In order to develop a HST rear wheel auxiliary drive, which can be selectively used depending on work environment, a feasibility of HST with driving and steering function was studied for a 3.5 ton class forklift. For accurate control of HST, steering angle and revolutions were precisely measured with potentiometers and encoders, respectively. And the wheel load was measured using load cell to obtain the required power output of the rear wheel. This help accurately control the number of revolutions when make a turn. In order to minimize the decrease of fuel consumption due to the installation of HST, hydraulic energy was regenerated and analytical study using SimulationX was performed for optimization. Also, a standard test cycle to evaluate an improvement of fuel economy by energy regeneration was developed and applied to this study.

본 연구는 청각장애인의 보청기사용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하기 위해 4차년도 장애인 고용패널 521명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 분석은 Andersen-Newman의 서비스 이용모델을 기반으로 선행요인, 가능성 요인, 욕구요인으로 구분하여 각각의 요인들이 청각장애인의 보청기 사용에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보기 위해 로지스틱 회귀분석(logistic regression)을 실시하였다. 분석결과 선행요인에서는 연령과 교육수준이 높을수록, 가능성 요인에서는 총소득이 낮고 장애수용정도가 높을수록, 욕구요인에서는 장애등급이 낮을수록 보청기 사용수준이 유의미하게 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 연구의 제한점과 함의를 제안하였다. In order to understand those factors to influence the hearing-impaired in connection with their using hearing aids, this study analyzed a total of 521 hearing-impaired people examined by a fourth-year Korea panel survey of employment for the disabled. For the analysis, the study, first, used Andersen-Newman service use model to categorize any influential factors into precedence factors, possibility factors and desire factors, and second, in order to look into how these factors would work on the hearing-impaired’s using the hearing aids, the study conducted the logistic regression analysis. According to the results of the analysis, in terms of the precedence factors, when the hearing-impaired people are older and more highly-educated, they would be happier to use the hearing aids while when it comes to the possibility factors, when the gross income of these people is lower but when they are more willing to accept the fact that they have a disability, they would have a fewer problems with using the hearing aids. In addition, regarding the desire factors, when the hearing-impaired people can hear relatively better than the other hearing-impaired, they would be more significantly willing to use the hearing aids. In the light of what has been learned, the study discussed the limits of its research and proposed implications.

N/A The effects of fuel density and fuel viscosity on spray characteristic were investigated under two different gas turbine fuels and various fuel supply pressure conditions through measurement of SMD, number density and volume flux by using PDPA system in dual orifice injector for gas turbine engines. In this study, we found out that the droplet size and spray structure are strongly depend on fuel density for dual orifice injector. The spray characteristics of high density fuel in dual orifice injector are similar with the characteristics of low density fuel in single orifice injector. The shear region between primary main fuel stream and secondary main fuel stream is examined in low density fuel condition but not exist in high density fuel condition, then this shear region is very important in quality of gas turbine spray. There are worth consideration for the effect of fuel density on spray characteristics in frontal device design to improve combustion efficiency.

Brushless DC motors have trapezoidal back emf waveform. Generally, because it is drived by a voltage source inverter, the ideal rectangular phase current is not available and therefore produce torque ripple, In this paper, the torque ripple due to commutation is analysed and the practical method that can reduce the torque ripple is proposed. In this paper, an attempt has been taken for improving the weldability of wet welds of TMCP steel plate by shielding around weld arc surroundings. The principal results of this experimental investigation can be summarized as follows :<br/> 1) The cooling rates resulting from wet welds with the developed electrode on TMCP steel plate could be lower than that of the non-shieled wet welds.<br/> 2) The metallurgical characteristics in underwater wet welds of TMCP steel plate and the developed electrode could be improved by shielding around weld arc surroundings.
