A laboratory investigation was carried out to study the effect of hot rolling conditions on the mechanical properties of cold rolled and continuously annealed ultra-low carbon steels stabilized with Titanium. The drawability(r ̄-values) of cold rolled and annealed steels was found to be very sensitive to the microstructure of hot bands. Higher r ̄-values were observed when the grain structure of the hot bands were more uniform and finer. The as-hot rolled grain structure was fine and uniform when FT was higher than Ar₃. If FT was lower than Ar₃, the grain structure was pancaked or abnormally coarse when the amount of deformation was small. However, when the amount of deformation was sufficiently large and CT was relatively high, the grain structure was uniform and fine by the recrystallization of ferrite. This led to the development of a new hot rolling process where the reheating temperature was adjusted to a lower level so that strips were finish rolled in the ferrite region.

본 연구는 원적외선 저장 쌀의 급여가 산란계에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 수행되었다. 사육 기간 중 대조구에 비해 다소 원적외선 저장 쌀의 급여가 산란계의 체중에는 큰 영향을 미치지 않았으나 난중의 무게, 난황의 무게, 난각의 두께 및 산란율에 있어서는 각각 3.6∼7.6%, 3.9∼30.2%, 5.4∼13.5%및 5.4%의 증가율을 나타내었다. This study was conducted to investigate changes of egg characteristics according to feeding of far infrared irradiated rice. The feeding of rice irradiated by far infrared rays did not affect the body weight of laying hens, but egg weight (3.6∼7.6%), yolk weight (3.9∼30.2%) and thickness of egg shell (5.4∼13.5%) together with the rate of laying eggs (5.4%) were positively increased than normal rice.

본 연구는 원적외선 저장쌀의 급여가 흰쥐의 생존능력에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 수행되었다. 원적외선 저장쌀은 수침시간에 따른 수분흡수량이 일반쌀에 비해 1.3배정도 많았으며, 취반후와 저장에 따른 백색도가 높게 유지되었다. 원적외선 쌀의 급여는 흰쥐의 체중변화에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 흰쥐의 생존능력에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과 6주령의 경우는 일반쌀과 원적외선 저장쌀간의 생존율에 따른 유의적인 차이는 확인하지 못하였으나, 7주령과 8주령의 경우, 원적외선 저장 쌀의 급여에 따른 생존능력의 유의적인 차이를 나타낸 것으로 확인되었다. Effect of feeding far infrared-irradiated rice on survival ability of mice against drowning was investigated. Moisture absorption of far infrared-irradiated rice was about 1.3-fold higher than that of normal rice. L-Value was maintained high during cooking and storage. Weight of mice was not influenced by far infrared-irradiated rice content. No significant difference in survival abilities of mice between normal rice and far infrared-irradiated rice was shown until 1 breeding week. Significant differences in survival ability between two groups were found in 2 (9.5%) and 3 breeding weeks (7.2%).
트랜스컨덕턴스 특성을 개선한 새로운 CMOS Rail-to-Rail 입력단 회로

본 논문에서는 트랜스컨덕턴스 특성을 개선한 새로운 CMOS Rail-to-Rail 입력단 회로를 설계하였다. 회로 모의 실험기 HSPICE를 통해서 새로운 입력단 회로의 동상 입력 전압 범위에 대한 새로운 회로의 성능을 검증하였다. 새로운 입력단 회로는 기존의 Rail-to-Rail 입력단 회로에 동상 입력 전압에 따라서 동작조건이 변하는 4개의 입력 트랜지스터와 4개의 전류원/싱크를 추가함으로써 구성된다. 새로운 입력단 회로는 두 차동 회로 중에서 어느 한 회로만이 동작하는 영역에서는 신호증폭에 기여하는 트랜지스터의 DC 전류양에는 영향을 미치지 않는 반면, 두 차동 회로가 모두 동작하는 영역에서는 신호증폭에 기여하는 트랜지스터의 DC 전류양을 1/4로 감소시킨다. 그 결과 새로운 입력단 회로는 강반전 영역에서 전 동상 입력 전압 범위에 걸쳐 거의 일정한 트랜스컨덕턴스 특성과 단일 이득 주파수 특성을 보이며 전 동상 입력 전압 범위에 대해서 최적의 주파수 보상을 가능하게 한다. In this paper, a novel rail-to-rail input stage circuit with improved transconductance Is designed. Its excellent performances over whole common-mode input voltage Vcm range is demonstrated by circuit simulator HSPICE. The novel input stage circuit comprises additional 4 input transistors and 4 current sources/sinks. It maintains DC currents of signal amplifying transistors when one of the differential input stage circuits operates, but it reduces these currents to 1/4 when both differential input stage circuits operates, As a result, a operational amplifier with the novel circuit maintains nearly constant transconductance performance and unity-gain frequency in strong inversion region. The novel circuit allows an optimal frequency compensation and uniform operational amplifier performance over whole Vcm range.
한국 자생 때죽나무의 조경수 이용을 위한 번식방법에 관한 연구

These studies were carried out to investigate seed propagation method and conducted using stem cuttings of Styrax japonicus for using as a woody landscape plant. The results are obtained as follows. After the H\sub2\SO\sub 4\ and GA\sub 3\ treatment to the seeds of Styrax japonicus, three months of warm treatment followed by cold stratification for four months increased seed germination rate. The rooting rate of Styrax japonicus was increased by the treatment with concentrated IBA, especially highest at 7,000ppm. Rooting percentages were highest for cuttings taken on July 15, 1995. Therefore, the most effective method for rooting of Styrax japonicus was treatment with 7,000ppm IBA on July 15 cuttings, which showed rooting rate of over 90%. Half-leaf-remained cuttings were more effective than those with two leaves on rooting of Styrax japonicus. Dipping for 10 seconds in IBA solution resulted in rooting rate of over 70%. The longer the treatment time the worse the rooting.
