BTL 적용 교육시설의 최적 건축공법 평가에 관한 연구

BTL사업 형태로 발주되는 교육시설의 공사에서는 소요 공기 최소화와 임시교사 설치로 인한 별도의 비용 소모, 그리고 학기 중에 학교 사용자들이 겪는 불편사항으로 주무관청, 민간사업자 그리고 학교사용자의 갈등이 깊어지는 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 당면 과제를 공법적인 측면에서 해결하고자, 기존 학교 공사에 일반적으로 적용되는 RC공법과 최근 몇 년 사이에 교육시설의 대안공법으로 주목받고 있는 모듈러 공법을 포함한 몇 개의 대안을 설정하고 교육시설의 BTL사업에 적합한 건축공법을 제안하였으며 각 대안에 소요되는 공사비를 산출하고 공사기간을 분석하여 이를 평가하였다.

예비유아교사가 인식하는 부모와 지도교수의 자율성지지가 진로적응성과 플로리싱에 미치는 영향

This study was to investigate the association between parents’ and academic adviser’ autonomy-support, career adaptability, and flourishing, and the effect of their autonomy support on career adaptability and flourishing which were perceived by pre-service early childhood teachers. As research subjects, 327 pre-service early childhood teachers enrolled in four-year universities located in G and J City were randomly sampled, and a questionnaire survey was conducted on the pre-service early childhood teachers' parental and academic adviser’ autonomy-support, career adaptability, and flourishing. The collected data were subjected to Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis through the SPSS 21.0 program. The results of this study are as follows. Parental and academic adviser’ autonomy-support of pre-service early childhood teachers showed positive correlations with growth career adaptability and flourishing, and growth career adaptability and flourishing had an effect on parental and academic adviser’ autonomy-support. These research results are meaningful in that they provided the basis for the direction of intervention in career guidance and counseling by confirming the relationship between autonomy support, career adaptability, and flourishing of pre-service early childhood teachers. 본 연구는 예비유아교사가 인식하는 부모와 지도교수의 자율성지지와 진로적응성 및 플로리싱의 관계를 살펴보고, 자율성지지가 진로적응성과 플로리싱에 어떠한 영향력이 있는지 살펴 보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 G광역시와 J시 소재 4년제 대학 재학 중인 예비유아교사 327명을 임의 표집하고, 자율성지지, 진로적응성과 플로리싱에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS21.0 프로그램을 통해 Pearson의 적률상관계수와 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사가 인식하는 부모와 지도교수의 자율성지지와 진로적응성, 플로리싱은 정적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 예비유아교사가 인식하는 부모와 지도교수의 자율성지지는 예비유아교사의 진로적응성, 플로리싱에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 예비유아교사의 자율성지지에 대한 관계와 영향력 파악을 통해 가정과 대학에서의 진로지도나 상담에서의 개입방향에 대한 기초자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

In the buildings of educational facilities ordered by BTL projects, the competent authorities, private business, and users of school get to have a deep conflict, due to extra expenses resulted from shortening of construction period and establishment of temporary school building, and inconveniences users of school have to undergo during semester. This study aims at solving immediate problems in the aspect of construction method, proposing several alternative plans, including RC construction method generally applied to construction of the existing school, and modular construction method that is emerged as an alternative method for educational facilities lately, along with the method of construction appropriate for BTL projects of educational facilities, calculating cost of construction required for each alternative plan, analyzing and evaluating period of construction.

The Effects Among Growth Mindset, Grit and Career DecisionMaking Self-efficacy of Preservice Early Childhood TeachersYuyeong Park & Yujin Jung Abstract: This study was to investigate the effect of growth mindset, grit, and career decision making self-efficiency of preservice early childhood teachers. As the research subjects, 327 preservice early childhood teachers enrolled in a four-year university located in G city were randomly sampled, and a questionnaire survey was conducted. The collected data were subjected to Pearson’s correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis through the SPSS 21.0 program. Career decision making self-efficiency of preservice early childhood teachers showed a positive correlation with growth mindset and grit, and growth mindset and grit had an effect on career decision making self-efficiency. This study can contribute to presenting the theoretical basis for career education and the direction of basic data related to career guidance to enhance career decision-making self-efficacy of preservice early childhood teachers by grasping the relationship between growth mindset and grit.
