충북지역 중등학생의 건강식생활 관련 식행동과 영양관리 정책에 대한 인식

Purpose: This study aimed to analyze perception on nutrition policies and dietary behavior. Methods: A survey was conducted on 130 students of middle and high schools located in Chungbuk from July 11, 2022 to July 15, 2022. One hundred and twenty returned questionnaires (92.3%) were used for the final analysis. Results: The level of implementing sugar intake reduction was 2.69 points, and the awareness level of the need for sugar intake reduction was 3.52 points. For dietary behavior related to sugar intake reduction, ‘Drink white milk instead of sweetened milk’ had the highest performance level, with 3.44 points. In comparison, ‘Check nutritional information and choose products that are low in sugar’ had the lowest level, with 2.34 points. The average preference for salty food was 3.33 points. The level of implementing sodium intake reduction was 2.98 points, and the awareness level of the need for sodium intake reduction was 3.72 points. For high-salt dietary behavior, ‘Enjoy fried rice or bowls of rice covered by other ingredients’ had the highest performance level with 3.50 points, while for dietary behavior related to sodium reduction, ‘Ask for sodium reduction in ordering food at restaurants’ had the lowest level with 1.77 points. Regarding the sugar and sodium intake reduction policy, 38.3% and 30.0% of subjects responded that there was a lack of policy promotion. Conclusion: Efforts should be made to increase the recognition rate of the government's nutrition policy and effectively conduct policy-related nutrition education.
공유모빌리티 활성화 방안에 대한 연구 -MaaS와 모빌리티 허브를 중심으로

공유 모빌리티는 디지털 기술을 기반으로 이용이 편리하고, 다양한 수요에 대응 가능한 지속가능한 교통 수단이다. 스마트 모빌리티 사회로 진입하면서 공유 모빌리티를 활용하여 기존의 교통문제를 효율적으로 해결하고, 기존의 교통체계와 연결하여 seamless한 통행을 제공하고자하는 취지로 최근 MaaS와 Mobility Hub가 도입되고 있다. MaaS와 Mobility Hub에 대한 여러 연구자료와 사례를 검토하여 각각의 개념과 동향을 파악해보았다. 두 공유모빌리티 활성화 방안에 대해 정리해본 결과 MaaS와 Mobility Hub는 별개로 도입되는 추세임을 확인해볼 수 있었다. 그러나 MaaS와 Mobility Hub는 비슷한 취지로 고안되었고, 여러 접점이 존재하기에 함께 구축될 경우 서로 지지할 수 있어 통행자들에게 더욱 효과적인 스마트 모빌리티 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

The surface properties of biomaterials are important issues in cell culture. Especially, surface-adherent cells are affected by the physical and chemical properties of the surface material on their activities such as cell adhesion, migration, and proliferation. We fabricated micro-structured organic or inorganic hybrid substrates and functional polymer thin films for cell study. Various cells including neuronal cells were cultured on these substrates and observed their activities. Depending on the surface structure and the wettability, the morphology, and growth of cells were changed. Interestingly, the cells grown for 3 days on certain surfaces presented some experienced behaviors after they were transferred to commercial regular culture plates. These results give us insights into understanding about cell culture and cell therapy.
물 환경 내 항생제 약물 분석을 위한 바이오센서 개발 연구 동향

최근 국내 수질오염에 대한 높은 관심과 개선의 필요성이 요구되는 가운데 물 환경 속의 약물의 잔류는 인체를 포함한 생태계의 약물 내성을 일으킨다는 점에서 지속적인 모니터링의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 특히 약물 중 큰 비율을 차지하는 항생제의 잔류는 하천을 통해 빠르게 생태계의 내성균 확산을 일으킬 수 있다는 점에서 매우 큰 위험요소라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 총설에서는 물 환경 속의 항생제 분석이 실시간으로 가능한 신속한 센싱 플랫폼 기반 기술을 서술하고자 하며 이와 관련한 국내/외 연구현황과 발전가능성 및 그에 따른 산업/경제적 효과에 대해 논의하고자 한다. While there have been great demands on improving domestic water pollution issues, the necessity for real time monitoring of particular drug residues in water resources has been raised since drug residues including antibiotics could provoke new trains of drug-resistant bacteria in water environments. Among many different types of drugs used for pharmaceutical treat-ment, antibiotics are considered to be one of the most hazardous to our ecosystem since they can rapidly promote the spread-ing of drug-resistant bacteria in water environments. In this mini-review, we will highlight recent developments made on creat-ing in-situ sensing platforms for the fast monitoring of antibiotic residues in aquatic environmental samples focusing on optical and electrochemical techniques. Related recent technology developments and the resulting economy effects will also be discussed.
