        중년여성의 긍정정서와 우울 및 불안의 관계-문화성향의 조절효과를 중심으로 -

        This study aimed to examine the relation between positive emotions and middle-aged women’s depression and anxiety along with the moderation effect of cultural orientations. The questionnaire was consisted of general positive emotion, engaging emotion, disengaging emotion, depression, and anxiety scales. Data was collected and analyzed from 481 middle-aged women who were from 40 to 59 years old and lived in Daegu and Gyeonggi-do. The results were as follows: First, positive emotions had negative correlations with negative emotions such as depression and anxiety. Second, engaging positive emotions had predicted the decrease of depression and anxiety more than disengaging positive emotions. Third, the moderation effects of the cultural orientations have not been found in the relation between positive emotions and middle-aged women’s depression and anxiety. Finally, implications of the study were discussed. 이 연구에서는 긍정정서가 중년여성의 우울과 불안과 어떤 관계가 있는지 알아보고자 하였고, 중년여성의 문화성향이 조절효과를 하는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 지방 대도시 및 중소도시에 거주하는 40~59세 중년여성 481명을 대상으로 일반 긍정정서, 관계정서, 분화정서, 우울, 불안 척도로 구성된 설문지를 실시하고 분석하였다. 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 긍정정서는 우울이나 불안과 부적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 긍정정서 가운데 분화 긍정정서보다는 관계 긍정정서가 우울이나 불안의 감소를 더 잘 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 긍정정서가 중년여성의 우울과 불안의 관계에서 개인의 문화성향은 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 이러한 연구결과에 대해 논의하였다.

        Antioxidant Activities of Red Algae from Jeju Island

        The aim of the present study was to evaluate the antioxidant activity of red algae in Jeju Island. The algal extracts were obtained with MeOH and fresh water at 20 and 70°C, and screened for antioxidant activities using hydroxyl radical (HO·), superoxide anion (O2–), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and DPPH free radical scavenging assays. Among them, Gracilaria verrucosa methanolic extract at 20°C (20ME, 96.85%), G. textorii aqueous extract at 20°C (20AE, 88.01%), Grateloupia filicina 20AE (85.35%), and Polysiphonia japonica 20ME (94.92%) exhibited the highest scavenging activities against HO·, O2–, H2O2, and DPPH free radicals, respectively. Moreover, P. japonica (20ME and 70ME) is correlated between DPPH free radical scavenging activity and polyphenolic contents. These results indicate that some red algae in Jeju Island could be potential candidates for development of antioxidants.

        三稜 및 봉술 藥鍼의 鎭痛, 抗血栓效能에 관한 硏究

        Introduction Even though there are various causes of diseases in women whose physiological essence is blood, they can be divided into two sections such as deficiency of blood and stagnated blood. The latter is the important cause of most gynecologic diseases that accompany pain and is a kind of symptom representing the stagnation of blood-flow. In the western medicines, it can be compared to blood circulation disorders such as blood-shedding, thrombosis forming, partial deficiency of blood, edema and birth and growth or property change of partial organisms. The medicine that cures stagnated blood is blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs. Among them, Sparganii Rhizoma and Zedoariae Rhizoma hold drastic, strong effect. This study was designed to investigate the effects of Sparganii Rhizoma and Zedoariae Rhizoma aqua-acupuncture. Method & Materials Sparganii Rhizoma and Zedoariae Rhizoma aqua-acupuncture solutions manufactured by water-alcohol method were injected in the part of Kwanwon(CV4) in rats and mice. The experimental animals were divided into a normal, control and two experimental groups. Each of two experimental groups had 500㎎/㎏ and 1,000㎎/㎏ concentration groups. As the normal group was untreated, the control group was injected with normal saline(0.lml/10g) once a day for 5 days, and then injected with endotoxin(0.5㎎/㎏). One of the experimental groups(Sample I group) was injected with 500㎎/㎏ and 1,000㎎/㎏ concentration of Sparganii Rhizoma aqua-acupuncture solution (0. 1 ml/10g) once a day for 5 days, and then injected with endotoxin(0.5㎎/㎏). The other group(Sample Ⅱ group) was injected with 500㎎/㎏ and 1,000㎎/㎏ concentration of Zedoariae Rhizoma aqua-acupuncture solution (0.1mV10g) once a day for 5 days, and then injected with endotoxin(0.5㎎/㎏). The analgesic effect induced by acetic acid and hot plate was observed and the anticoagulation effect to endotoxin-induced Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation (DIC) was observed with indicators such as the number of blood platelet and white cell, fibrinogen content, prothrombin time(PT), and activated partial thromboplastin time(aPTT). Results The analgesic effects induced by acetic acid and hot plate could get in statistical acceptance in the concentration experiments of 1,000㎎/㎏ of Sparganii Rhizoma and Zedoariae Rhizoma aqua-acupuncture. The effects of Sparganii Rhizoma and Zedoariae Rhizoma aqua-acupuncture on the experimental disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC) caused by endotoxin were that the blood platelet and white cell counts were significantly increased in all experimental groups, the blood fibrinogen content shows a meaningful growth only in 1,000㎎/㎏ concentration group. Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time(aPTT) showed meaningful decrease in all experimental groups and prothrombin time(PT) decreased only in the group of 1,000㎎/㎏ concentration. Conclusion According to the above results, Sparganii Rhizoma and Zedoariae Rhizoma aqua-acupuncture had analgesic and anticoagulative effects. In the future, it is considered that the study on the safety of aqua-acupuncture solution, the analysis of the adequate quantity and property and the adequate injection quantity should be made to utilize aqua-acupuncture in gynecologic diseases caused by blood stagnation.

        후리에 표시자를 이용한 포탈영상과 시뮬레이터 영상의 자동결합

        We develop an automatic imaging matching technique for combining portal image and simulator image for improvements in localization of treatment in radiation therapy. Fusion of images from two imaging modalities is treated as follows. We archive images thxough a frame-yabber. The simulator and portal images are edge detected and enhanced with interpolated adaptive histouam equalization and combined using geometrical parameters relating the coordinates of two image data sets which are calculated using Fourier descriptors. We don't use any kind of imaging markers for patient's convenience. clinical use of this image matching technique for treatment planning will result in improvements in localization of treatment volumes and critical structures. These improvements will allow greater sparing of normal tissues and more precise delivery of energy to the desired irradiation volume.

        최적 문턱치 설정을 이용한 포탈영상에서의 자동 에지탐지 기법에 관한 연구

        Because of the high energy of the treatment beam, contrast of portal films is very poor. Many image processing techniques have been applied to the portal images but a significant drawback is the loss of definition on the edges of the treatment field. Analysis of this problem shows that it may be remedied by separating the treatment field from the background prior to enhancement and uslng only the pixels within the field boundary in the enhancement procedure. A new edge extraction algorithm for accurate extraction of the radiation field boundary from portal Images has been developed for contrast enhancement of portal images. In this paper, portal image segmentation algorithm based on Sobel filtration, labelling processes and morphological thinning has been presented. This algorithm could automatically search the optimal threshold value which is sensitive to the variation of the type and quality of portal images. 방사선 치료에 있어서 치료전 및 치료도중에 치료부위를 확인하기 위한 수단으로 보편적으로 사용되고 있는 포탈필름은 높은 에너지를 이용하여 촬영되는 것이므로 영상이 매우 흐리며 어둡다는 구조적인 문제점이 있다. 이러한 영상을 개선하기 위하여는 치료필드와 그 주변필드로 영상을 먼저 분할한 후, 각 필드 별로 영상처리를 해야만 한다. 본 연구에서는 소벨 탐지자, 레이블링 기법을 이용하여 최적의 문턱치를 찾아내어 포탈영상을 분할 한 후 형태학적 세선화기법들을 적용하여 포탈영상 분할하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 이 알고리즘은 포탈영상에서 불필요한 에지들은 제거하고 치료필드 에지만을 탐지하며 촬영조건이 수시로 변하는 임상적 환경에서 얻어지는 포탈영상들에 적용하여도 균일한 결과를 얻을 수 있다.

        적외선을 이용한 생체신호의 원격측정에 관한 연구

        Recently, interest in infra-red(IR) telemetry has increased because of the entirely different propagation and reflection properties of IR light as compared to radiowaves. IR hardly penetrates most materials and is reflected from obstacles. An biotelemetry system using these characteristics of indirect transmitted IR lights was developed, in which 3 ECG's are multiplexed and modulated in PDM/PIM pulse sequence. This proto-type system enables us to realize the non-restraint measurement of biological signals. Compared with conventional radio telemetry, this technique has some merits such as no electromagnetic interference, no frequency allocation problem, no government control over transmission power.

        뉴로 퍼지를 이용한 포탈 영상의 개선 알고리듬의 연구

        대부분의 포탈영상이 그에 상응하는 시뮬레이터 영상을 참조 영상으로 하여 방사선치료 계획을 수행하고 있다. 이것은 선형가속기의 높은 에너지 X선으로서 얻어지는 포탈 영상의 물리적 특성 때문에, 구조적으로 대단히 불량한 포탈 영상의 개선과 잃어버린 영상 정보의 복원에 시뮬레이터 영상 자체에서의 영상정보를 이용할 수 있다는 가능성을 보여주고 있는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 최대 퍼지 엔트로피를 평가함수로 이용한 유전자 알고리듬을 사용하여 영상에서의 퍼지 영역을 자동적으로 결정하고, 그것을 멤버쉽 함수에서 적용하여 퍼지영상 개선 기법으로서 포탈 영상과 시뮬레이터 영상을 개선한 후, 잡음이 중첩된 시뮬레이터 영상들로서 연관기억장치를 학습시키고 여기에 퍼지 방법으로 개선시킨 포탈 영상을 입력하여 기존의 영상기법으로 처리된 영상보다 좋은 포탈 영상을 얻을 수 있었다. For a reliable patient set-up verification, better portal films are needed to track relevant features. Simulator films are compared with portal films as a reference image in radiotherapy planning. This shows some possibilities of the use of image information of simulator images for enhancement and restorations of portal images which are very poor in quality compared with the simulator images. This paper present an approach that combine an associative memory, a kind of artificial neural networks with fuzzy image enhancement technique using genetic algorithm which determines the fuzzy region of membership function by the use of maximum entropy principles. A higher portal image quality than conventional technique is achieved.

        간접 전파광의 수광 효율 향상에 관한 연구

        In the indirect optical bio-telemetry, high frequency response and low minimum detectable optical power can be achieved by using photodiode with small light receiving area which minimizes junction capacitance. But, on the other hand, S/N ratio becomes low because the optical signal current is small. To solve such a problem, we attach plato-convex lens in front of photo diode, The results of comput- er simulation and experiments suggest promotion of light receiving efficiency and possibility of multi- telemetry system through directivity of convex lens in one room.

        생체 신호의 무구속 측정을 위한 근 적외선 특성 연구

        The propagation, reflection and scattering characteristics of the near Infra-red lights were experimented in order to check the feasibility of non-restrained biotelemetry using indirect transmitted light. The results of the experiments show that 3 kinds of walls examined are not specular reflectors but almost perfect diffuse surfaces with slight directivity and that light in a local point is spread out and fills the room uniformly by repeating the reflection and scattering at walls, ceiling, floor. These results also explain the fact that the diffusely reflected light can be utilized as the carrier of biotelemetry even after several scattering and reflections.

        소비자의 수산물 안전 인식 영향요인 분석

        This study aims to analyze factors that affect consumer's perception of seafood safety. In this study, we considered the population-social chracteristics, subjective perception·experience and reliability for seafood production-distribution-consumption stages as factors influencing the safety perception of seafood products. The dependent variable is the reliability of seafood product safety, and the analysis used the partial proportional odds model because the parallel regresstion assumption of the ordered logit model result was violated. The main results are as follows; Consumers of high age class have high reliability in seafood safety; Consumers who highly value the health benefits of seafood products have high reliability in the safety of seafood products; The greatest influence in recognizing the safety of seafood products is the reliability of the production stage. Therefore, in order to improve consumer's perception of seafood safety, the reliability of the fisheries production stage should be raised first. At this time, it is necessary to use the quality certification label and HACCP, which are established by law, and publicity and education for consumers should be accompanied. 본 연구는 수산물 안전에 대한 소비자의 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인을 조사한 것이다. 이 연구는 처음으로 수산물에 한정하여 소비자들의 식품안전 인식 영향요인을 분석하였다는 점과 결과의 해석이 용이한 부분비례승수모형을 이용하였다. 주요 연구결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 고연령층의 소비자는 수산물 안전성에 대한 신뢰도가 높다. 수산물 건강상의 이점을 높게 평가하는 소비자는 수산물 안전성에 대한 신뢰도가 높았다. 수산물 안전성 인식에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것은 생산단계의 신뢰성이다. 따라서 수산물 안전에 대한 소비자의 인식을 개선하기 위해서는 수산물 생산단계의 신뢰성이 먼저 높아져야 한다. 이를 위해서는 '농수산물 품질관리법'에 근거한 수산물 품질인증을 확대하는 것과 함께 HACCP를 활용하여 소비자에 대한 홍보와 교육이 병행될 필요가 있다.
