지니는 자바 기줄의 특성을 가장 잘 살린 홈네트워크 미들웨어이다. 하지만 지니를 기반으로 홈네트워크 서비스를 제대로 지원하기 위해서, 지니 시스템은 어려운 일련의 작업과 복잡한 관리를 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서 개발한 서비스 고리 시스템은 자동화 모듈을 포함하고 있는 서비스 제공자 컴포넌트와 룩업 서비스 컴포넌트이다. 본 자동화 모듈은 지니 시스템에서 필요한 라이브러리, 실행하고 있는 컴퓨터의 환경정보, 지니 서비스를 위한 클래스 파일 시스템 구성 정보의 탐색과 설정을 자동화하였다. 본 시스템은 지니 홈네트워크 실행환경의 자동화, 서비스 관리 구조의 단순화 및 서비스 실행의 시각화를 통해 서비스 관리자나 서비스 제공자에세 효율적인 서비스 관리 환경을 제공한다 . Jini is a promising HomeNetworking middleware of computing environment based on Java Technology. To support Homenetwork service based on Jini, Jini device requires a successive operation and complicated management. In this paper, our service management system is a service provider component and lookup service component including automation module. Our automatin module privide searching and setting function of a library, runtime environment and class file system cinfiguration information for Jini service. Our system can be accomplished by automation of runtime environment, simplification of service management structure, visualization of service execution.

The purpose of this thesis is theorizing that a confidence liability is distinguished from a liability and a liability by a tort. The confidence liability is a legal liability that imposes obligation to perform a contract or obligation to pay for damages on confidence-maker under a fixed condition. Its final legal ground is article 2 of Civil Law[Loyalty and Good Faith]. It is originated from fides in the Roman law, Treue and Gewere in the Germanic law, Estoppel in the Anglo-American law, Externality theory and Confidence liability theory in the German law. It is distinguished from a liability by a juristic act in that a obligation to perform a contract or a obligation to pay for damages is imposed on confidence-maker in spite of absence of his self-determination and there are special relations between both. And it is also distinguished from a liability by a tort in that it requires special relations between both. In connection with a liability by a juristic act, their distinction should be started from understand about declaration of intention. The confidence liability is among conceptual elements of the principle of private autonomy. In this respect, it plays a complementary role for the principle of private autonomy with a liability of a juristic act by self-determination. If following requirements are fulfilled, the confidence liability comes into effect. That is, it requires ① existence of special relations between confidence-maker and relier, ② existence of any juristic marks, ③ existence of cause imputing to products of any marks similar to juristic act, ④ relier"s recognition of the existence of any juristic marks, ⑤ relier belief in that any marks similar to juristic act are different from the truth and so his/her managing any juristic acts to it. When above requirements are fulfilled, effects come from the confidence liability, if it is not expressly stipulated in the text about them, they depend on following: first, in case that a case is discussed only between confidence-maker and relier, ① when confidence-maker knew products of any marks similar to juristic act, if there is no negligence in relier"s belief in them. confidence-maker should be charged with liability to perform a contract, and if there is negligence in relier"s belief in them, confidence-maker should be charged with liability to pay for damages(reliance interest). ② when confidence-maker didn"t know products of any marks similar to juristic act through his/her negligence, confidence-maker should be charged with liability to pay for damages(reliance interest) only as there is negligence in relier"s belief in them. ③ when confidence-maker didn"t know products of any marks similar to juristic act without his/her negligence, confidence-maker should not be charged with anything in principle. Second, in case that a case is discussed among actually rightful person, confidence-maker, and relier, confidence-maker"s products of any marks similar to juristic act are taken in accordance with lack of authority to represent. That is, in this case, even though actually rightful person knew that facts, he/she should not be charged with anything in principle. In addition, this theory attempts to theorize with Confidence liability theory about several particular issues in Civil Law.
미생물제 첨가유무에 따른 음식물 쓰레기 퇴비 부숙도 평가

This studies were conducted to evaluate efficiency of microbial inoculator for active composting of food wastes. The Microbial inoculators used in this studies were purchased from different comparise to evaluate their effectiveness for composting of food waste in Korea. The number of bacteria growing at 30℃ in commercial inoculator collected were below 91.0×10^8 CFU/g which were counted from well cured compost made by animal manure. The number of bacteria in commercial microbial inoculator, such as FL, VP, B9, CM and GE were higher than that of composted at 50℃ or 60℃ of incubation temperature. Fungi were counted in GR, VP and B9 as over 10³CFU/g at 30℃ of incubation temperature, while fungi of all the commercial inoculator collected could not grown at 50℃ and 60℃. Actinomycetes in most of the these had higher number(10^5CFU/g) than that of compost : however, it was not detected at 60`L incubation temperature from all the samples collected. The amount of carbon dioxid production was order to VP$gt;HU$gt;B9$gt;GE$gt;CM$gt;Control$gt;Compost in the lab scale composting test with or without inoculation of commercial inoculators, however, but the difference in carbon dioxide production was similar among each treatments. The effect of inoculation on composting parmeter such as pH changes, temperature increasing and change of chemicals properties were a little among each treatments, with or without inoculation of commercial inoculator in active composting of food waste. Using commercial inoculator did not show any statistical difference in food waste composting process under various condition such as pH changes, temperature changes, etc.

This study was conducted to evaluate possibility for composting by microorganisms in food waste itself. In the result of counting of microorgansm in food waste, the number of bacteria growing at 30℃ and 50℃ were counted 10^5-10^7CFU/g and 10^5-10^6 CFU/g in the almost food waste, respectively. Amylase and protease producing microorgansim were counted 10³-10^7 CFU/g at 30℃ and 50℃. In the result of composting for 30 days, FW 1 was reveal that CO₂gas production rate and degradation of organic matter were similar to FW2 but higher than that of FW3, FMl and FM2. Also, In the cases of change of enryme producing microorgansim during the composting, FW 1 were counted 10^5-10^9 CFU/g at 30℃, 50℃ and 60℃ of incubation temperature, while FM1, added to commercial microbial inoculator, were less than that of FM1. Consequently, It was suggested that FW1 was most suitable condition for composting by microorganisms in food waste and there was no need to use microbial inoculator for composting.

본 논문에서는 인간형 로봇의 태스크 실행 중 자율 감정 생성을 위하여 Three-layered hybrid architecture에 기반한 감정 반응 시스템을 제안한다. Three-layered hybrid architecture는 Deliberative layer, Reactive layer Hardware abstraction layer의 3단계의 계층으로 되어 있으며 모바일, 로봇의 자율 동작을 위해서 개발되었다. 본 연구에서는 저자가 개발중인 안드로이드 EveR-2의 감정 시스템에 적용하여 로봇의 태스크 동작 중에 외부의 자극들로부터 자신의 감정을 생성하고, 생성된 감정과 태스크를 조합하여 자신의 행동을 변화시키며 인간과 상호작용하는 로봇 감정 시스템을 구현하였다.

최근 이동단말기나 PDA, 스마트폰과 같은 정보기기나 디지털 가전기기의 사용이 증대됨에 따라, ARM 코어 시스템을 기반으로 하는 프로세서와 이를 운영하기 위한 소프트웨어 수요도 증가하고 있다. 본 논문은 프로세서를 운영하기 위한 소프트웨어 중에서 예외처리를 위한 일반적인 인터럽트 제어를 다룬다. ARM 시스템 상에서 임의의 주변 장치(타이머/카운터)에 의해 발생하는 인터럽트 처리 과정과 예외처리를 제어하기 위한 벡터 테이블을 구성하는 방법에 대해 분석한다. 그리고 인터럽트를 처리하는 인터럽트 코드부분과 벡터 테이블내의 인터럽트의 상호 연관성에 대해 논의한다.
