한국 EFL 학습자의 IL 의사전달책략행위 분석 : For the Reformulation of IL Strategy Model 의사전달책략모형의 재설정을 위하여

An IL is a simplified interim system utilized by the L2/FL learner in his efforts to convey an intended meaning effectively, thus supporting the idea that an IL is not a state of mind, but an end-product of the actual use of accumulated knowledge of TL and other linguistic resources. It is known that the simplification process works at all levels of IL and the process is believed to most strongly affect the effective communication. The IL studies have recently focused on the end-product, especially on the strategic activities with a theoretical view that these activities are the main procedures of formulating an IL. This study was aimed to provide an objective IL strategy model and to demonstrate its validity. To acquire a rationale for the reformulation of the model, main IL theories and their relations to the strategies have been reviewed. Discarding the traditional view of avoidance/reduction processes of the IL. the author suggested an achievement-oriented model. This approach proved valid in the following aspects: 1) Obtaining a useful calassification system of strategic categories: a hierrachy of strategic responses(SR); the system comprises L1 SR, L2 SR, IL SR, COR and ETR. 2) setting up an objective evaluation system of the SR's communicative values in any category. A polit test of the proposed methods was conducted on the subjects consisting of two groups(an advanced group(G-A); an intermediate group(G-I). The COR category containing most informative values was compared between the two groups, showing a significant difference in conveyed message. The average difference between them was 0.69 of 13.8%. Though the test was given for the limited category, it can be applied to the rest of the categories with more diversified subject groups. More empirical studies employing the methods are needed to extract evidence for the validity of this kind of model.

This study was aimed to find the storage potential of low temperature adapted shiitake mushroom under freezing temperature (-3℃). Fresh shiitake mushroom was harvested at late Feb. and cooled to target temperature, -3℃ in the cooling room for 24 hr. Cooled mushroom were then placed in plastic boxes, wrapped with plastic film (30 ㎛), and stored at -3℃ for 2 months. Weight loss of mushroom was ranged from 2.1 to 3.2%. Dry weight per unit fresh weight, however, was slightly increased because of moisture loss. Firmness of fruit body increased from 0.95 ㎏/㎝<SUP>-2</SUP> (before storage) to 1.13 ㎏/㎝<SUP>-2</SUP> (after 2 month storage). About half amount of starch was lost during 2 month storage. The amount of total and reducing sugars remained relatively constant. After storage, freshness of mushroom was recovered by thawing treatment. When recovered mushroom were packaged with styrofoam tray and PVC wrapping, and exposed to ambient and 10℃, respectively, brown spot on the gill of fruit body was found and slight decay symptom was also found at ambient temperature only but not at 10℃. Results indicated that low temperature adapted shiitake mushroom has a storage potential under freezing temperature (-3℃). Freezing storage technology of fresh shiitake mushroom will contribute the increase of storability up to 2 months.

연구의 목적 및 필요성본 연구는 연구개발활동에 대한 정부 재정자원의 효율적 배분과 사용을 위한 의사결정을 지원하기 위해 정부연구개발예산의 체계적 분석방안을 마련하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국제비교성과 정책적 유용성의 관점에서 정부연구개발예산의 규모와 배분에 대한 통계·지표를 개선하는 방안을 구체적으로 제시하고, 정부연구개발예산의 우선순위 조정을 위한 분석정보의 체계화방안을 모색하고 있다. 이러한 연구노력은 최근 확대·다원화되고 국가경영에서 차지하는 비중이 높아지고 있는 정부연구개발예산에 대해 국가적인 차원에서 우선순위 조정을 기하는 예산과정을 개선하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 주요 연구내용본 연구는 재정자원의 공급자 관점에서 정부연구개발지출의 규모와 자원배분 우선순위를 팡가하기 위한 분석방안을 체계화하였다. 제2장에서는 정부연구개발지출 측정이 지니는 의의를 살펴보고 정부연구개발지출의 측정방법을 비교·검토하였다. 제3장에서는 정부연구개발지출의 전체적 및 부분적 윤곽을 일관성있게 분석할 수 있는 정부연구개발예산에 대한 각종 통계· 지표 작성의 실태를 분석하였다. 먼저 OECD와 주요 선진국의 통계·지표 작성의 실태 분석을 통해 관련 통계·지표 작성의 가이드라인을 도출하고, 우리나라의 정부연구개발예산 통계·지표 작성이 안고 있는 문제점을 도출하였다. 제4장에서는 정부연구개발예산의 우선순위 조정에 활용될 수 있는 주요 분석정보를 검토하고 관련 정부지원체계 운영의 메카니즘을 분석하였다. 여기에서는 이러한 목적으로 현재 구축되어 활용 중인 미국의 RaDiUS DB의 운영구조도 소개하였다. 제5장에서는 정부연구개발예산의 체계적 분석방안 마련을 위해 필요한 정책건의를 담고 있다. 정부연구개발예산 통계· 지표 개선과 관련해서는 구체적인 개선방안을 제시하였으며, 정부 전체 차원의 연구개발예산 우선순위 조정능력을 향상시키기 위해 종합연구개발예산과정 도입을 건의하였다. 정책건의 및 결론◇ 정부연구개발예산 통계·지표의 개선 < 정부연구개발예산 규모 통계·지표의 개선 > ○ 연구개발예산 의 집계범위 조정 - 시험연구기관 및 시험연구비 예산은 연구개발활동조사 결과를 반영하여 연구개발계수를 조정하여 일정부분만 산입 - 현재 누락되어 있는 대학교수의 인건비, 대학의 시설 및 자금 지원은 연구개발계수를 적용하여 일정부분을 산입 - 병원의 임상연구동, 임상연구비도 연구개발계수를 적용 하여 일정부분만 산입 ○ 특별회계 중 연구개발활동에 지출된 예산을 모두 포함하되, 정보화촉진기금 등 연구개발관련기금의 사용은 별도의 참 고자료로 제시 ○ 정부의 재원부담 비중을 나타내는 통계·지표로서 총예산 대비 연구개발예산 대신 국민총생산(GDP) 대비 연구개발 예산 사용 < 정부연구개발예산 배분 통계·지표의 개선> ○ OECD 지침에 따라 사회경제적 목표별 연구개발예산을 나 타내는 통계·지표의 조속 정비 ○ 연구개발성격별 예산은 연구개발 과 연구시설 로 먼저 구분하여 집계하고, 연구개발 은 연구와 개발로 구분하여 집계 ○ 이 밖에, 연구개발예산의 배분과 관련하여 각 부처의 필요 에 따른 다양한 통계·지표의 개발·활용 < 정부연구개발예산 통계·지표 관리의 개선> ○ 제반 통계·지표를 과학기술 관련부처와 예산당국간에 합 의를 바탕으로 하여 작성·활용 ○ 국가연구개발사업 조사·분석·평가와 관련하여 연구개발 사업에 대한 정부지원을 종합적으로 파악할 수 있는 데이 터베이스 구축·활용 ○ 연구개발예산 편성시 작성하여야 할 통계·지표의 표준화 도 모색 < 관련 통계·지표의 확장> ○ 최근 OECD에서 시도되고 있는 바와 같이 세제지원, 융자, 정부구매, 과학기술하부구조 지원 등 산업기술 연구개발에 대한 간접적인 지원도 측정하는 방안 단계적 검토 ◇ `종합연구개발예산과정`의 도입○ 연구개발활동에 대한 재정노력을 예산과정에서 종합적으로 검토할 수 있는 종합연구개발예산과정 의 도입 ○ 부처별 예산에 대한 일차적인 심의가 이루어진 단계에서 하나의 복수절차로 추가적으로 운영
