        치과용 임플란트 적용을 위한 항균력을 가진 티타늄 표면의 평가

        The aim of this study was to evaluate antibacterial effect of Cl coated titanium. To coat the Cl on the titanium, first, the titanium was modified by blasting treatment with hydroxyapatite and alumina powder. Anodization process was completed using electrolyte solution of 0.04 M β-glycerol phosphate disodium salt n-hydrate, 0.4 M calcium acetate n-hydrate and 1 M NaCl on the condition of 250 voltages for 3 min. Surface morphology and elements` observation were performed with scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy and surface profiler was used to analyze the surface roughness. Antibacterial effect was evaluated by film adhesion method. The anodized titanium after blasting showed dimpled surface contained the Cl. Surface average roughness of these surfaces had significantly higher compared to polished titanium. Result of antibacterial test showed that anodized titanium after blasting had an enhanced antibacterial effect compared to the polished titanium. Therefore, these results suggested that titanium contained Cl by anodization after blasting had a rough surface as well as antibacterial effect.

        돈육 후지의 관능적 특성에 미치는 숙성 재료별 효과

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the selective marinates, red win, ginger, ginseng, and green tea, for improving the sensory characteristics of pork hind legs. The marinated samples of pork hind legs were analyzed for their physicochemical propenies and sensory characteristics. Especially, overall acceptabilities of them were compared with bacon the most palatable pork meat to Koreans. After marinating, all the meats except the red wine marinated meat showed pH increase. After cooking, all the marinated meat including red wine marinated meat recorded further pH increase. The water holding capacities(WHC's) of the marinated meats except the ginger one showed a tendency of decrease. however, who's or all the cooked meats were increased greatly. Only the L-value or the green tea marinated meat increased After cooking, the L-values of the red wine and ginseng marinated meats were lower than that of the unheated cooked meat The a-value of the green tea marinated meat recorded the lowest In the hardness and gumminess test all the marinate treatments showed lower values than the control did. the brittleness of all the marinated meats except the ginger one decreased The flavor of the cooked ginger marinated meat was improved to the similar level of bacon. The textures of all the treatments except the green tea marinated meat were improved the overall acceptability of the ginger or ginseng marinated meat improved greatly to $87.6\%$ of bacon$(100\%)$.

        문화적 양극화, 탈북자 토크쇼, 정체성 혼란

        본 연구는 탈북자 TV 토크쇼가 어떠한 포맷과 의미구조를 근간으로 하는지 분석했다. 채널A의 〈이제 만나러 갑니다〉와 TV조선의 〈모란봉 클럽〉을 연구대상으로 선정해 탈북자들의 남·북에 대한 사고와 그에 따른 암론 생성에 주목했다. 분석 결과, 〈이제 만나러 갑니다〉는 무거운 주제들과 체제에 대한 주제들을 근간으로 ‘북한에 대한 긍정형’과 ‘남한에 대한 판타지형’ 담화가 주로 전개되었고, 남한의 우월성을 강조하는 것으로 드러났다. 이에 반해 〈모란봉 클럽〉은 가볍고 선정적인 주제를 중심으로 ‘남한에 대한 비판형’과 ‘남한에 대한 불만형’ 담화 유형이 주룰 이루며, 남한의 사회적 문제에 대한 북한의 비판적 시각을 부각시켰다. 또한 〈이제 만나러 갑니다〉는 수렴적 담론 구조를 근간으로 남한 우월 이데올로기가 두드러진 반면에, 〈모란봉 클럽〉은 대립적인 담론 구조를 통해 남한 절망 이데올로기를 생성하고 있다. 요컨대 한국사회에서 ‘이방인’으로 분류되는 탈북자들의 혼재된 정체성이 드러났고, 자신들을 반-북한적인 존재로 자임하고 있음과 동시에 남한사회의 정착과정에서 불만 및 혼란스러움을 토로하고 있다. This study investigated formats and structure of meanings for the TV talk shows with North Korean defectors. The authors selected 〈Now on my way to meet you〉 of Channel A and 〈Moran Hill Club〉 of TV Chosun as research subjects. As results of this study, it was found that the former dealt with heavy issues about North Korea, expressed positive perspectives on North Korea and fantasic expectations about South Korea, and produced superior dicourse of South Korea. On the other hand, the latter one dealt with light and sensational items about North Korea, employed dialogues about critics and disappointments on South Korea, and produced problematic discourse about South Korea. The former produced a kind of converged discourse structure to create superior ideology of South Korea, while the latter produced a kind of dichotomous discourse structure to create frustrating ideology. In short, through this study, it turned out that North Korean defectors suffered from their confused identities, unclear self identities, and minority positions in the South Korean society.

        시각적 자료를 이용한 영어 강세 지도 방법의 효과성 고찰

        This study aimed to investigate the effect of English word stress instruction on Korean college students’ English improvement. 40 college students participated in this study and all participants’ speeches were recorded by a visual and auditory tool, Praat. The main results are as follows: (1) Both control and experimental groups didn’t pronounce the English word stress correctly in their pre-test. (2) There was a certain difference between the control group and the experimental group in their post-test results. The experimental group’s mean for accentedness was highly increased while the control group’s mean remained almost the same. (3) It was evident that shorter syllable words had the highest mean score for both pre- and post-tests. (4) The characteristics of Korean college learners’ English word speech were that they tended to place the stress on the first syllable and to give the same amount of stress on each syllable. In conclusion, Korean college learners could improve native-like accentedness by learning the English word stress with a visual and auditory tool. Moreover, learning English stress is not necessarily affected by learner’s age, rather affected by individual differences.

        비스포스포네이트가 코팅된 티타늄 표면의 세포독성 평가

        The aim of this study was to evaluate cytotoxicity of bisphosphonate coated titanium. To coat the bisphosphonate on the titanium, the titanium was modified by anodization and heat-treatment. Then, a biomimetic coating process was completed in two steps. Surface characterization was performed with scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, and X-ray Photoelectron spectroscopy. Cytotoxicity was evaluated by MTT assay. After the second coating step, we found that the modified titaniums were formed thick and homogeneous apatite layer that contained the bisphosphonate. Modified titanium were increased the loading of calcium and phosphate ion onto the surface. However, bisphosphonate coated titanium had more cytotoxicity as the concentration of bisphosphonate on the surface was increased. Therefore, these results suggested that further study should be done to demonstrate the effect and safety of this material at the different drug concentration.

        맥주 폐 효모액의 당화 및 에탄올 발효능

        The waste from beer fermentation broth (WBFB) has been found an excellent and inexpensive resource for bioethanol production. We tried to evaluate the saccharification and fermentation capabilities of WBFB to confirm its effectiveness for bioethanol production. The saccharification potentials of the WBFB were evaluated at various temperatures (30, 40, 50, 60and 70 ℃). It was found that the saccharification capabilities increased with temperature and highest reached maximum at 60 ℃ and 70 ℃ after 4h. Ethanol production from a mixture of WBFB and chemically defined media (CDM) without addition of any microbial species confirmed the fermentation capabilities of WBFB. Simultaneous saccharification and fermentation were performed using WBFB, starch solution and CDM as culturing media. The maximum yield of bioethanol production was obtained at 30 ℃. The saccharifying enzymes and the yeast cells present in WBFB were essential factors for the production of bioethanol from WBFB without any additional enzymes or microbial cells.

        Bone formation of the porous layer formed of Ti-Ag mesh for GBR membrane applications

        본 연구의 목적은 마이크로 표면 위에 나노 단위의 다공성 구조를 갖는 티타늄-은 메쉬를 제작하고 메쉬의 골 형성능을 평가하는데 있다. 우선 시편 제작을 위해 cp-Ti에 비해 부식저항성이 뛰어난 티타늄-은 합금을 은 2.0 at%을 첨가시켜 제작하였다. 그리고 표면에 다공성 구조를 형성하기 위해 알루미나 입자를 사용하여 시편을 블라스팅 처리한 뒤 0.5% 불산 전해액에서 60분 동안 20 V 전압을 가하여 양극산화 처리하였다. 시편의 표면 형태는 주사전자현미경을 통해 관찰하였다. 골 형성능을 평가하기 위해 토끼의 두개골을 천공한 뒤 파절편을 제거하고 그 위에 시편을 식립하였다. 각각 2주와 4주 뒤 메쉬 주위의 골 조직 형태를 3D 스캔 이미지로 관찰하였고 생성된 골의 부피를 측정하였다. 시편 표면 형상 관찰 결과 마이크로 단위의 반구 형태 구조 위에 나노 단위의 다공성 구조를 관찰할 수 있었고, 골 형성능 결과에서는 대조군으로 메쉬를 식립하지 않은 경우에서 보다 티타늄-은 합금 메쉬를 식립한 경우에서 2주와 4주 모두 유의하게 더 많은 골 형성량을 보였다(p<0.05). 따라서 이 연구 결과로 미루어 보아 티타늄-은 합금에 마이크로 표면 위에 나노 다공성 구조를 형성할 수 있었으며 골 형성능 역시 우수하여 골유도 재생술을 위한 메쉬로서 유용하게 사용할 수 있을 것이라고 사료된다.

        아파트 저층부의 디자인적 요소로 적용되는 외장 석재가 단열성능에 미치는 영향 평가

        The most effective way to save energy in a building is to strengthen the insulation performance of the outer shell. As an apartment building, it is essential to strengthen the insulation performance as the representative housing type in Korea. Visual elements that satisfy consumers are also important. Therefore, this study focused on the effect of exterior materials used as design elements on insulation performance. For this, four types of exterior materials mainly used were selected and the thermal conductivity of each was measured. Based on the measured thermal conductivity, the thermal transmittance value for each case was calculated. Annual heating and cooling energy consumption was calculated through simulation through the calculated thermal transmittance value and comparatively analyzed. As a result of comparison, both heating and cooling energy consumption showed a slight difference of less than 1% depending on the presence or absence of exterior materials. Therefore, it was judged that the existing exterior material as a design element did not help the insulation performance. However, now that both insulation performance and design are considered important, it is judged that research on exterior materials that can play both roles at the same time is necessary.
