        프로그램 논리모형을 적용한 자연기반 치유관광의 정책적 함의 - 지속가능한 치유관광을 위한 정책 프레임워크를 중심으로 -

        The increase in domestic healing tourism has led associated governmental agencies to becoming involved in the development of healing tourism projects. The budget expense for associated agencies amounts to approximately 282.56 billion won and these projects are currently ongoing. The healing tourism project is expected to expand with the purpose of achieving increased public value and advancing the local economy. The purpose of this study was therefore to identify the policy implications of healing tourism projects so that associated governmental agencies and local governments can analyze their enormous budget. This was achieved by applying a program logical model and a policy framework throughout the research. The results of using both these research strategies showed that: 1) Nurture was provided by a healing specialist and a healing tourism specialist. 2) There is a professionalization of healing programs that occurs. 3) That maintenance of consistent, professional, and systemic management of projects is needed. This will be achieved by establishing a control tower in a central agency. These results suggest the need for the establishment of organized policies that adhere to the tenants of a program logical model and a policy framework. This will ensure the maximization of management performance in healing tourism projects that are currently ongoing. 국내에서 치유관광이 크게 증가함에 따라 정부의 각 부처에서는 치유관광사업을 진행하고 있다. 각 부처에서 시행된 금액은 약 2,825억 6,400만원을 투입하였고, 사업은 지속적으로 진행 중이다. 치유관광사업은 공익적 가치와 지역경제 활성화라는 목적으로 향후 지속적으로 증가할 전망이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정부 각 부처와 지방자치단체에서 막대한 예산을 투입하고 있는 치유관광사업에 대한 정책적 함의를 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 프로그램 논리모형과 정책프레임워크 통해서 자연기반 치유관광을 위한 치유관광전문가 육성 및 치유관광의 핵심인 치유프로그램의 전문화가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 각 부처에서 동일한 사업을 진행함에 따라 중앙부서에는 컨트롤타워를 마련하여 통일성, 전문성, 그리고 체계성 있는 관리가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 아직은 시행 중인 치유관광사업에 대한 성과관리의 극대화를 위하여 정책프레임워크에 따라 관련 정책을 체계적으로 수립하고, 프로그램논리모형을 토대로 유도된 결과에 따라 전략을 집중할 필요가 있는 것 사료된다.

        대학생의 다전공 인식과 개선 및 요구사항 분석을 통한 향후 운영 방안 연구

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to present future strategies for the stable operation of a multi-major curriculum through the analysis of perceptions, improvements, and requirements related to multi-major. Methods The subjects of the study were 1,218 students at A University, which has a multi-major system in Seoul, and the difference was verified with the SPSS 23.0 program. For 232 people who responded to open questions, morphology analysis was conducted using KoNLPy based on Google Colab and then frequency analysis and Wordcloud were conducted. Results The main results are as follows. First, as a result of verifying the difference between multi-major perception and multi-major type classification, women were higher than men, and second, third and fourth graders were higher than first graders, and third and fourth graders were higher then second graders. In the case of the college, there was a statistically significant difference, but there was no statistically significant difference as a result of Scheffé's post-test. Second, as a result of verifying the difference between the preferred multi-majors, female students prefer double majors and male students prefer minor and convergence majors. There was no statistically significant difference in grades. College of humanities preferred double majors, engineering and IT colleges preferred minor majors, and IT preferred convergence majors. Third, as a result of verifying the difference in multi-major improvements, female students had high opinions on “adjustment of the number of selected people by department,” “expansion of division by subject,” and “opportunity to participate in special activities by department.”, and male students had high opinions on ‘strengthening academic support(professors, mentoring, teaching assistants). Compared to second, third, and fourth graders, first graders had a higher rate of “adjustment of the number of selected students by department,” “expansion of division by subject,” “strengthening academic support(professors, mentoring, teaching assistants),” and “opportunity to participate in special activities by department.” College of humanities had a high ratio of improvements in “adjustment of the number of selected people by department,” IT college “expansion of division by subject”, “strengthening academic support(professors, mentoring, teaching assistants).”, college of engineering “opportunity to participate in special activities by department.” Fourth, as a result of the morphology analysis of the requirements for multi-major operation, it was ranked first “major,” second “student,” third “credit,” fourth “subject,” and fifth “average.” Conclusions The results of this study are meaningful in that it provides basic data for establishing the direction of the multi-major curriculum. In addition, based on the results of this study, I would like to propose a way for multi-major customized operation in consideration of the characteristics of students.

        백서에서 산소독성으로 인한 폐유순도의 변화

        Oxygen therapy is clear benefit in the treatment of tissue hypoxia, but high concentrations and long term exposures of oxygen carry the risks of detrimental physiologic changes and tissue damages. Tissue damages involve decreased surfactant production,alveolar edema, and alveolar hemorrhage. In spite of these damage, diagnosis of oxygen toxicity is difficult in many clinical settings. In this study, we measured lung compliance to evaluate the oxygen toxicity in 60 white rat of 100-150 g body weight Rats were divided into 6 groups. Group I was control graup, exposed to room air, group II -group V were exposed to 100% oxygen, group II for 24 hours, group IlI for 48 hous, group IV for 72 hours, and group V for 96 hours. Group VI was exposed to oxygen in serial as 30% oxygen for 24 hours, 60% oxygen for 24 hours and then 100% oxygen for 96 hours. After oxygen exposure we obseved changes of lung compliance and pathologic findings, compliance of group V was 15.94 mL/cmH2O significantly lower than that of eontrol group (p$lt;0.05) and lung weight of group V was 2.16 g/100 g heavier than the other groups (p$lt;0.05). Although we found oxygen tolerance was developed in group V, we could not differentiate the degree of pathologic damage cauesd from oxygen toxicity by pathologic findings. We concluded that the measurement of lung compliance is valuable in diagnosis of oxygen toxicity and thus in reducing lung damages.

        지역사회 문화 탐방 필요도와 대학생활 적응 및 중도탈락 의도 간의 구조적 관계: 유아교육과 신입생의 지역사회 문화 탐방 경험 유무에 따른 다집단 분석

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to find out the structural relationship between the need to explore community culture for early childhood education department freshmen and university life adaptation and the intention to drop out intention, and to analyze it in a multi-group analysis based on the experience of exploring community culture. Methods The subjects of the study are 240 freshmen who entered the Department of Early Childhood Education in Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheong-do, Jeolla-do, and Gyeongsang-do. The directionality and normality of the research variables were validated using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 25.0 programs. The structural relationship between variables was analyzed by the suitability of the structural model and path coefficient using structural equations. The differences between groups were verified by multi-group analysis after the test of homogeneity. Results Main findings are as follows. First, the normality of the research variables was confirmed, and the mean of the intention to drop out midway was low. However, the perceived need for exploring the local community culture and adapting to university life, as well as the sub-domains of academic adjustment, social adjustment, and personal-emotional adjustment, was generally high. Second, the intention to drop out showed statistically significant negative correlation with the need to explore community culture, university life adaptation and sub-areas, academic adaptation, social adaptation, personal-emotional adaptation. Third, it was found that the need to explore community culture directly and indirectly affects the intention to drop out, and directly affects the university life adaptation. The results of this study can be interpreted as university life adaptation partially mediates in the process of the need to explore community culture affecting the intention to drop out. Fourth, as a result of multi-group analysis, in the cases of students with experience in exploring community culture, the need to explore community culture had had a greater impact on university life adaptation than those who did not. Conclusions The results of this study confirm the importance of exploring community culture experience and suggest the direction for the internalization for the program. In addition, I would like to suggest a way to stably operate the extracurricular program suitable for the characteristics of each university and department.

        클라인의 “투사적 동일시”를 통해 본 『빌레뜨』

        This paper will examine the pathological phenomenon of Lucy Snowe-the protagonist in Charlotte Brontë’s Villette-using Melanie Klein’s concept of “projective identification.” Projective identification is an unconscious procedure in which the parts of the self split off and are projected into an external object (the mother’s breast). In this process, the projected part of the self is identified with the object. The main purposes of projective identification are to remove any unsatisfactory feelings of the self, and to control and inflict harm upon the object (the bad mother). Klein applies the concept of projective identification in order to analyse the transformation of Fabian, the protagonist in Julian Green’s If I Were You. Fabian’s process of projective identification originates from negative emotions such as greed, jealousy and hatred. The formation of Lucy’s identity in Villette follows the same process of projective identification as Klein demonstrates. Lucy projects herself into the ‘objects’ around her-Paulina, Ginevra and Madame Beck-, and she identifies herself with those objects. She expresses her desire for Dr. John through this process of identification. As shown in the case of Fabian, Lucy’s projective identification is driven by jealousy, envy and aggression, and results in negative emotions, such as paranoid anxiety and suffering.

      • 韓國의 保建看護敎育 擔當者의 資格背景에 關한 調査

        A survey on nursing instructors in all levels of nursing school in Korea was completed in August of 1970, to explore the present status of qualification, in terms of instructor's educational preparation and experiences in the field and in teaching which are believed to be influencing factors in teaching-learning situations. The study has its limitation as the curriculum content is not included although the findings could be utilized as a basic reference in overall faculty planning. A total of 221 nursing instructors, in 35 schools(out of total 42 nursing schools of all levels) namely, 6 collegiate, 21 diploma and 8 technical programs were included in the study. A questionaire was sent by mail and an 83% (35 out of 42 schools) rate of return was obtained. The following in the summary of findings: Age distribution of respondents appeared to be cencered in thirties, and marital status of respondents showed no particular significane in relation to their qualification except that the tendency of single and young instructors in technical nursing program was apparent. In terms of their basic nursing education, the respondents' academic preparation showed that 12% were graduates of technical nursing high schools, 45% held diploma school of nursing and 40% were college graduates which shows the most nursing instructors are diploma graduates or above. Thirty-four percent of the respondents are without a bachelor's degree in any field, and the majority of these instructors are currently employed in the technical nursing high school program. Nineteen percent of the respondents hold a master's degree in nursing or a related field, and most of these instructors are teaching in a collegiate program (55%), while none of these were found in the technical nursing high school program. The respondents had average experiences of 4 years, 3 yeras, and 8 months in teaching, hospital, and public health field respectively. Eighty-one percent of the respondents had no experience in the field of public health nursing and the majority of these are currently assigned to the technical nursing high school program (84%). The detailed analysis showed 65% of public health nursing instructors had no experience in their specialty while in other fields, 21% of the respondents had no experience in their specialty. However, the specialty of others category were not able to specify in terms of med-surgery, obstetric or pediatric nursing etc. In short, the study revealed a lack of qualification of nursing instructors regardless of their specialties, in public health or other general nursing when these are compared to desirable standards of qualification. The study also revealed the tendency of less qualified instructors to gravitate into the lower level schools. The following recommendations are suggested as a means of raising the quality of nursing school faculties: 1) Legal accreditation of diploma schools of nursing, equivalent to that granted to junior college graduates, is needed for diploma graduates to give them a way to pursue a basic degree. 2) Post-graduate training in each clinical specialty should be established at the national level for the standardization of teaching and practice. 3) A supplementary course, leading to a bachelor's degree in public health nursing, should be established by government to meet the demand for qualified public health nursing instructors. 4) A mininum standard for nursing faculty member qualifications must be established and enforced in terms of general, professional preparation in basic nursing as well as specialty, plus experiences in practice and in teaching must be carefully reviewed. 5) Instructors themselves must show special interest in upgrading unrsing education standard as well as in their own personal development.
