it. To verify the hypotheses, 424 data were collected as samples. The data were tested by a reliability test, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results/findings: There were significant positive relationships between the factors affecting strategic account management and performance. Research implications/limitations: This study suggested academical and practical implications by presenting the factors affecting strategic account management. However, all factors affecting strategic account management are not considered. Future work/research: Thus, future researches should consider other various factors such as competition, consumer, company and industry factors. Originality/value: This study performed a pioneering research on strategic account management in Korea. 연구목적: 본 연구는 전략 고객 관리의 중요성이 증대하는 상황에서 전략 고객 관리 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구 설계 및 방법론: 전략 고객 관리에 대한 기존 연구와 실무진과의 면담을 통해서 가설을 도출하고 설문문항을 작성하였다. 국내 제조업체를 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 424부를 최종적으로 분석하였다. 신뢰성, 타당성 분석을 실시하였고, 모형의 검증을 위해서 다중 회귀 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 및 연구 결과: 분석결과 전략 고객 관리의 활동 강도, 거래 기간, 최고 경영진 관여, 자원 활용, 공식화 정도는 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 시사점 및 연구의 한계점: 본 연구는 전략 고객 관리 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 살펴봄으로써 연구의 공백을 채울 수 있었다. 하지만, 전략 고객 관리 성과에 영향을 미치는 모든 요인을 고려하지는 못하였다는 한계점이 있다. 향후 연구방향: 향후 연구에서는 전략 고객 관리에 영향을 미치는 경쟁 요인, 고객 요인, 기업 요인, 산업 요인과 같은 다른 추가적인 요인들을 고려할 필요가 있다. 공헌점: 국내 전략 고객 관리 성과에 미치는 영향을 미치는 선구적인 연구로서의 가치를 지니고 있다.

자치분권과 중앙-지방 균형발전의 거시적 분석: 지방자치법 전부개정을 중심으로

1948년 헌법에 지방자치제도가 보장되고, 1949년에 지방자치법이 제정된 이래 지방자치법 전부개정이 확정되었다. 그동안 지방자치법이 발달해 온 과정을 살펴보는 것은 단순한 과거 지방자치제도의 회고 외에도 오늘날 지방자치제도를 정확히 이해하고 나아가 미래의 지방자치제도의 개선을 위해서도 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 지방자치제도의 변천과 성과를 살펴보고, 전부 개정의 주요내용을 분석함으로써 앞으로 지방자치단체와 지방의회의 유연한 대응을 위한 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 지방자치법 개정안의 주요쟁점은 자치권 측면에서 사무배분 원칙과 기관구성 형태로, 지방의회 측면에서는 지방의회 인사권 독립, 정책지원 전문인력, 지방의회 운영자율화로 나누어 살펴보았다. 자치분권의 쟁점과 대응방안에 대한 분석결과, 사무배분과 역할분담 설계, 지역특성을 반영한 기관구성 형태 다양화, 국가와 지방자치단체의 관계에 주목한 거버넌스 구축 등이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 나아가 자치분권 시대에 대응하기 위한 종합적 역량강화를 키우고 지방의회 및 전문가 참여의 총괄기구 설치가 우선되어야 할 것이다. This study explores the amendment of Local Autonomy Law with five tasks. Five tasks include 1)distinct allocation of bureaucratic tasks between national and local governments, 2)the diversification of local governments’ organizational structure, 3)the independent authority over human resources, 4)professional personnel for policy assistance, and 5)operational flexibility. Based on these five tasks, the results of the analysis proposed strategies. In addition to the retrospective of the past local system, it is necessary to understand the updated local autonomy system. This study aims to present directions for a response of local governments and councils by examining the contents of revisions of the law. According to the results, a governance system that focuses on the relationship between the central and local government is necessary for balanced development. Moreover, the establishment of an organization for the participation of local councils strengthens comprehensive capabilities to cope with the era of decentralization of autonomy.
