This study describes the characteristics of house. the type of site planning, changed pocess of floor plan and their transformation of folk houses in the District of Scientific industry in Kang-Nung. Results of this study are as follow. 1. In that firstly, the floor plan style in characteristic to provide that the most type of an-chae floor style was to be the folk houses pattern in the North region which was in consist of On-dol. 2. In floor plan style was builted just one way straight line styled and direction of bay numbers was consisted with three or four. The scale of the houses as a deep functional relation ship with the economic and social facility.
太陽輻射에너지의 備蓄 方案硏究(Ⅰ) 水素에 의한 備蓄과 問題點

The solar energy that reaches the earth's land is several thousand times the world's present electric power capacity, moreover it is clean energy. These are the great attractions of solar energy as a new energy source. But cost, storage and transportation remain the great drawback. Cost will be met in future by the continous arizing of the cost of present energy sources such as coal, oil, etc, and by the soundly based and capably directed programs of scientific research, engineering development and technological innovations. The problem of storage and transportation will be solved by the various methods, but the hydrogen energy system is the most attractive one. This paper discusses the hydrogen energy system: to electrolyze water with solar-generated electrical energy and to store hydrogen. Solar furnace with cylindrical paraboloidal concentrator was constructed to measure power absorbtion. The rate of energy absorbtion was about 0.5kw/m². Using this data, the cost of hydrogen energy was estimated and compared with that of present energy such as coal, oil and electric power.
CHALCOPYRITES 결정격자에 대한 존-중심에서 포논의 진동수에 관한 연구

We report a detailed investigation of the zone-centered phonons in chalcopyrites at Γ-point. The equations of motion of ZnSnP₂, CdSnP₂, CdSiP₂and CdGeP₂in chalcopyrite structure are formulated by using the harmonic approximation method. The force constants used in this study are two first-neighbor central and one second neighbor angular force constants following Bettini. With these force constants, dynamical matrix can be obtained. The secular equations constructed from this dynamical matrix are solved by software called mathematica. In this study, we got 3 acoustic and 21 optical phonons at Γ-point. the modes of 21 optical phonons are assigned by comparing with the results of group theoretical analysis. These are compared with the experimental Raman shifts and Bettini's. Our results explain the Raman shifts fairly good.

This study aims to suggest ventilation design data for Public Entertainment Facilities in relation to Indoor Air Quality. The concentration of indoor air pollution such as CO, CO2, RH, Radon, HCHO, TSP was investigate, and the reguired ventilation rate of Public Rooms was calculated. As resuits of this study, the following conclusion could be obtained. Field measurement of P.E.F reveals that the concentration of CO2 was mist polluted and higher than IAQ standard, while that of other pollutats did not exceed the standard. In underground the concentration of CO2 increased 1130ppm(2 persons) 2170ppm(4 persons) 1970ppm(6 persons). The CO2 pollution was serions problem in underground more than second floor, in only exhaust ventilation system more than exhaust and supply system.
DLTS법에 의한 n형 CulSe₂ 화합물 반도체의 결함준위에 관한 연구

The n-CuInSe₂single crystals were prepared by resolidification of CuInSe₂powder. The Schottky diodes were fabricated by evaporating thin film of Au onto n-type single crystals of CuInSe₂. We investigated current-voltage characteristics and capacitance transient behavior of this diode. The DLTS Spectrum varying the magnitude of reverse bias were also investigated. The analysis of the DLTS Spectrum suggest that the presence of the donor level with activation energy of 79 meV below the conduction band and capture cross section of 5.32×10????cm²

The results of experimental investigations of high density plasma source excited by helicon wave in the low magnetic field are presented. Ar plasma densities and electron temperatures have been measured with double Langmuir probe. The scaling of density with magnetic field agrees with the dispersion relations of helicon wave. Plasma densities above 1017m-3 have been achieved at pressure of 5mTorr with input powers of 1kW of 13.56MHz rf using Nagoya type III antenna. Radial profiles of plasma densities measured at 20cm height from the bottom of processing chamber shows that uniformity is achieved in the distance of 4cm from the center.
