The objective of this study is to evaluate surface temperature and heat flux distribution of steel during jet impingement quenching by inverse heat transfer analysis. It is very hard to measure heat transfer characteristics on a surface without disturbing the flow of the working fluid. Therefore, we estimate the surface temperature and heat flux using inverse analysis based on temperature data measured at internal points. An inverse heat transfer formulation using a two dimensional finite volume method has been developed. The formulation was verified, and the numerical results obtained by the formulation were well matched with previous studies.

Currently, in the disaster response process, problems such as limited government responsiveness and the lack of expertise and specialized human resources are emerging. There is an urgent need to introduce an educational course to strengthen systematic specialized education in order to cultivate the necessary job knowledge and on-site responsiveness. Therefore, this paper presents a proposal for introducing a long-term course in the field of disaster safety. The paper analyzes the current state of disaster safety management systems and specialized education and introduces long-term courses in the field of disaster safety through analysis of the government s response to the occurrence of existing large-scale disasters and analysis of questionnaires. The necessity was confirmed in the study, and an improvement plan of the current law and system for establishing the long-term course is proposed. The results showed that there is a need for education to cultivate the expertise of disaster safety management civil servants and the ability to solve problems in the field. Based on the analysis of questionnaires, the basis for promoting the introduction of long-term courses was set up, and it was possible to separately present institutional improvement plans such as securing capacity. The study may contribute to the realization of a safer society through the training of Korean-style emergency managers to develop both disaster safety management ability and the ability to solve problems. 현재 재난 대응과정에서 정부 대응력의 한계와 전문인력의 전문성 부족 등의 문제가 대두되고 있어, 체계적이고 전문적인교육을 통해 필요한 직무지식을 함양하고 현장 대응력을 강화하기 위한 교육과정 도입이 시급한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문은재난안전분야의 장기교육과정 도입방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 재난안전 관리체계 및 전문교육현황을 분석하고, 기존의 대규모 재난 발생에 따른 정부의 대응현황 분석과 설문 분석을 통해 재난안전분야 장기교육과정도입의 필요성을 도출하였으며, 장기교육과정 정착을 위한 현행 법·제도의 개선방안을 도출하였다. 그 결과 재난안전 관리공무원의 전문성과 현장에서 문제를 해결할 수 있는 역량을 배양하기 위한 교육의 필요성을 도출할 수 있었으며, 설문분석을통해 장기교육과정 도입의 추진 근거를 마련하고, 별도정원 확보 등 제도적 개선방안을 제시할 수 있었다. 향후, 재난안전관리 역량 및 문제상황 해결능력 등 전문성을 겸비한 한국형 위기관리자를 양성하여 안전한 사회 구현에 기여할 수 있을것으로 생각된다.

드론을 활용한 산업이 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 군집비행 연구는 산업 분야, 군사 분야에서 주요작업 성공확률을 높일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 전파 음영지역에서의 드론의 군집비행 제어를 위해 얼굴인식을 바탕으로 위치제어를 수행한다. 이러한 기능의 구현을 통해 드론의 효과적인 군집비행이 가능할 것이며 정밀한 제어가 요구되는 분야에서 이용 가능할 것으로 기대된다. 향후 추가적인 제어방식으로 개선할 것이다.
스마트폰을 이용한 원격 재활이 영상표시단말기 작업자의 머리 위치 및 목 기능장애에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of using smartphones for tele-rehabilitation on head position and neck dysfunction in workers with visual display terminal (VDT) syndromes over a four-week period. Methods: Sixteen VDT workers volunteered to participate in stretch exercise and posture education sessions. The subjects were divided into three groups as follows: five subjects in the visit group (VSG), six subjects in the video group (VEG), and five subjects in tele-rehabilitation group (TG). The subjects in all the groups performed the exercises three days per week for four weeks. Cranial rotation angle (CRA), craniovertebral angle (CVA) measurement, and neck disability index (NDI) tests were performed before and four weeks after the intervention. Results: No significant difference in the CRA and CVA variables was found among groups. No significant difference in the CRA variable was found within each group. A significant difference in the CRA variable was found in the VSG after the four-week intervention. No significant difference in NDI was found among the groups. The NDIs among all the groups were significantly decreased after the intervention when compared with the NDIs measured before the intervention. Conclusion: The use of smartphones in the tele-rehabilitation of VDT workers with neck pain was found to be as effective on neck function as the conventional intervention method. The tele-rehabilitation of VDT workers with neck dysfunctions may be presented as an alternative way.
