해수면 관측치에서 평균해면과 조위를 제거한 것을 비조석해면변위라 한다. 비조석해면변위는 기압, 바람, 해수밀도 변화 등에 의해 만들어 진다. 연안이 나 항구에서 선박이 접안할 때나 낚시, 바다갈라짐 등 레저활동과 관광할 때, 조위는 예측이 가능하지만 비조석해면변위는 예측하기 어려워 안전를 위협할 수 있다. 한국연안의 비조석해면변위의 시공간적인 변동과 그 주요 요인을 알아 보고자 한다.

In general, domestic rubber parts manufacturers of automobile industry are small/ medium and produce diverse products in small lots. Customers requirements to change their models for new products can be easily adapted through the new molds of press machines. However, because of the gradual rise on material prices and labor costs, they need a production control system to efficiently manage interconnected press machines and hold their production information in common. In this study, we develop a real time process control system for an automobile rubber parts manufacturing company.

간문맥성 고혈압(Portal hypertension) 환자 48명의 CT 소견을 분석하여 원인을 분류하고, 문맥전신성 측부순환(Portosystemic collaterals)의 종류와 빈도를 파악하며, 이들 소견이 어떻게 보이는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 또한 문맥 고혈압 환자의 문맥전신성 측부순환의 CT소견을 이해함으로써 좀 더 많은 측부순환을 찾을 수 있고, 커진 림프절이나 다른 연부조직 종괴와의 감별에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the usefulness of CT in detection of portosystemic collaterals in portal hypertension. Mlethods and Materials: Medical records and CT findings of 48 patients with portal hypertension were reviewed. We classified portosystemic collaterals into 10 groups. Results: Liver cirrhosis was the cause of portal hypertension in 44 cases(91.7%), and hepatocellular carcinoma was associated in 12 cases(25.0%). Total 117 cases of portosystemic collaterals were identified. CT showed 33 coronary veins(28.2%), 33 gastroesophageal varices(28.2%), 19 recanalized umbilical veins(16.2%), 14 gastrorenal-splenorenal shunts(12.0%), 5 dilated azygos systems(4.3%), 3 cavernous transformations(2.6%), 3 peripancreatic collaterals(2.6%), 3 perigastric collaterals(2.6%), 2 retroperitoneal-paravertebral collaterals(1.7%), and 2 Caput Medusa(1.7%). Conclusion: CT is useful in the evaluation of portosystemic collaterals in patients with portal hypertension, and it can differentiate the collaterals from enlarged lymph node or soft tissue mass.

The allocation of inspection effort in a serial system for warrantied products is considered. Applying the parts count method, the failure rate is described reflecting inspection efforts. If repeated inspections are not permitted, this problem is shown to be equivalent to a nonlinear zero-one integer pregramming problem. This implies that either zero or 100% inspection is optimal at each potental inspection location.
중소 멤브레인 제조업체의 웹 기반 아이템관리시스템 개발

This paper deals with production processes of materials (membranes) in a Korean marine equipment company. The membranes composed of about 300 kinds of items are core resources of LNG (liquefied natural gas) carrier tank, and bring high value-added profits. As the production processes require advanced technical skills and high level of quality, it is very important to minimize loss of the raw materials and maximize yields of final products. In this research, we analyze the production procedures of membranes and develop a web-based item management system for the effective constructing of materials information and their process control. This system can provide a real-time control and tracing each production process from the incoming of raw materials to the shipping of the finished goods. The results can be used as a basic data of ERP (enterprise resource planning).

Reaction-bonded SiC-Si material was fabricated by infiltration of Si melt into a mixture of $\alpha$-SiC and carbon at 175$0^{\circ}C$ under the vacuum atmosphere. Wear properties were analyzed by ball-on-plate wear tester, changing loading weight, sliding speed, sliding time and atmosphere, Results showed that the friction coefficient was decreased with increasing load and sliding velocity. The lowest friction coefficient of 0.05 was obtained under an oil atmosphere. The analysis of the wear surface indicated that the areas wehre particles were pulled out and where free silicon particles worn out preferentially serve as liquid reservoirs to decrease the wear resistance.
경영시스템 통합을 위한 조선기자재 업체의 경영시스템 운용분석

Organizations worldwide make efforts to develop their management systems for business functions. The representatives of management systems include quality management system (QMS), environmental management system (EMS) and occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS). Implementing EMS and/or OHSMS in addition to QMS requires the integration of separate management systems in alignment with the organization’s strategies and goals. Through the questionnaire survey on Korean marine equipment enterprises, this paper deals with the operational practices of management systems and analyzes perceptions about integrated management system (IMS). We found out the degree of perception is not sufficient enough to prepare background for IMS in Korean marine equipment enterprises. The results contribute to solid understanding and successful implementation of IMS.
