수지매트를 이용한 바닥타일 건식공법 시스템에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is the development of practical Dry floor tile unit method that settle the defect of a wet method and designed for resin mat. With use of PE resin which is confirmed the basic property, it is developed that resin mat, joint-sealing compound with fixed form and space management to Dry floor tile unit method. The result of this study is below. 1) To acquire above the 4kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$ - construction specification criterion, the bonding space that between resin mat and tile has to occupy the 50% of resin mat module space(10,000$\textrm{cm}^2$). 2) Criteria of bonding part plane is below. simpleness of metal form. productivity, uniform quality after injection molding cooling, easy cutting for remain space management, adhesive property, construction ability, transformation of a severed piece under pressure and so on. 3) To get the shape that could protect the interfacial breakdown, it is designed that resin mat and tile are unified after the bond input. 4) Adapted joint-sealing compound is the material of urethane kinds wedge form. Resin mat has the water passageway that could drain the water. 5) To manage the severed piece of tile, the resin mat is likely to divide the half and the quarter and the plastic drainage is developed in the severed piece.

기업가정신이 과업도전감을 매개로 창업의도에 미치는 영향: Baron & Kenny와 Hayes의 검증 방법을 중심으로

Seniors' interest in re-employment and entrepreneurship after retirement is increasing. It is accelerating further due to the rapid low birth rate and aging population, early retirement, the age of 100, low growth without employment, and the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to investigate the effects of ‘entrepreneurship’ on ‘goal difficulty’ and ‘startup intention’ for seniors, and to suggest a way to revitalize startups that raises seniors' entrepreneurial intention. This study tested the hypothesis by performing frequency analysis, validity and reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis in order for a total of 345 samples collected through a non-face-to-face questionnaire. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a positive (+) significant effect on the sense of goal difficulty in the order of risk taking, innovativeness, and proactivity, which are the sub-variables of entrepreneurship. Second, the sense of goal difficulty had a positive (+) effect on entrepreneurship intention. Third, in the relationship between entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention, the mediating effect of goal difficulty was found to be partially mediated by innovativeness and risk taking, and completely mediated by proactivity. In order to enhance the entrepreneurship intention of seniors, the curriculum should be organized in the order of risk taking, innovativeness, and proactivity in entrepreneurship education, and start-up education that improves the sense of goal difficulty should be activated. 시니어들의 은퇴 후 재취업과 창업에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 급격한 저출산⋅고령화, 조기은퇴, 100세 시대, 고용 없는 저성장 그리고 COVID-19 팬데믹으로 더욱 가속화되고 있다. 이 연구는 시니어를 대상으로 ‘기업가정신’이 ‘과업도전감’과 ‘창업의도’에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 시니어의 창업의도를 높이는 창업 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이 연구는 비대면 설문 조사를통해 수집한 총 345개의 표본을 대상으로 빈도분석, 타당도와 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 차례로 실시하여 가설을 검정하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 기업가정신의 하위변인인 위험감수성, 혁신성, 진취성 순으로 과업도전감에 정(+)의 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 두 번째, 과업도전감은 창업의도에 정(+)의 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 세 번째, 기업가정신과창업의도의 관계에서 과업도전감의 매개효과는 혁신성과 위험감수성은 부분매개, 진취성은 완전매개한 것으로 나타났다. 시니어의 창업의도를 제고하기 위해서는 기업가정신 교육에서 위험감수성, 혁신성, 진취성의 순으로 커리큘럼을 구성하고, 과업도전감을 향상시키는 창업교육도 활성화되어야 할 것이다.

This paper looks into the actual employment practice of indefinite-term contract workers in the South Korean government agencies and highlights the contributing factors to their ‘job satisfaction’. We obtained the data on 39 agencies’ employment practices on these workers though ‘Freedom of Information Act’ and showed that the unresolved issues raised by the existing literature were actually present in the job place. A survey on these workers were conducted to illustrate the main factors that influence their ‘job satisfaction’, the concept that combines subjective assessment on ‘importance’ and ‘satisfaction’ over the critical issues such as employment insecurity, wage discrimination. We found that most of the indefinite-term workers surveyed in this study were positive on the improved job security after the introduction of a new contract system, but this positive assessment did not lead to a higher job satisfaction level. After controlling for other variables, it was found that the sense of ‘co-workership’, the self-realization that their work is essential to the organization enhances the level of job satisfaction of these workers. 본 논문의 목적은 중앙행정기관의 무기계약 전환 근로자들의 임금·복지 등에관한 관리운영 실태를 파악하고, 이들의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치고 있는 요인을분석하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 국내 최초로 중앙행정기관 무기계약직의 해고기준, 정년, 현원, 정원, 고용실태, 직업훈련, 인건비, 복리후생 등 관리운영 실태 전반을행정정보공개를 통해 파악하고 선행연구에서 제기한 무기계약직 제도의 문제점이실제 존재하고 있는지를 살펴보았다. 또한, 8개 중앙행정기관 무기계약 전환 근로자의인식도를 조사하고, 중요도와 만족도를 결합한 ‘직무만족도 지수’를 통해 고용안정, 임금, 복지 및 근무환경에 대한 인식과 전반적인 직무만족도의 관계를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 제도의 목적인 고용안정에 대해서는 다수가 무기계약직 전환이후 고용불안이 해소된 것으로 인식하고 있었으나, 이와 같은 긍정적 인식이 ‘직무만족도’의 향상으로 이어지지 않고 있음을 확인하였다. 무기계약 근로자들의 ‘직무만족도’를 향상시키기 위해서는 임금⋅복지 등 처우개선 뿐 아니라 공무원의 보조자가 아닌 조직에서 필수적인 업무를 담당하고 있다는 인식을 제고시키는 것이 ‘직무만족도’ 향상에핵심적임을 제시하였다.
