Socialism during the colonial period in Korea was one of the strong theoretical lines of the national liberation movement. Shin, Nam Cheol (1907-1958(?)) is regarded as the most thorough devotee of dialectical materialism, and he accepted this as the only scientific method and developed a theoretical struggle regardless of left or right. He criticized the nationalist liberation movement as unscientific “patriotism”, criticized the popular Western idealism at the time for not capturing reality at all, and evaluated the existentialism as a mood philosophy. His critical works were strongly engraved with the ‘scientific socialist’ view that the entire society cannot be viewed scientifically unless we face the class contradiction in the society. However, it is questionable whether his epistemology which argues for his thoughts can be accepted as historical materialistic. In 1937, he presented “The Basic Theory of Philosophy of History - Cognition and the Body” as his historical materialist epistemology, which considered the ‘body’, which emerged as an important philosophical concept at the time, as the subject of cognition, and it is evaluated as materialistic. Aside from the fact that the concept of ‘base and superstructure’, which is regarded as the core of historical materialist knowledge, does not appear in this epistemology, his theory imprinted with the core concepts and ideas of idealism, phenomenology, and existentialism that he has confronted critically. This shows not only the inconsistency or limit of his understanding of historical materialism but also the idealistic tendencies of his thoughts. 일제 강점기 사회주의는 민족해방운동의 강력한 이론적 노선 중 하나였다. 그중에서 신남철(Shin, Nam-Cheol, 1907-1958(?))은 가장 철저한 변증법적 유물론의 신봉자로 간주되며, 이를 유일한 과학적 방법론으로 받아들여 좌우를가리지 않고 이론투쟁을 전개한 인물이다. 당시 민족을 최상의 가치로 둔 민족주의적 해방운동을 비과학적 “애국주의”로 비판하고, 당대 서구의 유행하는 관념론에 대해서는 현실성을 전혀 포착하지 못한다고 비판하며, 실존주의 철학에대해서는 개인의 입신양명만을 추구하는 기분 철학 정도로 평가한다. 그의 이러한 비판 작업에는 인간이 몸담고 있는 사회와 국가의 계급모순을 직시하지않을 경우 사회 전체를 과학적으로 조망할 수 없다는 전통 사회주의적 시각이강하게 각인되어 있다. 그런데 그의 이러한 생각을 입론하고 있는 그의 인식론을 역사유물론적 인식론으로 받아들일 수 있는지는 의문이다. 그는 1937년에 「역사철학의 기초론- 인식과 신체」를 자신의 역사 유물론적 인식론으로 제시하는데, 이 인식론은 당대 중요한 철학적 개념으로 부상한 ‘신체’를 인식의 주체로 간주함으로써 인식의 신체의존성 내지 감성의존성을 강조하며, 이를 유물론적인 것으로 평가한다. 그런데 그의 인식론에서는 역사유물론적 인식이론의 핵심으로 간주되는‘토대와 상부구조’ 등의 개념이 등장하지 않을 뿐 아니라, 그가 비판적으로 고찰하는 관념론, 구체적으로는 낭만주의, 독일관념론, 현상학 및 실존 철학의 핵심개념과 사상으로 각인되어 있다. 이는 그의 역사유물론 이해의 한계뿐 아니라그의 인식이론의 관념론적 경향을 보여준다.

매립형 분리식 전단연결재를 적용한 PSC 합성거더의 전단성능 평가

When an aged (damaged) concrete deck in a PSC girder composite bridge is replaced, noise and scattering dust due to crushing are generated, in addition to damage to existing shear connectors. Along with these environmental problems, the replacement work takes a long time, and the economic costs significantly increase. This paper proposes a demountable shear connector embedded in a PSC girder to solve these problems. To estimate the shear performance and ultimate behavior of the proposed demountable shear connector, a horizontal-shear experiment was conducted by a parameter study using finite-element analysis. The research analysis confirmed that in the case of having a tapered Y-shaped under a T-sleeve, an initial slip did not occur even with the presence of manufacturing tolerance between the T-sleeve and stud bolt due to the wedge effect, and sufficient initial stiffness was ensured. In addition, the effect of the arrangement direction of the shear connectors was confirmed to do not affect the shear performance. The DY shear-connector model was confirmed to ensure equivalent or better strength performance via a comparative experiment using a conventional rebar-type shear-connector model. The slip displacement also satisfied the ductile design standard of 6 mm or more. Through this study, the demountable shear connector was considered to be a useful alternative for removing and replacing old concrete decks if additional verification such as small-scale composite-girder experiments must be performed. PSC거더 합성교량에 있어 노후(손상)된 바닥판을 교체할 경우에는 기존에 설치된 철근 전단연결재의 손상과 함께 파쇄에 따른 소음 및 비산먼지 등이 많이 발생한다. 이러한 환경적 문제와 함께 교체공사 기간이 길어져 경제적 비용 또한 크게증가한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 PSC거더에 매립되지만 쉽게 분리할 수 있는 분리식 전단연결재를 제안하였다. 제안한 분리식 전단연결재의 전단강도성능과 파괴거동을 확인하기 위해 유한요소해석을 통한 변수연구와 함께 수평전단실험을 수행하였다. 해석연구를 통해 T-sleeve 하부에 Y형상의 테이퍼진 면을 갖는 경우에 볼트체결력에 따른 쐐기효과로 인해 T-sleeve와 볼트 사이의 제작 공차가 있더라도 초기 슬립이 발생하지 않고 충분한 초기강성을 확보하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 전단연결재의 배치 방향에 따른 영향은 전단성능에 영향을 주지 않는 것을 확인하였다. DY전단연결재는 기존 방식인 철근전단연결재 모델과 비교실험을 통해 전단강도성능은 동등 이상을 확보하고 있으며, 슬립변위량 또한 연성설계기준인 6mm 이상을 만족하는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 제안된 분리식 전단연결재는 추가적으로 합성거더 실험 등의 검증을 거친다면노후 바닥판의 철거 및 교체에 유용한 대안이 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

BDI가 해운선사 네트워크 연계성에 미치는 영향: CoVaR 네트워크 연계성을 중심으로

Based on daily data from January 4, 2016 to September 27, 2022, the impact of extreme movements of BDI on shipping companies' network connectivity was analyzed using CoVaR network connectivity. The main results and policy implications are as follows. First, according to the copula model results, the Student-t copula was selected as the most suitable model for COSCO, HMM, HRAG, MAERSK, and WAN. EVER was selected as a time-varying Gumbel copula, and YANG was selected as a time-varying rotated-Gumbel copula. Second, as a result of analysis using the TVP-VAR model, the linkage between shipping companies tended to increase when the BDI turned into an extreme risk state. In the comparison of net connectivity, the roles of COSCO and EVER changed. In addition, in the analysis of net pairwise connectivity, it was found that the change in the extreme risk state of BDI also affected the connectivity of shipping companies. In particular, EVER, WAN, and COSCO showed large changes. Taken together, the extreme fluctuations in BDI changed the role of Asian shipping companies, intensifying competition among shipping companies and strengthening risk delivery. It was confirmed that BDI has a great influence on the network connectivity of shipping companies and has an important influence on the stability of the stock market network. Therefore, the results of this study should consider not only the connectivity of shipping companies according to market conditions, but also the connectivity in extreme situations.

《黃帝內經》과 《景岳全書》에서 보이는 酒의 양생적 의미에 대한 분석

Objective : The purpose of this study is not only to examine the negative functions of alcohol, but also to examine the positive functions and look at it with a balanced perspective. Methods : We investigated the number of times the word “酒”(alcohol) appears in 《Hwangjenaegyeong》 and 《Gyeongakjeonseo》. The meaning of alcohol was divided into seven categories. The number of positive and negative functions of alcohol was counted and the ratio was calculated. Results : 1. In the 《Hwangjenaegyeong》, the word alcohol appears 23 times, of which 9 times has positive functions, 10 times has negative functions, and the remaining 4 times does not correspond anywhere. The ratio of positive functions is 39.13% and negative functions 43.48%. 2. In the 《Gyeongakjeonseo》, the word alcohol appears 1,487 times, of which 1,140 times (76.66%) has positive functions, and 327 times (21.99%) has negative functions. Conclusions : 1. In 《Hwangjenaegyeong》, the number of comments about positive and negative functions of alcohol is similar. 2. 《Gyeongakjeonseo》 has commented a lot about the positive functions of alcohol. However, it has more mentions to negative functions of alcohol except for those related to herbs and prescriptions (48 to 64 chapter). 3. It is somewhat unreasonable to judge the emphasis on the positive and negative function of alcohol according to the number of references to alcohol in oriental medicine classics. But in these books, we can find a balanced approach between the two sides, not a one-sided biased view. 4. From a curative point of view, it is desirable to know and to use the positive and negative functions of alcohol, and drink alcohol as appropriate control.

荳科植物 樹葉의 化學的成分

This study was Conducted to obtain some fundamental information on the chemical components of leguminous foliage comprising carbohydrates, lignin, extractives, composition of essential elements, pH and protein. Test materials used in this study were the foliage of seven leguminous species. (see, Table 1) Chemical analyses, of organic and inorganic components were performed by TAPPI standard and A.O.A.C. methods. 1.The extractive contents, carbohydrates and lignin of foliage are that the cold water extractives are from 17.7 to 25.37, hot water from 21.2 to 29.7%, 1% NaOH from 41.7 to 65.8%, alcohol : benzen from 6.4 to 12.4%, holocellulose contents from 37.1 to 57.7%, pentosan from 13.6 to 18.8% and lignin from 25.4 to 41.6%. 2.The essential elements of foliage are that the crude carbon contents are from 28.8 to 47.5%, N. from 1.05 to 2.79%, Ca. from 0.56 to 1.47%, Mg. from 0.22 to 0.37%, K. from 1.08 to 4.76%, P. from 0.18 to 0.38%, Cl. from 0.04 to 0.39%, Si. from 0.40 to 2.08% and ash from 4.92 to 8.17%. 3.pH values of the leguminous foliage from 5.19 to 6.82. And crude protein contents are from 10.6 to 18.8% of it.
