Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods. But and if that evil sevant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming. And shall begin to smite his fellowservcants, and to eat and drink with the drunken ; The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of, And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

        미술교과서에 제시된 현대미술 도판 분석을 통한 미술교육 역량강화 방안 연구

        The analysis of illustration presented in the Korean art text-book takes a crucial role of the key to make a diagnosis about the artistic culture embeded in post-modernism. In this sense, I explore the historical background about the theory of art and culture penetrated in Avant-garde and Post-modernism to prospect artistic aspect. Thus, I believe that it is very useful for a triangular position to explore the capability empowerment in the context of art education from the communication ability in the scene of post-modern art. The purpose of this study is to refine the meaning of text for art education in the context of cultural, social and political change in Korean educational environment. In addition, the analysis of art text book carries out authentic research in the parameter of political influence come into view in Korean art educational environment. Therefore, the comparative analysis of illustration presented art text-book implements ideal application to prospect the social-justification and contextual- justification in the context of art education. 전 세계에 출간되어 객관성을 확보한 미술사 영역의 단행본과 저명한 큐레이터에 의해 편집된 현재 진행형의 작가들, 그리고 세계에서 가장 방대한 컬렉션을 자랑하는 미술관에서 펴낸 책에 실린 작가들과 비교 분석하여 동시대 미술의 소통에 관한 당위성과 타당성을 정립하고, 교육적 역량을 제고하는 작업은 매우 의미 있는 일이다. 이러한 분석 결과는 한국의 미술교육에 여러 가지의 시사점을 제공하고 있다. 따라서 동시대 미술의 올바른 소통을 통한 한국미술교육의 역량을 강화하기 위해서는 교과서의 심의 기준에 일정의 분량을 의무화하는 방식이 필요하다. 구체적으로 그림책처럼 도판을 단순히 나열하는 방식으로 구성된 교과서는 더 이상 한국 미술교육의 위기에 도움을 주지 못할 것이다. 미술 교과서의 합본은 이러한 의미에서 워크북 형태를 띠고 있다. 식상한 명화를 제시하고 단순한 설명을 곁들이는 형태의 교과서가 모범을 제시하는 텍스트의 존재로 인식 될 수 있을까? 이러한 요인으로 인해 교사와 학습자는 미술교과서를 끊임없이 외면하여 왔다. 다행스럽게도 합본의 형태를 갖추면서 중복되는 내용이 사라지고 내용 체계가 비교적 매끄럽게 연결되고 있다. 그러나 위의 분석 결과에 나타나있듯이 동시대 미술문화와의 소통이 편협적인 관점에서 제시될 개연성이 존재한다. 그러므로 교과서가 갖는 ‘틀(frame)’의 한정성과 경직성은 여전히 존재할 수밖에 없다. 결론적으로 미술교과서의 역할을 증폭시키기 위해서는 교과서에서 제시한 내용들 이외에 CD나 웹페이지를 이용한 보완된 이미지의 첨가가 필요하다. 인터넷의 개방성은 학습자에게 무한대로 열려있으면서도 비교육적인 요소를 내세워 현대미술의 흐름을 왜곡한다는 것은 결국 미술교육을 교과서의 틀 속에 가두어 버리는 결과가 될 것이다. 또한 현대미술을 ‘신기한’ 혹은 ‘충격적인’ 시각에서만 바라보지 말고 외국과 한국작가들의 상황을 분석하여 그 교차점에 교사는 항상 존재 하여야 한다. 현대미술을 올바르게 해석하는 방법은 작품 속에 내재된 아이디어의 출처를 잘 파악하고 그 변용의 방법을 직관적으로 생각해내는 일이다. 또한 현대미술과의 올바른 소통은 타 교과와 차별되는 창의력과 인성을 갖추기 위한 첫 번째 조건이며, 미술교육의 역량 강화에 필수 불가결한 요소이다. “훌륭한 교수자란 그 자신이 훌륭한 학생이어야 하며 훌륭한 학습 방법이 곧 훌륭한 교수 방법으로 연결”(Eurlich & Frey, 1996: 4)된다는 논리를 명심할 필요가 있다.

        디지털 SCM 실행 방식과 품질경영의 시스템적, 인적 요인의 연계: 중국 기업을 중심으로

        The authors firstly aim to confirm their validiy and reliability as constructs of Digital Supply Chain Management practice and corporate performance and the effect of the former variable to the latter variable by carrying out empirical researches. In the second stage of this study, the authors tried to examine whether two quality management factors, systemic and human, have significant moderating effect on the relationship between DSCM and corporate performance respectively. To verify properness of constructs, the authors implemented validity analysis using exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis using Cronbach’s alpha measure. For the causal relationship between DSCM and corporate performance variables, the authors carried out regression model analysis and, to confirm moderating effect of systemic quality management factor and human factor, moderate(hierarchial) regression model. By carrying out empirical surveys to companies in China, DSCM and performance’s validity and reliability were confirmed and the authors can verify that the former has positive effect on the latter. Furthermore, implementing human factor in quality management practice has positive moderating effect on the relationship between DSCM and performance while implementing systemic factor does not have the effect.
