        本硏究는 Ni을 Mn으로 代替시킨 高Mn耐熱鋼의 時效過程中 析出相과 機械約 性質에 關하여 硏究하였다. Mn과 Cr의 含量을 달리하는 鋼에다 높은 含量의 室素를 添加시켰고 그 위에 强化元素인 Nb, Mo, W, B 등을 添加하여 合金의 時效硬化性, 高溫 引張强度, 耐酸化性 및 鍛造性을 調査하였다. 그 結果 위의 諸性質들이 旣存 耐熱鋼에 떨어지지 않았다. 本 合金에서 나타나는 析出相은 M_(23)C_6, Nb(C, N), Cr₂N 및 σ相이었으며 主要 硬化相은 M_(23)C_6 임이 判明되었다. The principal objective of this investigation was to examine precipitated phases during aging sequence and mechanical properties of high manganese heat resisting steels in which manganese was completely substituted for nickel. The influence of alloying elements on the aging hardenability, elevated temperature tensile strength, oxidation resistance and forgeability was investigated by adding elements such as niobium, molybdenum, tungsten, and boron to the steels containing various amounts of manganese and chromium and high content of nitrogen. It was found that the major hardening phase was M_(23)C_6 particles. The other phases identified were Nb(C, N), Cr₂N and σ phase.

        건축물의 높이 제한 폐지가 필지 단위 주택개발에 미치는 영향

        Urban residential housing(URHs) was introduced to promote the supply of small houses. The development of small-scale land units, represented by URHs, was developed on the outside of the street area due to limited development location due to the height limit of buildings. Since the relevant regulations have been abolished, an analysis of the effects on small-scale development and the spread of inner development in the street areas is required. The land use types were divided and the method of analysis was based on binary logistic regression. As the analysis results showed the abolition of the relevant regulations, URHs was spread to the inner part of the street area. The spread of URHs can worsen the residential environment and make it difficult to plan urban management in the existing cross-border areas. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce a small-scale urban management plan at the street level and to provide public support to improve the residential environment.

        7050 고력알루미늄 합금의 내응력부식성 및 기계적 성질에 미치는 과시효 가공열처리의 영향

        The effect of plastic deformation in thermomechanical treatment on the strength and stress corrosion crack propagation of overaged 7050 Al alloy was investigated by examining mechanical properties, clack growth rates and microstructure. As the amount of plastic deformation increased, the strength and the stress corrosion susceptibility decreased and the susceptibility of SCC was not influenced considerably by the amount of plastic deformation in the range of above 5% reduction ratio in area. The strength deterioration was attributed to the coarsening of precipitates in the matrix which was accelerated by the plastic deformation, while the SCC characteristics was due to the preservation of precipitates morphology in the brain boundaries in spite of increasing plastic deformation. This is thought to be resulted from the difference of dislocation densities at the matrix and the grain boundaries.

        Ammonia and Hydrogen Sulfide Removal from Swine House Exhaust Air Using a Dip Injection Wet Scrubber

        This study was conducted to evaluate the odor reduction efficacy of the dip injection wet scrubber (DIWS)using tap water as washing fluid. The NH3 and H2S removal efficiency of 7 day batch operated DIWS wasevaluated twice over a total of 14 days of experiment. The NH3 removal efficiency ranged from 26 to 37%. The H2S removal efficiency was between 22 and 30%. The pH of the washing fluid maintained below 8 andthe NH4+ concentration tended to keep constant around 350 ppm after 5 days of washing-fluid replacement. Therefore, the 5-day washing fluid replacement interval is more preferable than the 7-day interval. The NH4+concentration and the electrical conductivity (EC) showed a high correlation. The EC measurement can beused as an alternative to conventional NH4+ concentration measurement method for real time monitoring ofwashing fluid condition.

        체감형 배드민턴게임이 초등학생의 동시적 예측 타이밍 과제의 수행에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of the experience in Nintendo will badminton games on performance in coincident-anticipation timing task in elementary school students. The participants of this study were divided into three groups of elementary school students (9-12 years of age) in D city (Nintendo wii group, technical training group, and control group) and selected 18 people each for three weeks (three times a week, 60 minutes a week). The three way ANOVA was performed to find out the difference between the pre- and post-test groups, and the same group was measured several times using a method of Repeated Measure Design to verify the difference. At this point, the significance level for hypothesis testing is α=.05 is et to 05. Through this process, the Nintendo will badminton game was concluded to have a very positive effect on improving AE (Absolute error), CE (confident error), and sVE (variable error), indicating the accuracy of predictive timing for each speed. 본 연구는 초등학생의 동시적 예측타이밍 과제에서 닌텐도 배드민턴 게임의 경험이 수행에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 참여자는 D시 소재 초등학교 9-12세(Nintendo, 기술연습, 통제)의 3개 집단으로 나누어 3주 동안 주 3회, 주 60분씩 총 18명을 선정하였다. 사전・사후 집단 간 차이를 알아보기 위해 삼원변량분석(three way ANOVA)을 실시하였고, 그 차이를 검증하기 위해 반복측정설계(Repeated Measure Design) 방법을 이용하여 동일한 집단을 수회 측정하였다. 이 시점에서 가설검증의 유의수준은 α=.05로 설정하였다. 이 과정을 통해 닌텐도 배드민턴 게임은 AE(절대오차), CE(항상오차), VE(가변오차)의 개선에 매우 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

        ESR 법에 의한 특수강의 재용해에 대한 연구

        特殊鋼의 性質을 改善하기 위한 일렉트로슬랙 再熔解法(ESR)을 開發하기 위하여 本硏究를 遂行하였다. 本硏究陳은 잉코트 容量 20 ㎏의 ESR 爐를 製作하였고, 1974年 11月 6日 試驗操業에 成功하였다. 그동안 이 爐를 써서 稼動條件을 달리 하여 S 45C, SCM 5 및 SUP 9을 熔解하였으며, 얻은 結果는 다음과 같다. 1) 電極-鑄型 直徑의 比가 클수록 熔解速度는 크고, 比電力消費量은 減少하였다. 2) 原來의 電極에 含有된 硫黃의 약 80%가 再熔解에 의하여 除去되었다. 3) 硫化物은 勿論, 酸化物과 같은 非金屬介在物도 大幅 除去되었다. 4) CaF₂-Al₂O₃系 슬랙에 있어서 Al₂O₃의 一部를 CaO로 代替하면 非金屬介在物을 줄이는데 더욱 效果가 있었다. 5) 再熔解된 잉고트는 健全하고 均一한 構造를 가졌으며, 또한 鋼의 靭性(toughness)을 크게 改善시켰다. The study has been carried out on the electroslag remelting process(ESR) for the production of the high quality specialty steel. We constructed the ESR furnace of capacity 20 ㎏ ingot. Employing the furnace, several kinds of specialty steels such as S 45 C, SCM 5 and SUP 9 were remelted under different conditions for obtaining fundamental data. The results are; 1) The melting speed is proportional to the fill ratio, whereas the specific power consumption is inversely to it. 2) Nearly 80% of the sulphur content can be removed from the original electrode through the process. 3) The process is very efficient in removing non-metallic inclusions such as oxides as well as sulphides. 4) The slag in which calcium oxide being partly substituted for the slag of fluorspar and alumina is more effective in removing non-metallic inclusions. 5) The remelted ingot has sound homogeneous structure, exhibiting the improvement in ductility.
