      • 한국 섬집단에 있어서 D.melanogaster의 효소좌위와 염색체간의 연관관계

        한국의 세 섬집단으로부터 채집한 Drosophila melanogaster를 대상으로 465개의 haploid genome을 추출한 후, 제 2염색체 상에 위치한 Gpdh와 각서 유전자 및 In(2I)t의 빈도를 조사하여 이들간의 연관관계를 분석한 결과 Gpdh와 Adh 효소 좌위 사이 에 유의 한 연관 불평형 이 제주도와 울릉도집 단에서 관찰되었으며 , Gpdh와 In(2I)t, Adh와 In(21)t 사이에 모두 유의한 연관 불평형이 제주도, 영종도 그리고 울릉도집단에서 관찰되었다. 조사된 전체 genome들 중에서 In(21)t 를 가지고 있는 염색체의 98%(48/49)가 Gpdhf와 Adhs형으로 연관된 결과를 보였다. 이러한 결과들로 볼 때 이들 효소 좌위 사이에 나타난 연관 불평형은 In(21)t와의 hitchhiking현상에 의해 나타난 결과로 해석되며 본 섬집단에서 그 정도가 더 심한 것으로 확인되었다.

        대식세포에서 MAPKs 및 PI3K/AKT 신호전달계 활성을 통한 괴각 추출물의 prostaglandin E₂ 및 tumor necrosis factor-α 생성의 촉진

        괴각(Fructus Sophorae)은 회화나무(Styphnolobium japonicum L.)의 열매를 건조한 것으로 전통 한의학에서 널리 사용되는 약재 중의 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 murine RAW 264.7 대식세포 모델을 이용하여 괴각 추출물 (Fructus Sophorae extracts, FSE)이 면역 조절능에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 이를 위한 대식세포 활성과 연관된 면역 반응 parameter로서 prostaglandin E₂ (PGE₂)와 tumor necrotic factor-α (TNF-α)의 생성에 미치는 FSE의 영향을 조사하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 의하면 FSE는 대식세포의 활성을 유도하였고, PGE₂ 및 TNF-α의 생성을 촉진하였으며, 이는 cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2)와 TNF-α 유전자의 전사 및 번역 수준에서의 활성화와 연관성이 있었다. 또한 FSE 처리에 의하여 다양한 종류의 cytokine 발현의 증가를 cytokine array 분석을 통하여 확인하였으며, RAW 264.7 대식세포의 활성화에는 mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) 및 phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (PI3K)/Akt 경로 활성화가 연관되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 괴각 추출물이 면역 증강제로서의 개발 가능성이 매우 높음을 시사한다. Fructus Sophorae, the dried ripe fruit of Styphnolobium japonicum (L.), is an herbal ingredient used in traditional Oriental medicine. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of Fructus Sophorae extracts (FSE) on immune modulation in a murine RAW 264.7 macrophage model. As immune response parameters, the production of prostaglandin E₂ (PGE₂) and tumor necrotic factor-α (TNF-α) were evaluated. Our data revealed that FSE increased the macrophage activation and the production of PGE₂ and TNF-α, which was consistently correlated with upregulation of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and TNF-α expression at both transcriptional and translational levels. On comparative cytokine protein array, FSE significantly increased several cytokines, which was associated with phosphorylation of mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs), including extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK), p38 MAPK and c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK), and Akt in RAW 264.7 cells. However, each inhibitor of these molecules attenuated the FSE-induced PGE₂ production. These results indicate that FSE activated macrophages through the activation of MAPKs and phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (PI3K)/Akt signaling pathways in RAW 264.7 macrophages. These findings suggest that FSE may provide a promising source of an immunoenhancing agent.

      • 자기효능감과 과업수행의 관계에서 직무관련 동기의 매개효과

        This current study was aimed to demonstrate the relationship of self-efficacy and task performance which did not show consistent results. In this research, the author aimed to test the both main effect of self-efficacy to task performance and to motivation to learn, and motivation to avoid. In addition, mediation by motivation to learn, and motivation to avoid was tested. The data collected from 206 employees who work at private and state-owned companies. The results are as follows. First, self-efficacy was positively associated with task performance on the contrary as expected, and was positively related with motivation to learn whereas no effect to motivation to avoid. Furthermore, motivation to learn was mediated the relations of self-efficacy and task performance. Such the results shows that self-efficacy is one of strong factor to predict task performance, and the mechanism of self-efficacy on task performance was valid in the positive motivational path.

        개인-환경적합성과 직무수행간의 차별적 영향관계와 일가치감의 매개효과

        본 연구는 크게 세 가지 범주에서 수행되었다. 첫째 개인-조직적합성, 개인-상사적합성, 개인-직무적 합성을 상호일치성과 상호보완성의 통합적 개념으로 접근하여 측정한 후, 그 변별력을 규명하였다. 둘째, 개인-조직적합성, 개인-상사적합성, 개인-직무적합성이 조직지향 조직시민행동과 혁신행동에 미치는 차별적 영향력을 규명하였다. 셋째, 개인-조직적합성, 개인-상사적합성, 개인-직무적합성과 조직지향 조직시민행동 및 혁신행동간 일가치감의 매개효과를 규명하였다. 연구표본은 전국적 조직망을 가진 제주지역의 공•사기업의 종업원들이며, 분석에 활용된 표본은 217명이다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 탐색적 요인분석 통해 개인-조직적합성, 개인-상사 적합성, 개인-직무적합성의 판별타당성이 입증되었다. 둘째, 조직관련 결과변수인 조직지향 조직시민행동에는 개인-조직적합성만이 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 개인-직무적합성, 개인-상사적합성은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 개인관련 결과변수인 혁신행동에는 개인-직무적합성, 개인-상사적합성이 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 개인-조직적합성은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 개인-직무적합성이 개인-상사적합성에 비해 혁신행동에 미치는 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 일가치감은 개인-조직적합성과 조직지향 조직시민행동, 개인-직무적합성과 혁신행동, 개인-상사적합성과 혁신행동간의 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시하고 있다. 첫째, 기존 연구와 달리 상호일치성과 더불어 상호보완성을 포함하여 측정함으로써 개인-환경 적합성의 개념적 범위를 확대하였다. 둘째, 개인-조직적합성, 개인-상사적합성, 개인-직무적합성이 조직관련 직무수행 변수인 조직지향 조직시민행동과 개인관련 직무수행 변수인 혁신행동에 미치는 차별적 효과를 규명함으로써, 기존의 태도변수에 대한 연구 성과를 직무수행변수로 확대하였다. 셋째, 개인-환경 적합성이 일가치감을 매개로 직무수행으로 이어지는 메커니즘을 밝히고 있다. 기존 연구에서 개인-환경 적합성과 직무수행간의 일관된 경향성을 보지지 않는 것으로 나타난 이유가 양자 간에 작용하는 매개 매커니즘을 밝히지 못한데 하나의 원인이 있는 것으로 판단하였고, 일과 관련된 인지적 평가 및 정서적 반응을 포함하는 일가치감이 매개효과를 검증함으로써 기존 연구과의 차별성을 확보하였다. The current study aims to investigate the seriously three parts. First, person-organization fit(POF), person-supervisor fit(PSF), person-job fit(PJF) were measured as the integrated concepts of supplementary fit and complementary fit, and the discrimination of each concept(POF, PSF, PJF) was demonstrated statistically. Second, the differential effects of each independent variables toward OCB-organization(OCBO) and innovative behavior were verified with hierarchical regression models. Finally, the mediating effects of perceived work value in the relationships between POF, PSF, PJF and OCBO, and POF, PSF, PJF and innovative behavior were investigated. The sample consisted of 217 employees, in Jeju, who work for public enterprises and private companies with well-established organizational network in Korea. The results are as follow. First, discriminant validation of POF, PSF, PJF was demonstrated with the exploratory factor analysis. Second, the positive significant relationship was found only between POF and OCBO as outcome variable in organizational context. PJF and PSF had significant relationships with innovative behavior as a dependent variable in individual context. As well, as the research question, PJF has higher effect than PSF to the innovative behavior. Finally, the full mediations of perceived work value were found between POF and OCBO, PJF and innovative behavior, PSF and innovative behavior. This study captures important implications. First, compared with previous researches, by dint of measuring complementary fit and supplementary fit included for the study, the concept of person-environment fit is enable to apply more widely. The discriminative effects with POF, PSF, PJF were verified with OCBO as job performance variable associated with organization and innovative behavior associated with individual job performance, the application of person-environment fit was enable from attitude variables to job performance variables. Third, the mechanism for how person-environment fit affects job performance was found by mediation of perceived work value.

        인도네시아 파푸아 천연자원 개발의 주체인 다국적기업의 사례: 프리포트 인도네시아를 중심으로

        It has been a fact that the Freeport Indonesia Company has been playing a positive role in the industry through its involvement in the gold and copper mine sector. However, the actions also result in serious environmental destructions and pollution to the local society. Besides focusing on the environmental problems, human rights, and the conflicts arise among the local community, this thesis also analyses the important factors that contribute to the positive development of Papua. Through the export of mineral resources, royalty and tax, Freeport contributes plenty in the economy of the country and the province. Freeport improves the adverse effects, focusing on the development and the welfare of the local community, Environmental friendly management, understanding of the local traditional practices by the local community. Through these, Freeport continues to develop and practice a diverse ways of policies for the people living within the mining area and its society. On the other hand Freeport is running the Controlled Riverine Tailings Management program (or SIRSAT), reclamation and re-vegetation program, environmental management program, waste and energy management program, biodiversity conservation program, local people employment, local education support program, hospital construction and medical support, health and safety program, human rights education, programs for local economic independence etc. It shows that Freeport is concentrating on the living of the local society through its way of management. However, there are still problems to be solved. The mining area has been decreased according to the contract and the loyalty has been increased. The current president Joko Widodo is addressing this issue with the raise of the percentage of shareholding and the extend of the contract on the smelting factory. As such, not only the issue of shareholding and the smelting factory is addressed, however, the extention of the contract, local environment problem and land compensation are involved as well with the land compensation issue being the most sensitive matter. It is anticipated that if the problem of land compensation and the extention of contract are solved prior to any other issue and obtain the cooperation from the local community, Freeport can be a valuable contributor to the development of Papua.

        LMX와 팔로어십, 그리고 리더십유효성간의 관계

          본 연구는 LMX의 질과 리더십유효성(조직몰입, 직무동기, 임파워먼트)간의 선형관계와 팔로어십유형에 따른 리더십유효성의 지각 차이를 검증하고, 가장 이상적인 모범형 팔로어와 질 높은 LMX의 조합과 다른 형태의 조합간의 리더십 유효성 차이를 검증할 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구결과 LMX의 질은 리더십유효성에 긍정적 영향을 미치며, 자신을 모범형 팔로어로 인식하는 부하들이 리더십유효성을 가장 높게 지각하고 있으며, LMX질과 모범형 팔로어의 조합이 다른 어떤 형태의 조합보다 리더십유효성을 높게 지각하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 그간 개념적 수준에 머물러 있던 팔로어십 이론과 그 유효성간의 관계를 검증하였고, LMX와 팔로어 유형간이 적합관계를 규명하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.   The purpose of this study is unfold as follows. Primarily, we confirm the perception difference among the leadership effectiveness entailed by the type of followership and the linear relation between the quality of LMX(Leader-Member exchange) and the leadership effectiveness(i.e., organizational commitment, motivation, empowerment). Later, we also show the difference between the combination of the effective follower type and the LMX with the highest quality, and that of other types. Our study result indicates that the quality of LMX affect the leadership effectiveness positively; the member recognizing himself/herself as an effective counterpart perceives the highest leadership effectiveness. The result reveals further that the combination of the highest quality and effective follower perceives the highest leadership effectiveness among other ones. The contribution of this paper is to confirm more substantially the relation between the theory of the followership and its efficacy than ever before. More, our results clarifies the optimal relation between the LMX and the follower type.

        Mole or Mouse`s Marriage, a folktale known as Stronger and Strongest in Europe, is highly Idiosyncratic not on account of the story of looking for son-in-law, but on accont of the exact form in which the story is narrated. It is a formula tale that tell a problem of circular argument, i e circular fallacy in point of which the final circulation is on the former place. In such tale, only if maintaining the form of narrative, the story is differntly modified as much as It can Therefore the folktale type has deeply relation with the other formula tales of cicular fallacy Speaking by the concept borrowed from Yogacara-Buddhism, the allegorical meaning of cicular-fallecy`s formula tale is devided broadly into two categories, perceiving one and wandering one The former is brought forth a awakening spiritual enlightenment, the latter is only repeated by the circulation of mistake It is about Mole`s Marrage, Naming A Pet Cat, A Mason, and Who is Stronger etc that we can comprehend each allegorical meaning in view of such circular argument of Yogacara-Buddhism. Also there is a tale type that has the two-fold meaning at the same time. In Korea, Mole`s Marrage was main type among the formula tale of circular fallacy It`s allegorical meaning was diversified between perceiving and wandering categories But also it`s meaning was varied by literary-bureaucrats in the latter Choson-dynasty. In China, the class of intelligentsia concentrated upon severe satire and reflection as allegorical meaning of it, on the other hand it`s relational realm was Widened into the play, annual painting, and New Year`s ritual ceremony. And in Japan, the folktale was made useful of governing ideology through the allegorical meaning. The work, as moral text, persuaded hearers or readers to keep one`s status, and prevent them not to pursue their desire of social ascent to upper class

        한 · 중기업 종사자의 사회지능과 경력만족의 관계에서 건설적 사고의 매개효과

        The present study was designed to demonstrate three parts: first, the linear relationships between social intelligence (social information process, social skill, social awareness) and career satisfaction; and second, mediating effects by constructive thought in the links between social intelligence (social information process, social skill, social awareness) and career satisfaction; and third, comparison of both tests toward Korean and Chinese Employees. Data which was collected from 189 Korean and 190 Chinese was analyzed in order to test regression and mediation. Results were as follows. First, social intelligence (social information process, social skill, social awareness) were partially associated with career satisfaction. Specifically, social information process and social skill had positive impacts on career satisfaction, but not with social awareness in case of the Korean. Whereas there is no statistically significance results in case of the Chinese in the same relationships. Second, mediating effects of constructive thought in the relationships between social intelligence (social information process, social skill, social awareness) and career satisfaction were also partially supported in both relations cases of social information process-career satisfaction, and social skill-career satisfaction in the Korean sample. In contrast, in case of the Chinese, there was no significant mediation in the three relations. The current study contributes towards expanding the research area of career and social intelligence in the Korean. In particular, there are almost no studies on social intelligence and career satisfaction in the area of international human resource management. In addition, with regard to career management, this study gives meaningful implications on which social intelligence factor is a crucial factor in career satisfaction.

        인도네시아 여성의 지위

        본 연구는 인도네시아 여성의 지위를 혼인법에 대한 헌법과 이슬람법 관점을 중심으로 분석하였다. 연구범위는 인도네시아 혼인법, 이슬람법 해석, 양대 이슬람 조직인 나흐다뚤울라마와 무함마디야의 관점으로 설정하였다. 인도네시아 헌법이 우위에 있지만 여성과 남성에 대한 이슬람법 해석의 차이를 보인다. 인도네시아 헌법과 종교기관에서의 해석을 통한 여성의 지위와 역할은 매우 제한적이다. 사회문화적인 형태가 다르고 종교적인 영향을 받아 형성된 문화가 다르기 때문이다. 여성의 지위와 역할에 대한 논의는 지속되어 왔으며 많은 장애물을 극복하며 현재에 이르렀다. 특히 이슬람이 대다수인 지방자치구역에서는 조례를 제정하여 이슬람법을 적용하기 때문에 무슬림 여성들의 역할반경은 매우 제한적이다. 여성들의 지위와 역할문제에 있어서 각자의 종교적 영역을 지키면서도 글로벌 시대에 맞게 자신들의 활동영역을 확장시켜 나가고 있는 형태를 보인다. 여성에 대한 차별이 현저하게 줄어들지 않고 있지만 여성들의 지위를 향상시키기 위하여 여성단체들과 이슬람 여성단체들이 노력하고 있다. 종교상으로 절대적인 우위를 점하는 남성들, 그 중에서 소수의 종교학자들에 의해서도 여성들의 지위와 역할에 대한 재해석이 이루어지고 있다. This research analysed the position of Indonesian women in the society as stated in the constitution on marriage law and the Perspective of Islamic Law. Through analysing the biggest Islamorganization: Nahdlatul Ulama andMuhammadiyah on their understanding and perspectives towards the subject, the factors that affect female in the culture of the society is studied. As such, this study covered Indonesiamarriage law, Islamlawand the element of the culture of the society. Although Indonesia constitution is superior, there are different perspectives between the Islamreligious scholars on the understanding of male and female in the Islamlaw. The position and the role of female are limited according to the constitution and the religion organization and the position of female in the society is different according to different region of society. This is due the difference in the formof the culture of the society influenced by factors of the religion. Till today, many disscusions are being carried out and many obstacles have been overcome. Inmost of the self-government region in Indonesia, they legislate their own ordinance and as a result, the role of muslimfemale ismuch restricted. However, due to rapid globalization, female’s activity in the society has become broader. despite the gender discrimination that never seemto decrease, many of the women’s organization and Islamwomen’s organization are working hard to change the situation. Even the men, who is the superior gender according to the religion are start to reanalyze the role of women and their position in the society.
