Nanofibers of phenylsilsesquiazanes (SSQZ), as a precursor of inorganic silicon nitride nanoweb, was prepared using the electrospinning process. The SSQZ was prepared by ammonolysis of phenyl trichlorosilane and condensation of the resulting aminosilanes. The molecular weight of resulting SSQZ increased with initial concentration of phenyl trichlorosilane, reaching plateau above 20wt% of the silane. When the SSQZ was electrospun alone, it did not form fiber even with 20wt% concentration of SSQZ. However, it was possible to prepare fibers by adding poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) as a viscosity enhancer. The diameter the of electro spun fibers was modified by the total polymer content and the content of PEO. The best result was obtained when the total concentration of the polymer was in the range of 15 to 20 wt% while the SSQZ/PEO ratio was 95/5.

Rapid expansion of urbanization and concentration of population in Seoul Metropolitan City(SMC) have been creating serious transport problems such as traffic congestion. It causes social costs in energy, air pollution and transport subsidy due to inefficiency in operation of public transport services. These problems are related to the issue of ‘Jurisdictional and Functional Fragmentation”. In SMC, most transport administration functions are operated by three large local government; Seoul, Gyunggi-do and Incheon. This fragmentation in transportation field leads to inefficient supplies of public transport services and other transport facilities. This study aims at proposing the restructuring the regional transport administration system in SMC. Its main issues are concentrated on the phenomenon of jurisdictional fragmentation and finally proposed and newly established transport administration body which has exclusive responsibility of transport problems in SMC. Finally, this study proposes further arrangements for ongoing ‘MTA’ (Metropolitan Transportation Association).

In case that side doors in a passenger vehicle are vibrating and the frequencies of those are close to the acoustic frequency of passenger cavity, the acoustic-structural coupling between the passenger cavity and side doors must be considered to identify the coupled system. This system is modeled as 1-D coupled model and the characteristics of coupled frequencies and modes are examined closely.<br/>
무차원 동영향 함수법을 이용한 임의 형상 멤브레인의 효율적인 고차 고유치 해석

무차원 동영향 함수법(NDIF법)은 유한요소법과 경계요소법 보다 이론적 간결함 덕분에 정확한 고유치 해석 결과를 제공하는 장점을 가지고 있다. 그러나 고차 고유치 추출을 위해 노드의 수를 증가할 경우, 저차의 고유치가 추출이 되지 않는 단점이 존재한다. 최근의 연구에서 이러한 문제점이 일부 해결하였으나, 저차의 고유치를 추출하기 위해 추가적인 고유치 해석을 해야 되는 비효율성과 저차 고유치의 정밀도 저하 문제가 여전히 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 비효율성과 문제점을 해결하기 위한 개선된 무차원 동영향 함수법(NDIF법)이 제안되고, 검증 예제를 통해 제안된 방법의 타당성과 정확성이 확인된다. The non-dimensional dynamic influence function (NDIF) method exhibits the advantage of providing more accurate eigenvalue analysis results than the finite element method and the boundary element method, owing to its theoretical simplicity. However, it exhibits the disadvantage of not extracting the lower-order eigenvalues when increasing the number of nodes for the higher-order eigenvalue extraction. Although the author"s recent work has addressed this problem, there remains an insufficiency. Hence, an additional eigenvalue analysis is required to extract the lower-order eigenvalues that can lead to reduced accuracy of the eigenvalues. In this paper, an improved NDIF method is proposed to overcome this inefficiency. In addition, the validity and accuracy of the proposed method are confirmed using a verification example.
