인쇄회로기판은 다수의 구리 적층판과 글래스 에폭시로 구성되어진다. 각 구리적층판은 최적의 임무수행을 위해 복잡하고 서로 다른 형태의 패턴을 가지게 된다. 이 때, 기판의 강성은 각 적층판에 많은 영향을 받고 있으며, 이와 같은 이유로 기판의 동특성값인 강성의결정이 중요하게 되었다. 다목적 실용위성에서 사용된 전력조절기는 크게 2가지 형태의 보드를 장착하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 다목적 실용위성의 전력조절기에서 사용된 기판의 강성 결정을 위한 방법을 제시하고 복합소재 고전적 이론을 이용하고자 하였다. 또한 실제 진동환경시험을 통한 결과를 토대로 이와 같은 방법을 입증하고자 하였다. Printed Circuit Boards are composed of multi-layered copper(CU) plate and glass epoxy. Each copper layer has the complicated and different pattern to correctly operate for its mission. In that case, PCB(Printed Circuit Board) stiffness are affected by the copper layers. By reasoning of this complicated copper layer pattern, it is difficult to determine the PCB stiffness. Solar array regulator for KOMPSAT(Korea Multi Purpose SATellite) has two type of PCB. In this study, the methodology of calculation of the PCB stiffness for KOMPSAT SAR unit is suggesteol considering the concept of simplified representative volume element and it will be correlated with the results under KOMPSAT vibration test condition.
전류불연속 제어의 새로운 PFC 스텝-업 AC-DC 컨버터

This paper is studied on a novel step-up AC-DC converter of power factor correction (PFC) by discontinuous current control. The converter operated in discontinuous current control eliminates the complicated circuit control requirement, and reduces a number of components. The input current waveform in proposed circuit is got to be discontinuous sinusoidal form in proportion to magnitude of ac input voltage under the constant duty cycle switching. Therefore, the input power factor is nearly unity and the control circuit is simple. Also the switching devices in a proposed circuit are operated with soft switching by the partial resonant method. The result is that the switching loss is very low and the efficiency of system is high. The partial resonant circuit makes use of a inductor using step up and loss-less snubber capacitor. The circuit topology of the converter is simplified. Some simulative results on computer and experimental results are included to confirm the validity of the analytical results.
통신방송위성 중계기 탑재체의 원격검침데이터 획득 및 모니터링 시스템의 설계

한국항공우주산업(주)는 ETRI 주관사업인 통신방송위성 Ka/Ku 대역 중계기의 EQM 모델 개발사업에 참여하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 중계기의 지상시험 기간동안에 사용하기 위한 원격검침데이터의 획득과 모니터링 시스템의 설계 내용을 다루고 있으며, 원격검침데이터의 획득 하드웨어, 포맷팅 및 디코딩 관련 기법이 기술되고 있다. 본 시스템은 원격검침데이터의 모니터링 통제 및 시현을 담당하는 버스컨트롤러(Bus Controller, BC)와 원격검침 원시데이터의 획득을 담당하는 리모트 터미널(Remote Terminal, RT)등의 두 파트로 구성된다. 그리고, 두 파트사이의 원격검침 데이터의 전송은 MIL-STD-1553B 인터페이스를 적용하고 있다. 이러한 BC와 RT는 중계기 시험기간 동안에 중계기 내의 장비에 전기적 손상을 방지하도록 통신방송위성 중계기의 기능규격서와 접속규격서를 만족하도록 설계되어진다. KAI has been participated in ETRI program of EQM (Electrical Qualification Model) development in the communication and broadcasting satellite Ku and Ka bands payload system. This paper describes the design overview of the telemetry acquisition and monitoring system for the transponder of Communication & Broadcasting Satellite (CBS) Payload System at the ground test period. Also, the telemetry acquisition hardware, telemetry formatting and decoding techniques are specified in the paper. The system is divided into two parts that are the Bus Controller (BC) Station for monitoring control and display of telemetry data, and the Remote Terminal (RT) Unit for telemetry raw data acquisition. And, the system adapts the MIL-ST1553B interface for telemetry data transfer between BC Station and RT Unit. Both parts are designed appropriately to meet the functional and interface requirements, which is to avoid damaging the EQM equipment during test.

The driving torque and damping cbaracteristic of a SEH(Strain Energy Hinge) used in a satellite deployment mechanism depend on the geometrical shape and material property of the. thin plate spring used in the SEH. To obtain the desired motion of a deployment system, the SEH must be designed carefully. The design factors of a SEH include curvature, length and fixing method of the thin plate spring. Design factors are analyzed using experiments but a computational method must be developed to design the SEH effectively.<br/> The buckling load of the SEH is the most important characteristic. to select the design factors. So in this paper: a computational method for the buckling analysis of a thin plate spring is presented. First, a nonlinear analysis method for the buckling load of a thin plate spring is presented. Next, finite element analysis of a presented method is applied to the SEH. Finally, the analysis result is compared with the testing result to show the effectiveness of the presented method.

In this study, we proposed high efficiency wind power generator system for induction generator used SVPWM swiching inverter. First, we propose equivalient circuit for induction generator, it's characteristics equation, and power equation of slip. In addition, we suggest pick Power Traction Slip control methods, adapted variable wind power system. We study simulation result for the proposed system and output power by slip effect. and we identify SVPWM of suitable wind power system by comparison between SPWM and SVPWM Consequently, we show tat the system control result form variable wind power is suitable.
