        한국어 교실에서의 상호문화 감수성 함양을 위한 교육 방안 효과 검증 연구

        This study aims to discuss teaching and learning strategies for enhancing intercultural competence among Korean language learners. While cultural education in Korean language instruction has been a topic of extensive discussion, it often remains limited to teaching traditional culture, posing challenges in improving learners' intercultural competence. Therefore, it is essential to prioritize understanding intercultural interactions among learners in the context of Korean language education, given the presence of learners from diverse national backgrounds. this manuscript, firstly, we review literature related to intercultural education and summarize the need for this study based on previous research. Secondly, we aim to propose strategies that can actually help learners develop intercultural competence and implement them in real classroom settings, subsequently seeking to validate their effectiveness.

        Analysis of IE62 mutations found in Varicella-Zoster virus vaccine strains for transactivation activity

        Live attenuated vaccine strains have been developed for Varicella- Zoster virus (VZV). Compared to clinically isolated strains, the vaccine strains contain several non-synonymous mutations in open reading frames (ORFs) 0, 6, 31, 39, 55, 62, and 64. In particular, ORF62, encoding an immediate-early (IE) 62 protein that acts as a transactivator for viral gene expression, contains six non-synonymous mutations, but whether these mutations affect transactivation activity of IE62 is not understood. In this study, we investigated the role of non-synonymous vaccine-type mutations (M99T, S628G, R958G, V1197A, I1260V, and L1275S) of IE62 in Suduvax, a vaccine strain isolated in Korea, for transactivation activity. In reporter assays, Suduvax IE62 showed 2- to 4-fold lower transactivation activity toward ORF4, ORF28, ORF29, and ORF68 promoters than wild-type IE62. Introduction of individual M99T, S628G, R958G, or V1197A/ I1260V/L1275S mutations into wild-type IE62 did not affect transactivation activity. However, the combination of M99T within the N-terminal Sp transcription factor binding region and V1197A/I1260V/L1275S within the C-terminal serineenriched acidic domain (SEAD) significantly reduced the transactivation activity of IE62. The M99T/V1197A/I1260V/ L1275S mutant IE62 did not show considerable alterations in intracellular distribution and Sp3 binding compared to wild-type IE62, suggesting that other alteration(s) may be responsible for the reduced transactivation activity. Collectively, our results suggest that acquisition of mutations in both Met 99 and the SEAD of IE62 is responsible for the reduced transactivation activity found in IE62 of the VZV vaccine strains and contributes to attenuation of the virus.

        엉덩관절 관절가동술과 자가-운동이 엘리트 배드민턴 선수의 관절가동성과 신체균형능력, 점프력, 스매시 속도에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: This study examined the effects of various interventions for improving the hip joint range of motion on elite badminton players, including body balance ability, jumping power, smash speed, and joint range of motion. METHODS: The study was conducted on elite badminton players belonging to the S badminton team in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do, and the M badminton team in Suwon, Gyeonggi-do. Twenty-one elite badminton players were selected; they were assigned randomly to Experimental Group 1 (n = 11) and Experimental Group 2 (n = 10). Before and after the intervention, the hip joint range of motion, modified star excursion balance test, Sargent jump, and smash speed were measured. In Experimental Group 1, hip joint manual mobilization was applied by a physical therapist, and hip self-exercise performed by the athletes was applied in Experimental Group 2. This intervention was applied once a day, three times a week, for four weeks. RESULTS: A significant increase in the hip joint range of motion (flexion and extension) and modified star excursion balance test (posteromedial direction) was observed in Experimental Group 1 (hip joint mobilization applied group) compared to Experimental Group 2 (hip joint self-exercise applied group) (p < .05). CONCLUSION: When elite level badminton players require improvement in hip flexion and extension range of motion and posteromedial body balance, hip joint mobilization is more effective than hip self-exercise application.

        한국어교육에서의 대면-비대면 하이브리드 러닝을 활용한 수업 방안 연구

        This study aims to apply hybrid learning, which combines face-to-face and online learning, in Korean language education in Korea to provide learners with more options and to overcome the limitations of online learning due to the changes in education caused by COVID-19. First, a survey was conducted with teachers and learners who experienced hybrid learning in Korean language education institutions to investigate their perceptions and satisfaction with hybrid learning. Statistical verification was also conducted to examine the satisfaction gap between learners and teachers. The study found that hybrid learning can address the problem of interaction that was previously observed in online learning. There was a difference in perception between teachers and learners regarding the satisfaction of the class. To investigate this more specifically, in-depth interviews were conducted with six teachers who participated in the survey. Based on the results of the study, we aimed to explore ways to improve hybrid learning and overcome its limitations. 본 연구는 코로나19로 인한 교육 현장의 변화에 따라 학습자에게 선택권을 부여할 수 있는 대면 수업과 비대면 수업을 병행하는 하이브리드 러닝을 국내 한국어교육 현장에 적용해 보고 비대면 수업이 가지는 한계점을 극복하고자 하였다. 먼저 한국어 교육기관에서 하이브리드 러닝을 경험한 교사와 수업에 참여한 학습자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 통하여 하이브리드 러닝에 대한 인식 및 만족도를 알아보았다. 그리고 학습자와 교사 간 만족도 차이를 알아보기 위하여 통계 검증을 실시하였다. 하이브리드 러닝은 기존에 비대면 수업에서 문제로 나타나던 상호작용의 문제점을 보완할 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 수업의 만족도에 대해 교사와 학습자 간 인식 차이가 존재했다. 이를 구체적으로 살펴보고자 설문조사를 실시한 교사 중에서 5명을 대상으로 심층면담을 진행하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 하이브리드 러닝 문제점을 해소하기 위한 개선 방법을 모색하고자 하였다.

        조선어교재에 나타난 학습 활동 연구-김일성종합대학 출판 <조선어>(2022)를 중심으로-

        To understand the patterns of teaching the Korean language as a foreign language in North Korea, this study examined the learning activities presented in the “Joseoneo” series textbooks Volumes 1 to 5, published by Kim Il Sung University in 2022. These textbooks are the most recently published materials, reflecting the current trends in Korean language education for international students in North Korea. In this study, the framework of learning activities proposed in previous research was adapted and refined to analyze the learning activities in Korean language textbooks, considering their specific characteristics. The results revealed differences in the way learning activities are presented in these textbooks compared to South Korean Korean language textbooks, particularly indicating insufficient emphasis on listening and writing activities. The significance of this study is that it identifies important aspects of Korean language education in North Korea by analyzing learning activities in the most recently published Korean language textbooks, “Joseoneo”.

        사용 정보 기반 추천 서비스를 제공하는 스마트미러 설계 및 구현

        사물인터넷 기술이 발전되면서 인터넷을 통해 상호 연결되는 일상의 사물들이 증가하고 있다. 또한 연결된 사물들을 활용한 많은 스마트 서비스들이 개발되고 있다. 사용자 주변의 사물들 중 거울은 생활 속에서 다양한 역할을 한다는 점에서 광범위한 기능 적용과 서비스 확장이 가능하다. 최근 특정 장소의 특정 목적과 관심사를 가진 사람들이 모인 곳에 설치된 다양한 스마트미러 상품들이 출시되고 있다. 그러나 대부분 제공되는 정보가 한정적이라는 제한사항이 있다. 이를 개선하기 위해 본 논문에서는 사용자 맞춤형 서비스가 가능한 스마트미러를 설계하고 구현한다. 제한하는 스마트미러는 기존 인터넷 서비스에서 제공하고 있는 정보를 활용하여 사용자에게 실시간 교통 정보와 뉴스, 일정, 날씨 등의 생활 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 또한 스마트미러 사용자의 이용 내역을 기반으로 추천 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. Advances in Internet of Things Technology lead to the increasing number of daily-life things that are interconnected over the Internet. Also, several smart services are being developed by utilizing the connected things. Among the daily-life things surrounding user, the mirror can supports broad range of functionality and expandable service as it plays various roles in daily-life. Recently, various smart mirrors have been launched in certain places where people with specific goals and interests meet. However, most mirrors give the user limited information. Therefore, we designed and implemented a smart mirror that can support customized service. The proposed smart mirror utilizes information provided by other existing internet services to give user dynamic information as real_time traffic information, news, schedule, weather, etc. It also supports recommendation service based on user usage information.

        수학교육용 애플리케이션의 유형 및 특징

        본 연구는 수학교육용 애플리케이션의 유형별 특징을 분석하는 연구이다. 과거와 유사하게 문제중심형이 가장 많았지만 최근에는 문제중심형과 개념중심형에 학습자의 학습 상태를 분석하는 인공지능 기능이 포함된 유형이 증가하고 있다. 학습 과정 측면에서는 문제를 해결한 후 틀린 문제에 대한 오답 노트를 제공하여 학습자가 실수한 부분을 확인하고 교정할 수 있도록 해주는 경우가 있었다. 오답 문제에 대한 복습의 기회를 제공하여 개념이나 내용에 대한 이해를 증진하는 것은 교실에서 이루어지는 수학 학습뿐만 아니라 수학교육용 애플리케이션에서도 중요한 요소이다. 또한, 초기 애플리케이션은 사전에 프로그램화된 방식에 따라 일방적으로 학습자료가 제시되는 경우가 많았지만, 최근 개발된 수학교육용 애플리케이션 중에는 학습자가 질문하면 그에 대한 답을 제공받거나, 수학 문제를 만들어 입력하고 답을 얻는 등 상호작용적 구성을 활용하고 있는 애플리케이션이 증가하였다. 스마트 환경에서의 학습에서 우려되는 점으로 학습자의 자기주도적 학습 능력이 낮아질 것으로 우려하는 경우가 많은데, 최근 애플리케이션은 학습 결과 분석, 오답노트 제공, 상호작용적 구성을 통하여 학습자 스스로 자기주도적으로 학습을 구성하고 학습 목표를 성취할 수 있도록 구성된 애플리케이션이 증가하고 있다. This study analyzed the characteristics of each type of math education application. Similar to the past study, problem-oriented types were the most common, but recently, the number of types including artificial intelligence functions that analyze learners' learning status is increasing. In terms of the learning process, there were cases where after solving the problem, a wrong answer note for the wrong question was provided so that learners could check and correct the mistakes. Improving understanding of concepts or contents by providing opportunities to review incorrect answers is an important factor in mathematical education applications as well as mathematical learning in classrooms. In addition, early applications often presented learning materials unilaterally according to a pre-programmed method, but among the recently developed math education applications, there were applications that used interactive composition such as receiving answers when learners ask questions, making, typing, and obtaining answers. Self-directed learning by learners is often feared to decrease as a concern in learning in smart environments. Recently, more and more applications are configured to organize learning self-directed and achieve learning goals through AI analysis of learning results, wrong answer notes, and interactive composition.

        온라인 추천정보와 선호 유사성의 역할: 2단계 구매 의사 결정 모델을 중심으로

        In this study, we try to understand the role of online social recommendation and the similarity of preferences between the recommender and the recommender on consumer decisions in the framework of the two stage purchase decision-making process. Applying construal level theory to our context, we expect that the role of social recommendation and the similarity of preferences would vary over the stages in the two-stage decision making process. To test our hypotheses, we collected the data through an incentive compatible experiment, and analyzed the data with nested logit model. As a result, we found that the role of online social recommendation varies over the stages. Consumers take recommendation from similar others at the stage of consideration set formation, but no longer consider it at the stage of final choice. Consumers take recommendation from dissimilar others at the stage of consideration set formation. At the stage of final choice, however, consumers avoid choosing the option recommended by dissimilar others. The results of our study enrich the understanding about the role of social recommendation, and have implication to marketing practitioners who attempt to make online social recommendation system more efficient.
