WBI(Web Based Instruction) has been confined to some course due to a burden of development of instruction materials. In this paper, we implemented a personalized instruction and learning system for Word Processor based on Internet by using WBI. Compared to the traditional instruction and learning method for Word Processor Education, the proposed method induce students to take an interest in the learning and make it possible to do student oriented instruction and learning due to the selection of specific contents according to student's ability and his/her learning step. And this system can evaluate the learning rate on the spot by using personalized homework and maximize learning effect by using feedback.

SVM을 이용한 디렉토리 기반 기술정보 문서 자동 분류시스템 설계

Due to the exponential growth of information on the internet, it is getting difficult to find and organize relevant informations. To reduce heavy overload of accesses to information, automatic text classification for handling enormous documents is necessary. In this paper, we describe structure and implementation of a document classification system for web documents. We utilize SVM for documentation classification model that is constructed based on training set and its representative terms in a directory. In our system, SVM is trained and is used for document classification by using word set that is extracted from information and communication related web documents. In addition, we use vector-space model in order to represent characteristics based on TFiDF and training data consists of positive and negative classes that are represented by using characteristic set with weight. Experiments show the results of categorization and the correlation of vector length. 인터넷 상의 정보가 급증하여 필요한 정보를 찾고 관련된 정보를 조직화하는데 많은 시간이 소요된다. 따라서 정보접근 부하를 줄일 수 있는 자동적인 문서 분류의 중요성과 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 문서의 자동 분류 시스템의 설계와 구현을 기술한다. 디렉터리 내의 학습 문서 집합을 기반으로 구성된 대표 단어 집합을 이용하여 문서 분류 모델을 학습하기 위해 SVM을 사용하였다. 본 시스템에서는 정보통신 웹 디렉터리 내의 문서로부터 추출된 단어 집합을 기반으로 SVM을 학습 시킨 후 신규 문서에 대해 문서 분류를 수행한다. 또한 TFiDF를 기반으로 특성을 표현하기 위해 벡터공간 모델을 사용하였고 학습 데이터는 가중치를 갖는 특성 집합으로 표현되어진 긍정 및 부정 집합으로 구성하였다. 실험에서는 문서분류의 결과 및 벡터길이의 관련성을 보인다.

This paper is the first part of the study on the accuracy improvement of numerical analysis of steel welds. The aim of this paper is to raise the accuracy of thermal analysis results, such as the shape and size of the weld cross section and the hardness distribution in HAZ(Heat-Affected Zone). It is known that the factors affecting on the accuracy are thermal properties, metallurgical properties and welding heat source model. It was found that the arbitrary distributed heat source model should be used to predict practical weld cross section shape and size. Also, in order to improve the prediction accuracy of HAZ hardness distribution, it was essential to consider 2 CCT(Continuous Cooling Transformation) diagrams in calculating volume fraction of transformed phases. One is the peak temperature being around melting temperature. The other is the peak temperature being around metallurgical transformation temperature.

유튜브를 활용한 새로운 형태의 관용표현 교육 제안

이 연구의 목적은 새로운 형태의 관용표현을 살펴보고 교육용 목록을 선정해 보며 변화하는 학습 목적에 맞추어 수업 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 교육 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 한국인이 매우 자주 쓰고 있으며 한국인에게는 하나의 의미 덩어리로 식별되는 표현이지만 외국인 학습자에게는 표현하기에도 이해하기에도 쉽지 않은, 사전에서 찾기 어려운 관용표현에 대한 교육을 제안하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 먼저 교육용 관용표현을 선정하였다. 그 과정에서 교육적 가치를 높일 수 있도록 의미 양상에 따라 ‘표현 차원’과 ‘이해 차원’으로 나누어 교육 방향을 제안하였다. 그리고 본 연구에서는 영상 매체를 활용할 수 있는 다양한 플랫폼이 활발하게 사용되고 있는 이른바 ‘플랫폼 시대’의 교육 환경 변화에 발맞추어, 유튜브(YouTube)를 활용한 관용표현 교육을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine new forms of idiomatic expressions, select educational lists of expressions, and present specific educational directions that can be used in classes, suitable for the changing education’s purpose. Expressions, which are identified as a lump that Koreans frequently use are not easy to express or understand for foreign Korean learners, I would like to propose education on idiomatic expressions that are difficult to find in the dictionary. First, the educational idiomatic expressions were selected. In the process, to increase educational value, the direction of education was proposed by dividing idiomatic expressions into ‘expression dimension’ and ‘understanding dimension’ according to the meaning aspects. In addition, to keep pace with the changes in the educational environment of the so-called ‘platform era’, in which various platforms that can use videos are actively being used, we proposed education on idiomatic expressions using YouTube.

글로벌 여성인권 거버넌스와 러시아

1990년대 국제여성인권운동으로 말미암아 자리잡은 여성인권 개념과 국제규범은 현대 러시아에도 수용되고 있다. 또한 글로벌 여성인권거버넌스의 메커니즘은 오늘날 러시아에서 여성인권 문제가 다루어지는 방식에도 영향을 미치고 있다. 이제 러시아 여성인권 침해 사례는 러시아 국내 문제이기만한 것이 아니라 국제적 관심사이기도 하다. 여성위기센터를 위시한 러시아 여성단체들은 여성의 문제를 인권의 관점에서 바라보는 국제적 규범을 수용하여 러시아 여성인권 문제와 관련된 입법 과정 및 실행 과정에 적극적인 행위자의 역할을 한다. 또한 휴먼라이츠워치나 국제사면위원회와 같은 국제인권 NGO들은 러시아 여성인권 침해 사례를 모니터링하고 있으며 상세한 보고서를 통해 그 현황과 실태를 국제적으로 알리고 이슈화하고 있다. 이들 국제비정부기구들은 러시아 정부에 직접적으로 영향을 미치거나 자국 정부를 통해 간접적으로 압력을 행사할 뿐 아니라, 러시아 국내 인권단체들을 지원함으로써 직간접적으로 영향력을 행사하고 있다. 한편 유엔은 여성차별위원회를 통해 러시아 국가로부터 여성의 지위 및 인권 문제와 관련된 보고를 정기적으로 받으며 러시아 국가의 역할 증대를 촉구하고 있다. 이처럼 러시아의 인권문제를 감시, 관리하는 메커니즘에 비정부기구의 역할, 그리고 국제적 행위자의 영향력이 증대되었다는 것은 이제 러시아도 국제적 인권거버넌스의 메커니즘 속에 들어갔다는 것을 의미한다. 그러나 이 사실이 곧 러시아 여성인권 문제의 갑작스럽고도 현저한 개선을 의미하지는 않았다. 여성단체, 특히 여성위기센터의 관련 문제 제기, 입법과정에서의 영향력 행사 등에도 불구하고 입법 과정이나 정책 결정 과정에서의 변화는 요원한 듯이 보인다. 불행히도, 러시아 국가 및 관료, 사회 전반의 인식이 변화하는 데는 상당한 시간이 요할 것으로 보인다. 그러나 다른 한편, 지역 차원에서 여성위기센터들이 지방 법 집행기관-특히 경찰-과의 부분적인 협조를 이루고 있다는 사실은 향후 이 부분에서의 거버넌스적 접근방식의 발전 가능성을 조심스럽게 점쳐보게 만든다. 비록 지역적 차원에 한정되고 특정 문제로 제한되지만, 여성위기센터의 상대적인 성공은 국가와 시민사회 영역의 협조를 통해 러시아가 당면하고 있는 문제를 해결할 수 있는 가능성을 보여주는 한 사례라 할 수 있다. From the beginning of the 1990s, the women’s human rights movement has challenged prevailing concepts of, and reinterpreted the movement for, human rights from a feminist perspective. In particular, a perspective that regards any violence against women as a serious violation of human rights has been aggressively promoted. As a result, the international human rights community has begun to recognize gender-based violations as a pervasive and insidious manifestation of human rights abuse. This paper explores the process by which global governance for women’s human rights is actually working at a local level. Russia was selected as a case study subject; many women in Russia are currently subjected to a litany of human rights violations in their daily lives, including violent crimes such as battery and murder, sexual crimes such as harassment and rape, and trafficking in women for the purpose of sexual exploitation. Analysis reveals that Russian women’s NGOs, and particularly women’s crisis centers, have played a central role in adopting a global standard regarding domestic violence and trafficking in women, and in making an issue of them within the Russian society. They are not only helping victims and providing them with all the necessary advice and facilities, but are also attempting to exert a positive impact on the decision-making process at the governmental level. In so doing, they are pursuing a strategy to cooperate closely with the international human rights NGOs, as well as with the international women’s movement. In addition, the relative success of women’s crisis centers in working together effectively with the law enforcement branches of local governments shows that some possibility exists that governance will emerge at the local level in Russia.

분산 환경에서의 NGS를 위한 성능평가 도구 설계

NGS(Next Generation Storage) 시스템은 전형적인 분산파일 시스템 구조의 병목 현상을 제거하고 입출력 대역폭을 늘려 성능을 최대화 하기 위한 차세대 저장시스템으로 기존의 저장시스템과는 달리DRAM을 기반으로 스토리지를 구성하고 있다. NGS 시스템의 대용량 지원 및 기업 내부에서의 활용을 위해서는 SAN 기반에서 활용할 수 있도록 설계되어야 하며, SAN 환경에서 성능 향상을 위한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 NGS 시스템에 대한 성능평가 및 분산 환경에서 NGS 를 활용하기 위한성능평가도구 개발을 기술한다. 성능 도구의 활용은 전형적인 전체 시스템 아키텍처 내의 병목 현상을 제거하고 입출력 대역폭을 늘려 성능을 최대화 할 수 있어야 한다.
