자유학기제에 관한 중학교 교사의 관심도 및 실행수준 분석

본 연구는 중학교 교사들의 자유학기제 관련 관심도와 실행수준을 연구하고자 하였다. 또한 교사들의 자유학기제 관심과 실행에 영향을 주는 교사관련 변인들을 함께 연구하여 효과적인 교육정책 실행을 위한 교사관련 변인은 무엇인지 탐구하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부산광역시에 중학교에 재직 중인 242명의 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였고 이중 207명의 자료를 분석하였다. 교사의 자유학기제 관심도와 실행도의 변화를 예측하는 변인으로는 성별, 교직경력, 담당교과 및 자유학기제 연수 횟수 등을 설정하여 함께 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 자유학기제에 대한 중학교 교사들의 배경변인별 관심도는 성별, 담당교과, 교직경력 및 연수 횟수 변인에 따른 관심도와 관심도 하위 단계별로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자유학기제 실행수준을 교사관련 배경 변인별로 살펴보면, 성별을 제외한 담당교과, 교직경력 및 연수 횟수 변인에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자유학기제 관련 교사의 관심도와 실행수준은 정적 상관관계에 있는 것으로 나타났다. The objective of this study was to analyze the levels of teachers’ concern and levels of use during a free learning semester developed using the concerns-based adoption model. The research subjects were chosen using the random sampling method. Nearly 240 middle school teachers were chosen from 25 schools in Busan, but only 207 respondents were included in this study based on the exclusion of unacceptable and missing data. A questionnaire based on the concerns-based adoption model was used as an analyzing tool. Also, a multi-variate analysis of variance (MANOVA) was used simultaneously. The results are as follows: First, the stages of concern were different according to gender, charged subject, career and training frequency. Second, the levels of use were different according to charged grade, subject, career and training frequency. The more workshops, the higher the concerns and implementations they had about the free learning semester. Third, there is a positive relation between levels of concern and use.

생태적 지위(Ecological Niche) 이론에 대한 검토 및 제언

본 연구에서는 생태적 지위 이론(개념과 정의)의 시대별 변화를 검토하여 이를 바탕으로 동식물의 서식지 관련 연구에 이론적 토대를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 1900년대부터 현재까지 진행되고 있는 국내·외 생태적 지위에 대한 시대별 주요 논의 동향을 검토하고 분석·정리하였다. 생태학이 발달한 미국, 유럽 등에서는 생태적 지위 이론에 대한 이론적, 실증적 연구가 1900년대 초부터 현재까지 지속해서 이루어지고 있다. 특히, 1900년대 초를 생태적 지위 개념이 태동한 시기라고 한다면 1900년대 중반은 개념이 성장한 시기고, 1900년대 중반에서 후반까지는 개념이 고도화된 시기다. 이렇게 고도화된 개념은 2000년대 접어들어 다양한 기술과 연구 방법 및 분야의 발달에 따라 적용 분야에 따라 다양화가 진행되었다. 이러한 논의를 종합하면, 한 종의 생태적 지위를 정의하는데 고려되어야 할 요소는 1) 대상종의 개체군 동태, 2) 개체군을 유지할 수 있는 모든 생물적 환경 조건(먹이망 상의 먹이 관계와 물질 흐름), 3) 개체군을 유지할 수 있는 모든 비생물적 환경 조건(물리적 환경 조건), 4) 대상종과 생물, 비생물 환경 인자와 이들 환경 인자 간의 모든 직·간접적 상호작용, 5) 대상종의 이동 능력이나 유전적 다양성과 변화에 의한 적응력 등을 포함하는 대응 및 적응 메커니즘 등이었다. 국외의 상황과 달리 국내에서는 생태적 지위에 대한 충분한 이론적, 철학적, 실증적 고찰이 이루어지지 않았다. 그린넬, 엘튼, 허친슨에 의해 제시된 개념과 정의가 선택적으로 일부만 소개되거나, 용어에 관한 설명 없이 단순히 차용되고 있었다. 생태적 지위 이론이 서식지 기반의 생물종 보전과 복원을 위한 토대가 된다는 점에서 생태적 지위에 대한 이론적, 실증적 연구와 연구 방법의 다양화와 고도화 그리고 기술적 발전이 추진되어야 할 것이다. 이는 우리나라 생태학 분야의 학문적 발전뿐만 아니라 생태계와 생물다양성의 효과적이고 성공적인 보전 및 복원을 위한 정책 수립과 시행의 중요한 토대를 제공할 것이다. This study reviewed the change of theory of ecological niche(concepts and definitions) over time to provide a theoretical basis for habitat-related studies of animals and plants. Accordingly, it analyzed and summarized the major discussion trends of ecological niche worldwide in each period from the 1900s to the present. Countries advanced in ecological studies, such as the EU and the USA, have conducted theoretical and empirical studies on the ecological niche since the early 1990s. The concept of the ecological niche was introduced in the early 1900s, developed in the mid-1900s, and advanced from the mid-1900s to the late 1900s. Since the 2000s, the advanced concept has diversified with new developments in technologies and research methods. The factors suggested by theoretical and empirical studies in defining the ecological niche of a species include 1) population dynamics of the target species, 2) all biotic conditions to sustain a population (food relationship and material flow in the food chain), 3) all non-biotic conditions to sustain a population (physical environmental conditions), 4) all direct and indirect interactions between these environmental factors, and 5) response and adaptation mechanisms that include the migratory ability of the target species or genetic diversity and adaptability to change. Unlike such international advancement, there have not been sufficient theoretical, philosophical, and empirical studies of ecological niche in Korea. The concepts and definitions by Greennell, Elton, and Hutchinson were selectively and partially borrowed for empirical studies without full description. Considering that the theory of ecological niche becomes the foundation for habitat-based species conservation and restoration, it is necessary to seek diversification and advancement of theoretical and empirical research and research methods and technological development. It will provide an important foundation for the academic advancement of ecology and for establishing and implementing policies to preserve and restore ecology and biodiversity effectively and successfully in Korea.

자아 일치성과 기능적 일치성이 관광객 행동의도에 미치는 영향

The objective of this study was to identify the relationship among self-congruity, functional-congruity, and tourist`s behavioral intention. In particular, this study focused on showing the role of self-congruity and functional-congruity which have a significant effect on tourist`s behavioral intentions. To achieve the purpose, 344 questionnaires were collected from potential tourists. As the result, the factors of functional-congruity(food, heritage, leisure, and nature) have a significant effect on tourist`s behavioral intention, and there is no the significant relationship between self-congruity and tourist`s behavioral intention. limitations and future research directions of the study were also discussed.

일제하 경성부의 근대식 한옥 개발은 조선인 디벨로퍼의 주도로 1920년대에 본격화되었다. 이들이 등장한 배경은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일본인의 이주와 조선인의 이농으로 인구가 급증했다. 특히 일본인의 근거지가 청계천 이북으로확장되면서, 지가가 상승하고 기존 필지를 분할하는 압축적인 개발이 나타났다. 둘째, 식민지 당국의 주거대책 부재로,조선인의 주택난이 극심하였다. 셋째, 조선인 건설업자들은 토목공사 입찰에서 배제되어 조선인 대상 주택을 주로 건설하였다. 정세권 선생의 건양사와 같은 근대적 디벨로퍼들은 토지 매입, 분필, 주택 설계와 개발, 분양 등 근대적 부동산 개발 방식을 통해 조선인에게 근대식 한옥을 공급했다. 이들의 활동으로 1920~30년대 경성부에 10~40평형대의 근대식 한옥 단지가 형성되었다. After colonization by the Japanese Empire, Seoul had experienced structural changes duringthe 1920s. As the number of residents increased dramatically, the land price of Seoul began to skyrocket,bringing about a new type of real estate developers. They invented a new type of hanok, which is verysmall compared to a traditional hanok, by dividing a large parcel of land into several small pieces. Thesehanoks were built by Korean developers who ran their business like modern developers today-acquiringlarge piece of land, developing and selling the property, and even providing financing schemes to buyersin some cases. However, the Korean developers mainly provided housing to the poor Koreans suffering from housingshortage. At the time, many Koreans worried that the City of Seoul would turn into a Japanese city, sincethe Japanese were trying to expand their real estate development to the north of Cheonggyecheon. However,their development plans have been neglected, as a result of the development activity of the KoreanJerry-builders in the north. The purpose of this paper is to reevaluate the role of the Korean developers inreal estate development during the colonization period, especially in the 1920s.
