        복류(復溜)(K7) 전침자극(電鍼刺戟)이 functional MRI상 뇌기능(腦機能) 변화(變化)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Objectve : Recent stuides suggested that there is a strong correlation between acupuncture stimulation and its cortical activation. Another study showed that either positive or negative BOLD effects could be observed depending on anatomical structure in acupuncture. Methods : 1) Subjects and paradigms: Two separate stimulation paradigms were performed in this study. To see the effects of electro-acupuncture stimulation on K7(Fuliu), the experiment was carried out on six healthy volunteers, using the gradient echo sequence with the 3.0T whole-body MRI system(ISOL). After the needle insertion on right K7(Fuliu), 2 Hz of electric stimulation was given for 30 seconds, repeated five times, with 30 seconds' intervals. During the intervals while there was no electro-stimulation, the subjects performed motor task as a reference. The image analysis including motion correction, talairach transformation, and smoothing was done using SPM99. Results: The electro-acupuncture stimulation on K7(Fuliu) activated Brodmann's Areas of 9, 19, 23, 24, 31, 32, 39 which may be the central pathways of the electro-acupuncture stimulation on K7(Fuliu) and those brain areas may be related with the function of the electro-acupuncture stimulation on K7(Fuliu).

      • 경추 추간판 탈출증의 봉약침 병행 치료 효과에 대한 후향적 비교 연구

        Objective : This study was designed to evaluate the effect of Bee Venom Pharmacopuncture therapy in patients with Cervical Herniated Intervertebral Disc Methods : We investigated 30 cases of patients with Cervical Herniated Intervertebral Disc, who had been treated from October 2008 to December 2011. We divided patients into two groups : Group I was treated by Bee Venom Pharmacopuncture therapy and general acupuncture and Group II was treated by acupuncture therapy only. We measured the efficacy of treatments using the numerical rating scale(NRS). Results : 1. The treatment method for Group I was more effective than that of Group II in reducing the NRS on the tenth day after admission but there was no statistically significant difference between the results of two groups on the fifth day after admission and the tenth day after admission. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that Bee Venom Pharmacopuncture therapy is effective in reducing pain for patients with Cervical Herniated Intervertebral Disc. Further clinical research is needed to verify these results and findings.

        입국 초기 북한이탈가정 유아가 다니는 평화유치원 교사의 경험

        The purpose of this study was to acquire in-depth understanding regarding teachers’ experiences with North Korean defectors’ young children during their initial settlement period at Pyeonghwa Kindergarten. The participants of this study included 2 kindergarten teachers and 15 North Korean defectors young children along with 3 local classmates. Qualitative data was collected via interviews and in-class observations. The study results show that (1) teachers witnessed that North Korean defectors’ young children came from diverse backgrounds and struggled with emotional insecurity while local classmates were being excluded by them, (2) teachers had difficulties to communicate and make a consensus with their parents while teachers’ efforts to communicate were being paid off gradually, and (3) teachers felt that kindergarten education was de-prioritized administratively to elementary education, and many programs were cancelled due to lack of understanding of in-charge staff.

        연구논문 : 조리실기과목에 대한 원격교육방법 활용현황과 인식 조사 -서울·경기지역 외식조리관련전공 2년제 대학생을 대상으로-

        Although many studies have suggested that introducing the distance learning method, including Web-based learning, to a practice class is effective, studies applying the distance learning method to subjects who are practicing cooking are rare. The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of the distance learning method, the degree of computer use, and the use of distance learning by college students with cuisine-related majors to practice cooking. The results showed that most students used the distance learning method, and that the method was positively perceived, as it was a great aid in learning. Most of the cooking information was obtained through the internet, and the most effective learning media for practicing cooking was “e-learning” using a computer. The most effective learning method for those who were practicing cooking was a “face-to-face learning method”, because face-to-face type of teaching and learning was most universally recognized. Most of the students surveyed responded that using the distance learning method was a positive experience, indicating that cyber lectures could be applied at more universities for subjects practicing cooking.

        소망 어린이집 장애아통합보육 실행과정에 대한 원장과 장애아전담교사, 보육교사의 경험과 인식

        This study was to find out in depth about the experience and perceptual progress of a director and teachers toward the inclusive child care and education for young children with special needs during the implementation stage at Somang childcare center. There were the total of 3 participants, each representing a director, a teacher for young children with special needs and a childcare teacher. The data was collected from their journal writings and in-person interviews with them. The first finding of this study was that the participants went through numerous trials and failures prior to be fully engaged with the inclusive child care and education for young children with special needs. Second, the participants dealt with a high rate of transition of young children with special needs at the center, and went through an enormous amount of trouble and confusion in their endeavors while assisting new students to be successfully adjusted to the center. Finally, the participants nevertheless considered it worth while to learn special teaching skills for young children with special needs and to create productive class environments for all young children. 본 연구는 소망 어린이집이 장애아통합보육을 실행하는 과정에서 원장과 장애아전담교사, 장애아통합 학급 일반보육교사의 경험과 인식에 대해 심층적으로 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구 참여자는 원장과 장애아전담교사, 장애아통합학급의 일반보육교사였으며, 저널쓰기와 면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 장애아통합보육 시작과정에서 결단하기 과정이 있었다. 둘째, 초기 실행과정에서 장애유아의 잦은 입·퇴소 경험하기, 다양한 협조를 구하며 새로 온 장애유아들을 적응시키기 등 연속되는 새로움으로 좌충우돌하였다. 셋째, 중기 이후 실행과정에서 장애유아를 위해 교사로서 중요한 것이 무엇인지 알아가고 모든 유아들에게 유익한 학급을 만들어가면서 보람을 찾고 있었다.

      • 시각장애유아의 장애아통합어린이집 적응과정

        본 연구는 시각장애유아가 장애아통합어린이집의 물리적 공간, 일상생활, 교수활동에 적응하는 과정을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상은 만 3세 한빛이었으며, 면담과 참여관찰을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 한빛이는 물리적 공간에 적응하기 위해 긴 탐색 기간을 가졌고, 교사의 도움이 필요했지만 시간이 지나자 반복했던 활동과 교사의 끊임없는 상호작용을 통해서 스스로 하나씩 할 수 있게 되었고, 스스로 자신만의 단서를 찾고 시행착오를 겪으면서 환경에 익숙해지고 있었다. 둘째, 한빛이는 일상생활에 적응하기 위해 초기에는 교사 도움이 많이 필요했지만 점점 스스로 할 수 있는 일이 많아졌으며, 적응과정에서 어머니와의 협조가 많은 도움이 되었다. 셋째, 한빛이는 교수활동에 적응하기 위해 자유선택활동에서 교사들의 환경적 배려가 있었고, 자유로움이 많은 영역에서부터 놀기 시작했으며, 탐색 시간이 오래 걸렸지만 시간이 지나자 거의 모든 영역에 가 보게 되었고, 나름의 탐색방식으로 배워가고 있었으며, 교사의 도움을 받아 활동을 하나씩 하기 시작했다. 대집단 활동에서 초기에는 금방 산만해졌지만 칭찬을 통해 자신감을 얻어갔고, 조금씩 더 오랜 시간까지 집중할 수 있었으며, 활동에 참여하기 시작했다. This study aimed to examine the process of adaptation by young children with visual impairment and blindness to physical spaces, an ordinary life, and teaching activities of inclusive child care centers. The subject was a three-year-old infant, named Hanbit, and data was collected through interviews and participant observation According to the study results, Hanbit spent a long time for exploration in order to adapt to the physical spaces, needed his teacher s help, but as time passed, became able to do things one by one for himself through repetitive activities and ceaseless interaction with his teacher and found his own clues for himself and became used to his surroundings through trial and error. Second, Hanbit needed much help from his teacher in order to adapt to his ordinary life at an early phase but gradually came to do many things for himself and assistance by his mother was greatly helpful to his adaptation process. Third, Hanbit received teachers environmental consideration in free play activities in order to adapt to teaching activities, and started to play in the areas with nmch freedom, and although it took a long time to explore things, as times passed, he visited all areas, learned with his own way of exploration, and started to do activities one by one with the help of his teacher. In the early phase of group based activities, he became soon unfocused but obtained self-confidence through praises and came to concentrate on things little by little for a longer time, and started to participate in activities.

        어린이집 체육교사의 수업에 대한 보육교사의 인식

        The purpose of this study was to to suggest effective early childhood physical education program and new directions for physical education teachers by investigating childcare teachers`` positive and negative perceptions about the class of physical education teachers who are dispatched to child care centers for physical education of children. This study was conducted with 84 teachers working in child care centers located in Gyeonggi province. Eighty four teachers involving a continuing education completed a openquestionnaire and 10 teachers had face-to-face interviews. Collected data were analyzed, and the results revealed that childcare teachers considered ``giving gross motor activity of using various tools``, ``the professionalism exerted of physical education teacher``, and ``natural connectedness with male teachers`` positive effects of dispatched physical education teachers. However, they cited ``negative verbal interaction``, ``negative behavioral interaction , and ``inappropriate interaction with materials and tools`` as negative effects of physical education teachers.
