In this study, we investigated the rotational characteristics which were comprised of directionality and linearity of target registration error (TRE) as a study in advance to enhance the accuracy of contour-based registration in neuronavigation. For the experiment, two rigid head phantoms that have different faces with specially designed target frame fixed inside of the phantoms were used. Three-dimensional coordinates of facial surface point cloud and target point of the phantoms were acquired using computed tomography (CT) and 3D scanner. Iterative closest point (ICP) method was used for registration of two different point cloud and the directionality and linearity of TRE in overall head were calculated by using 3D position of targets after registration. As a result, it was represented that TRE had consistent direction in overall head region and was increased in linear fashion as distance from facial surface, but did not show high linearity. These results indicated that it is possible for decrease TRE by controlling orientation of facial surface point cloud acquired from scanner, and the prediction of TRE from surface registration error can decrease the registration accuracy in lesion. In the further studies, we have to develop the contour-based registration method for improvement of accuracy by considering rotational characteristics of TRE.

학교폭력을 예방ㆍ근절하기 위해 2005년부터 연구ㆍ시도 중이며 현행 「학폭법」상 ‘학생보호인력’으로 표현된 학교경찰(School Police)의 제도적 정착과 활동의 실효성화보 방안으로 입법화 방안이 검토되어야 한다. 이를 제도적으로 정착시키고 실효성을 확보하기 위한 측면에서는「학폭법」을 개정하여 보다 체계적이며 일관성있게 법제화하는 것이 바람직하다고 본다. 「학폭법」제20조의5(학생보호인력의 배치 등)조 제1항 이하가 학교경찰(배움터지킴이제도를 포함한)제도의 조직과 배치에 관한 일반적인 근거 규정이 되고 있으나 이 조항만으로서는 학교경찰의 배치 등의 근거로서 미흡하므로 향후 입법에 의하여 제도의 조속한 정착을 위하여 대폭적인 개정이 이루어져야 한다. The school violence is showing a stable tendency statistically. But it is no more than official statistics. The hidden crime of school violence is by far more serious. In order to prevent the school violence the other countries operate various school police systems. A similar one also has come into effect in Korea. Our school police system is receiving a good evaluation from students and teachers. The objective of my research is to complement our system by legal. Because it is necessary to raising an effect of the school police service. In order to legislative the school police the legal basis must come to be investigated first. I think it proper to amend the law on school violence. And like the auxiliary policeman the school police must adapt the law on policeman’s duty execution to their service. And the amended law has to be provided with management regulations about the school police. I think that the school police must be given a role as the School Security Officers(SSO). To prevent the school violence is a duty of the nation and the region. The operating of a School Police system is to protect the education right of students. they must haste to amend the law like this.

This paper concerns the web reinforcement effect in reinforced concrete deep beams. For this study, test variables are shear span, web reinforcement ratio and compressive strength of concrete(a/d=0.5,1.0, ρ <sub>v</sub>=0.32,0.64%,ρ<sub>h</sub>=0.492,0.984%, and f<sub>CK</sub>=285,533kgf/㎠). Most failure modes are diagonal tension cracking and are dependent on the web reinforcement ratio.

This research has a purpose of examining the archetype of the Christian faith by analyzing the nature and structure of Jesus’ religious experience, and exploring the current implications of Christian faith. To this end, Jesus’ experience of God was examined, and the life of the early Chuch was analyzed as its historical practice. It was a process to seek for the essence of the Christian faith in the experience of God of Jesus. The basic characteristics of the Christian faith could be defined as ‘gratuitousness’ and argued that its social representation is “community”. The early Christian church could become the critical criterion of Christian faith because they were the first group to materialize gratuitousness in history. This understanding of the Christian faith has a great significance to restore the communitarian traditions of Christian spirituality. This is the same meaning as to restore the dynamic faith that held early Christianity. It is also a response to the need for emotional security and mutual communication that has been destroyed by poor communication. And it is also a response to the fundamental human desire in modern society. Therefore, the Christian faith can be understood as a possibility to overcome the limitations of modern capitalist civilization and western civilization.
뜬 마이크로 디바이스를 이용한 Ge-Si<SUB>x</SUB>Ge<SUB>1-x</SUB> Core-Shell Nanowires의 열전도율 측정

Several theoretical studies suggested that the thermal conductivity in core-shell nanowires would be decreased. To experimentally verify that phenomenon, the thermal conductivity of Ge–SixGe1-x core-shell nanowires was measured using suspended microdevices. The core-shell structure of the nanowires was synthesized using the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and subsequent vapor-liquid-solid (VLS) methods. Based on material characterization with transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), the crystallinity of the Ge cores and the SixGe1-x shells was clearly confirmed and the silicon composition (x) in the shells is 0.65. The measured thermal conductivity values are in the range of 9–13 W/mK at room temperature and are lower by at most ~30 percent than that of a germanium nanowire with a comparable diameter.
