High-speed melt spinning of sheath-core type bicomponent fibers was performed and the change of fiber structure with increasing take-up velocity was investigated. Two kinds of polymers, high molecular weight poly(ethylene terephthalate) (HMPET, [η]=1.05 dl/g) and low molecular weight poly(ethylene terephthalate) (LMPET, [η]=0.62 dl/g), were selected and two sets of sheath/core combination, HMPET/LMPET and LMPET/HMPET were studied. The structure and properties of bicomponent fibers spun with high-speed were analyzed through the density, birefringence, wide-angle X-ray diffraction, DSC, and stress-strain measurements. In high speed spinning, the HMPET component attained a higher degree of orientation than that of LMPET component, wherever it was placed in a sheath or core. The orientation-induced crystallization in HMPET/LMPET bicomponent fibers made by high-speed spinning was significantly enhanced and it amounted that of the LMPET/HMPET bicomponent fibers with take-up velocity of 4-5 km/min. The amorphous orientation factor of HMPET/LMPET bicomponent fibers were always higher than those of LMPET/HMPET bicomponent fibers. Therefore the mechanical properties of HMPET/LMPET bicomponent fibers were better than those of LMPET/HMPET bicomponent fibers.

본 논문에서는 게이머를 상대로 게임을 수행할 수 있는 포커게임수행엔진을 제안하였고, 제안한 엔진을 이용해 게이머의 게임능력, 성향, 습관을 복제해 게이머를 대신해 게임을 수행할 수 있는 복제엔진을 구현하였다. 게이머와 비슷한 게임능력과 성향을 갖고 있는 게임수행엔진이 있다면 게임을 더욱 흥미롭게 만드는 요인이 될 수 있다. 개발된 게임수행엔진을 통해 게이머의 게임수행능력, 게임성향, 습관 등의 게임행위를 복제해 게이머의 수행로봇을 만들면 여러 종류 게임에 다양한 형태로 응용할 수 있을 것이다. This thesis proposed the poker game achievement engine that makes it possible to execute a game against a gamer and embodied an engine clone that can perform a game on behalf of a gamer by cloning a gamer's game capability, disposition and habits by using the proposed engine. It could be a factor in making a game more intriguing if there would be a game achievement engine that is equipped with the game capability and disposition similar to a gamer. In addition, if a gamer's achievement robot were to be created by a gamer's game achievement capability, disposition for a game and habits, etc. through such a game achievement engine, it could be possible to use it for several sorts of game in a variety of forms.
Microstructure of As-cast Co-Cr-Mo Alloy Prepared by Investment Casting

The microstructure of a cobalt-base alloy (Co-Cr-Mo) obtained by an investment casting process was studied. This alloy complies with the ASTM F75 standard and is widely used in the manufacturing of orthopedic implants owing to its high strength, good corrosion resistance, and excellent biocompatibility. This work focuses on the resulting microstructures arising from normal industrial environmental conditions. The characterization of the samples was carried out using optical microscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive spectroscopy. In this study, the as-cast microstructure is an γ-Co (face-centered cubic) dendritic matrix with the presence of a secondary phase, such as M23C6 carbides precipitated at grain boundaries and interdendritic zones. These precipitates are the main strengthening mechanism in this type of alloy. Other minority phases, such as the σ phase, were also detected, and their presence could be linked to the manufacturing process and environment.

2,5-Dimethylfuran (2,5-DMF) is one of the most promised bio-mass derived liquid fuels. Because of their high energy density (8.5 kWh/L) and high research otane number (RON = 119). 5-(hydroxymethyl) furfural (HMF) is well kwon material for synthesis of DMF. 5-acetoxymethyl(furfural) (AMF), as an alternative material of HMF, has thermal stability and hydrophobicity, which made the practical isolation and purification of it possible. To efficient conversion of AMF to DMF, we studied several metal catalyst and proton source.
