This study has two aim: one is to clarify the restructuring of English in utterance and the other is to make use of text-setting to be applied to getting accustomed to the English rhythm and pronunciation. Clitics prove to play a crucial role on the English restructuring, and are found to be attached to their previous and to their next head or host, thus forming, respectively, an on-cliticized rhythm, trochee and a pro-cliticized rhythm, iambus. En-cliticization proves to be preferred to pro-cliticization in most types of English rhythms. Accordingly, the restructuring turn out to occur all over the levels of the Prosodic Hierarchy. That is, syllables, words and clitic groups are restructured in poetry as well as in song words, which means the necessity of restructuring throughout the levels of the Prosodic Hierarchy from the syllable to the utterance. The present study suggests a good use of a rhythmic textsetting for learners of English to get accustomed to the stress-timed rhythm as well as to such changes in pronunciation as reductions, deletions, resolutions, contractions, and rhythms in English.
14,000teu급 대형 컨테이너선 프로펠러 캐비테이션 특성연구

본 논문에서는 KORDI 대형 캐비테이션터널에서 프로펠러 캐비테이션 및 변동압력 계측시험 결과의 성능검증을 위하여 실선 프로펠러 변동압력 및 국외기관 시험결과와 비교한다. 그리고 캐비테이션 터널에서 재현한 공칭반류분포 및 반류수축(wake contraction) 특성을 살펴보고 LDV로 계측한 총 유속을 바탕으로 유효반류를 추정한다. 본 실험을 통하여 모형선 변동압력계측 결과와 실선 변동압력 계측결과는 비교적 좋은 일치를 보여주고 있다. 프로펠러 캐비테이션 발생특성은 반류분포에 지배적이기 때문에 간접적으로 실선 변동압력 결과비교를 통하여 대형 캐비테이션 터널에서 재현된 반류의 타당성을 확인해 본다.
혼합형 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 웹 기반의 차량 경로 문제

This study is concerned with developing a heuristic for a web-based vehicle routing problem using mixed genetic algorithm(VRPMGA) which determines each vehicle route in order to minimize the transportation costs, subject to meeting the demands of all delivery points. VRP is known to be NP-hard, and it needs a lot of computing time to get the optimal solution, so that heuristics are more frequently developed than optimal algorithms. This study aims to develop a mixed genetic algorithm by partitioned strategy which can give a good solution in comparatively brief time. The good features of the VRPMGA are, fristly, the ability of early convergence and, secondly, the capability of producing multiple, alternative, and near-optimal solutions. The VRPMGA is a useful algorithm that can be appliable to VRP and TSP. Finally, the computational test were performed using the benchmark problems and the proposed heuristic is compared with the other existing algorithms (COSA). The result of computational tests shows that proposed heuristic gives good solutions, in much shorter time, which are same as the best known solutions in the pervious research.
