본 연구는 현대인의 정보전달과 공유에 있어서 그 영향력이 대단히 큰 인터넷상의 '유아체육' 에 대한 검색결과를 조사·분석하여 나타난 문제점을 도출하고 향후 '유아체육'에 대한 보다 신속하고 정확한 정보검색의 방향을 논의하고 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적에 따라 국내 5대 검색 엔진의 사이트를 대상으로 하였으며, 최상위 카테고리(Category)에서 최하위 카테고리(Category)까지 조사하되, 최상위의 카테고리(Category) 또는 디렉토리를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. '유아체육' 카테고리(Category) 형성의 미흡으로 정보검색 방향이 난해함. 2. 제2수준에서의 카테고리(Category) 형성 분류의 명확성이 결여됨. 3. 사이트 등록에 있어서의 '유아체육'에 대한 학문적 인식이 부족함. 상기와 같은 결과를 통해서 볼 때 '유아체육'검색 카테고리(Category) 형성의 방향성을 제시하자면, 첫째는 '유아체육' 웹사이트 제작자가 인터넷 검색 기능의 효율성을 제대로 인식해야 되겠으며, 둘째로는 검색 카테고리(Category) 분류에 있어서의 신중성과 세분화를 고려해야한다고 본다. 셋째는 '유아체육'웹사이트 개발자의 검색 등록시 유아체육 비 관련자에게의 위탁을 지양해야 한다는 것이고, 넷째는 '유아체육'의 학문적 위상 정립을 위한 끊임없는 연구 활동이 계속되어야 할 것이다. Internet have a effect on information-sharing and transmission of the modems. This research aims at deduction of a point at issue on checking and analyzing retrieval and then presenting more quick, exact information-retrieval about the infant physics of the future. According to the purpose of the research, five best search engines of domestic here in Korea are selected, from the investigated highest category to the investigated lowest, we draw the following conclusion of the best category or directory. 1. Because the form of infant physics category is insufficient, we have the difficulty in finding the direction of information search. 2. The clarity of category forming classification lacks from 2nd level. 3. There to be to site registration, the study recognition about an infant physics is insufficient. Through the above conclusion we can suggest the direction of infant physics search category from like that. First the infant physics web site manufacturer can recognize the efficiency of internet search function. Second they may consider the foresight and in search category classification departmentalization. Third when we register the manufacturer's infant physics. Web site, we should stop the consign to the non-relatived persons in infant physics. Forth we should continuously study to put the position of the infant physics highly.

A legal acts consisting of declaration of intentions that cause changes in status relationship are a kind of a formal act which requires a legal declaration. However, an intention of marriage shall be considered as the agreement of a practical conjugal formation based on mental and physical union rather than the agreement of a perfunctory intention of marriage registration that has no intention of forming a marital community between the couples who are directly involved in the marriage. A legal acts consisting of declaration of intentions that cause changes in status relationship are a kind of a formal act which requires a legal declaration. However, because of the characteristics of marriage behavior, an intention of marriage shall be considered as the agreement of a practical conjugal formation based on mental and physical union rather than the agreement of a perfunctory intention of marriage registration that has no intention of forming a marital community between the couples who are directly involved in the marriage.

Indiscriminate recognition of newly included public projects located on the bounds of public interest based on the related laws causes the social conflicts and denial of publicness for the public projects when performed without sufficient social consensus and public awareness. The system of project recognition based on related laws is considerably useful for the efficient implementation of public projects, which leads to decrease of project cost and maximization of public interest. Nonetheless, indiscriminate authorization of public expropriation based on the related laws, for sole purpose of efficient implementation of projects without proper procedure of project recognition, should be avoided. Although recognition of such projects with consensus on public interest among members of society as traditional public ones should be maintained, recognition of newly included projects with the expansion of (the concept of) public interest should be performed with utmost care to minimize the violation of private interests. 사업인정 의제제도는 공익사업의 효율적 추진을 위해 상당히 유용한 제도이다. 공익사업의 효율적 추진은 사업비용을 낮추고 공익을 극대화하는 효과를 가진다. 그러나 사업의 효율적 추진만을 강조함에 따라, 정상적인 사업인정 절차를 생략하고, 사업인정 의제를 통해 공용수용권을 무조건 부여하는 것은 지양되어야 한다. 전통적 공익사업과 같은 이미 오랜 시간 동안 사회구성원 간 공익성의 합의가 있는 사업에 대한 사업인정 의제는 유지되어야 하지만, 공익성 확장에 따라 새롭게 공익사업으로 인정되고 있는 사업의 사업인정 의제는 사익 침해의 최소화를 위해 지양되어야 한다.

There are about thirty Travel Gasas about Mt. Geumgang. In the early period of the Joseon dynasty, we had only Gwandongbyeolgok and Gwandongsokbyeolgok for Travel Gasas about Mt. Geumgang, and they were short and lyrical. In the late period of the Joseon dynasty, there were a lot of long and descriptive works. While only bureaucratic literary men wrote them in the early period of Joseon, bureaucratic literary men, scholars out of office, Buddhist monks and others did so in the late period of Joseon. Then in modern literature, the group of writers expanded to include women. Long and short stories existed at the same time. In the Travel Gasas about Mt. Geumgang, Taoist, Buddhist and Confucian language was used to express the beauty of the language and they enhanced the emotion of the works and the beauty of literature. The beauty of the language in the Travel Gasas about Mt. Geumgang was realized through unique expressions such as presentation of speed and space of time, humoristic expressions, conversational statements, and insertions of Chinese poems. It was occasionally shown through realistic and lyric expressions.
