제주해녀의 작업 실태조사와 근 골격계 통증, 우울이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this research was to find out the effects on quality of life according to fact-finding characteristics of shell-fishing diving work, farm work, body part-specific musculoskeletal pain and depression of Jeju woman diver (haenyeo) with chronic musculoskeletal disease. Data were 199 haenyeos between 50 and 90 years old residing in S city, Jeju island. dependent variable of multiple regression is quality of life, independent variables are general characteristics, shell-fishing diving work characteristics, farm working characteristics, body part-specific musculoskeletal pain, depression. general characteristics showed significant difference in 'educational level', 'living with whom' index from multiple regression analysis. shell-fishing diving work characteristics showed significant difference in 'career of diving', 'medications' index from multiple regression analysis. farm working characteristics showed significant difference in 'type of farming', 'career of farm working' index from multiple regression analysis. 'depression' index also showed significant difference from multiple regression analysis. Based on the data of this research, A systematic controls are needed continuously to improve Quality of life in jeju women divers. 본 연구는 제주 해녀의 실태조사 및 물질작업, 농 작업 특성과 신체 각 부위별 근 골격계 통증, 우울이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 대한 자료를 제공하였다. 분석 자료는 제주도 S시에 거주하는 50세 이상 90세 미만의 해녀 199명이다. 다중회귀 분석의 종속변수는 삶의 질, 독립변수는 일반적 특성, 물질작업 특성, 농 작업 특성, 신체 각 부위별 근 골격계 통증, 우울로 설정하였다. 다중회귀 분석결과 일반적 특성 중 ‘교육수준’,‘누구와 같이 사는지’요인, 물질작업 특성 중 ‘물질경력’,‘약 복용형태’ 요인, 농 작업 특성 중 ‘농사종류’와 ‘농사경력’ 요인이 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, '우울' 또한 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구의 결과를 기초로, 해녀의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 지속적이고 체계적인 관리가 필요하다.
Effect of Vibratory Stimulation on Recovery of Muscle function from Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness

This study was designed to investigate the effect of vibratory stimulation on recovery of muscle function from delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). Volunteers performed 3 set of 70 % maximal voluntary eccentric muscle contraction and induced DOMS. volunteers were allocated to one of three treatment group after DOMS : groupⅠ (control), groupⅡ (ultrasound), groupⅢ (vibration). Maximal Voluntary Isometric Contraction (MVIC), Visual Analog Scale (VAS), Range Of Motion (ROM), Root Mean Square (RMS),Median frequency (MDF), Blood Serum Creatine Kinase (CK), Lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) were recorded at baseline, and 24,48, 72 hours post-exercise. In MVIC measurement, there was a statistically significant difference in groupⅢ compared to groupⅠ(p < .05). In VAS measurements, there were a statistically significant difference in groupⅡ and Ⅲ compared to groupⅠ (p < .05). In ROM measurement, there was a statistically difference in groupⅡ and Ⅲ compared to group Ⅰ (p < .05). In Muscle Volume with Ultrasonography measurement, there was no statistically significant difference in any groups (p > .05). In RMS and MDF measurement,there were a statistically significant difference in groupⅡ and Ⅲ compared to groupⅠ (p < .05). In Blood samples of CK and LDH measurements, There were no statistically significant difference in any groups (p > .05). From the above result, Vibratory stimulation had a positive effect on recovery of muscle function from delayed onset muscle soreness. Further studies should be undertaken to ascertain the more effectiveness of vibratory stimulation and may be a promising treatment modality.
탈황분진을 활용한 친환경 안정재의 심층혼합공법 적용성 평가

본 연구에서는 기존의 심층혼합처리공법용 안정재의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 탈황분진을 이용하여 개발한 친환경 지반안정재(CMD-SOIL)의 적용성을 평가하기 위해 실내배합시험 및 현장시험시공을 실시하였다. 실내배합시험 결과 함수비, 투입비 및 W/B 변화에 따른 CMD-SOIL의 일축압축강도가 기존의 고로슬래그 시멘트와 비교하여 최대 1.136배 큰 것으로 나타났고, 패각이 함유된 흙 재료에서는 최대 1.222배, 부상토가 혼합된 시료에서는 최대 1.363배 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한 현장시험시공 결과, 실내배합강도와 현장강도의 비(λ)가 0.77로 나타나 기존의 연구결과(λ=2/3)와 유사한 경향을 보이고 있어 기존의 안정재와 비교하여 동등 이상의 성능을 발휘할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. In this study, laboratory mixture design test and field test were performed to evaluate applicability of eco-friendly binder material (CMD−SOIL) using desulfurized dust in deep cement mixing method (DCM). As a result of laboratory mixture design test, the uniaxial compressive strength of CMD−SOIL was up to 1.136 times bigger than slag cement by changing the water content, mixing rate, and W/B. Also, it had shown the strength up to 1.222 times bigger in shell content and up to 1.363 times in mixing of floating soil. As a result of field test, field strength/laboratory design criterion strength ratio (λ) is shown 0.77. And this result was similar to earlier studies. From this result, CMD−SOIL can show the same efficiency compared with existing binder.
반복삼축압축시험을 이용한 주문진 표준사의 동적변형특성 분석

In this study, the modified cyclic triaxial tests with Joomunjin standard sand are performed for dynamic deformation characteristics, such as Young’s moduli and damping ratio. The cyclic triaxial test is equipped with Local Displacement Transducer (LDT) on the outside of a cell which has a range from 10-4 to 10-1 of shear strains, (%), instead of conventional cyclic triaxial test which has linear variable displacement transducer (LVDT) with low precision. With the small strain control, tests were carried out at various loading rates, void ratios, and effective confining pressures. Based on the test results, such as dynamic deformation characteristics, shear modulus, and damping ratio, it is found that the test can measure more range of medium strains (0.02-0.2%) than results obtained from conventional test (resonant column test). For the medium strain range, dynamic deformation characteristics investigated by the cyclic triaxial test are also different from those predicted by nonlinear model in conventional test.

Dynamic deformation charateristics of soils have been investigated through small strain control due to its sensitive particle structures. Joomunjin standard sand and Saemangeum dregded soils was tested using improved cyclic triaxial test. As a result, the study produces a new nonlinear model by normalizing maximum shear modulus(Gmax) and the new nonlinear model proprely describes the dynamic deformation characteristics of full range from 10-4 to 10-1 that combines results obtained from resonant column test and monotonic triaxial test.
새만금 지역의 액상화 평가 및 향후 구조물 기초 설계시 액상화 영향의 고려방안 (II)

선행연구에서 국내의 대표적인 매립지인 새만금 방조제 지역을 대상으로 액상화 평가방법에 따른 액상화 발생 가능성을 예측 되었다. 또한 검토대상 지역의 깊이 10m 이내에 기초 또는 지중구조물이 구축될 경우 액상화에 따른 피해가 예상되었고, 향후 기초 또는 구조물 설치 위치에 따른 세밀한 검토가 필요한 것으로 판단되었다. 이 연구에서는 실제 여러 지역에서의 다양한 지진피해사례를 토대로 액상화가 근입깊이에 따른 기초에 미치는 영향에 대해 고찰하였다. 이 검토를 통해 새만금 지역에서 향후 구조물 기초 설계시 액상화 영향의 고려방안을 제시하였다. In the preceding study, the possibility of liquefaction according to the liquefaction evaluation methods was predicted in Saemangeum reclamation area for tide embankment, Jeollabuk-do, Korea. The risk of liquefaction was also expected when foundations and underground structures were built at a depth within 10m below ground surface, and meticulous care was required in the design of them in the future. This study considered the effect of the embedded depth for foundation design regarding liquefaction based on the various earthquake data from literatures. On the basis of the results of this study, an alternative consideration in foundation design for liquefaction was proposed for the Saemangeum area.
