This research presents author co-citation analysis of the subject area in the humanities-Korean history. Three approaches to multivariate analyses were used to display the inter-author relationships in the similarity matrix. Data on co-citation of sixty seven authors for the period of 1980-1989 were extracted from the database constructed by author. The author's name, here refers to a body of writings by a person, is the unit of analysis. The data were subjected to non-metric multidimensional scaling program create two-dimensional map of authors. Authors with similarity are clustered using hierarchical agglomerative procedure and it is found that five clusters in Korean history reveals the first dimension corresponding to subject orientation of authors and the second dimension corresponds to research method or research style. In factor analysis, each factor reflects research specialty made up of authors, and factor locadings demonstrate the breadth or concentration of sixty seven authors' scholarly contributions on Korean history. It is demonstrated that the specific methodology employed by this research, author co-citation analysis, is useful to represent the intellectual structure of Korean history

대학생의 직업가치관-전공 일치도와 전공적응도가 학업성취도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 대학생의 맞춤형 교육 지원 시스템 개발의 기초를 마련하기 위해 직업가치관-전공 일치도와 전공적응도의 관계를 살펴보고, 직업가치관-전공 일치도와 전공적응도가 학업성취도에 미치는 영향, 그리고 전공적응도의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 수도권 4년제 A 대학교의 재학생을 대상으로 온라인으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 총 306명의 응답을 활용하여 직업가치관-전공 일치도, 전공적응도, 학업성취도 간의 중다회귀분석과 매개효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과로 첫째, 직업가치관-전공 일치도가 높을수록 전공적응도도 높아지는 것으로 나타났고, 둘째, 직업가치관-전공 일치도, 전공적응도가 높을수록 대학생의 전공 성취도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전공적응도는 직업가치관-전공 일치도와 학업성취도를 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 학업성취도를 예측하는 데 있어서 ‘전공적응도’ 측정을 위한 간섭 없이 직업가치관-전공 일치도만으로도 예측이 가능하다는 점을 시사하고 있다.

연구 활동과 과학 지식 생산성에 있어서 학술 연구 전산망의 역할

학술 연구 전산망은 연구자에게 정보 자원과 부가 가치가 높은 정보 서비스를 제공 하며 결과적으로 연구자의 연구 활동과 연구 생산성에 큰 변수로써 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 고는 연구자들간에 유용한 정보 유통 도구로써 정착해 가고 있는 학술 연구 전산망의 제기 능과 연구 활동에 있어서 그의 역할을 고찰하였으며, 한국의 학술 연구 전산망 현상을 조사 분석하고 그 방향을 전망하였다. Academic and research computer networks are the essential communications component that can provide scientists and engineers with convenient access to local and remote computing and information resources. Nowadays, academic and research computer networks, providing access to a variety of resources and information services, can significantly increase the productivity of scientists and engineers. In Korea there have been some activities of academic and research networks since early of 1980. This study presents background of development of computer network, summaries the types of services offered by academic and research computer networks and analyses the potential benefits resulting from their availability. Use and need of Korean researchers about academic and research computer networks are also reviewed as well as it prospects Korean Computer Network for Education and Research & Development, a new national-base network being implemented by government.

고교생의 진로발달, 학교생활만족도, 학업성취도의 종단적 변화와 구조적 관계

This study aims to identify the causal structural relationship among career development, school life satisfaction, and achievement of high school students and also identify the impact of the longitudinal change such as career development on the satisfaction with school life and the achievement. The study analyzed the data obtained from 685 high school students who were in the first grade in 2008 for three years, which is part of the Youth Panel(YP2007) data collected by Korea Employment Information Service. Major findings of the study are as follows 1) the level of career development and school life satisfaction for three years had increased significantly; 2) both the initial value and the rate of change of career development had a positive impact on the achievement, but only the initial value of school life satisfaction had a significant impact on the achievement; 3) career development had a direct impact on the achievement as well as an indirect impact through school life satisfaction. The significance of the study is that it examined the impact of career development of high school students on their school life satisfaction and achievement in a longitudinal approach. 본 연구는 고등학생의 진로발달과 학교생활만족도, 학업성취도 간의 인과적인 구조관계를 규명하고, 진로발달이라는 종단적 변화가 학습자의 학교생활만족도 및 학업성취도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 즉, 학년의 변화에 따른 진로발달과 학교생활만족도의 변화가 학업성취도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해, 한국고용정보원의 청년패널(YP2007)데이터 중 2008년 고등학교 1학년이었던 685명의 데이터를 3년간 추적 조사한 자료를 활용하여, 진로발달 및 학교생활만족도에 대한 개별잠재성장모형과 이러한 변화가 학업성취도에 미치는 영향에 대한 다변량잠재성장모형을 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 3년 동안 고등학생의 진로발달 및 학교생활만족도 수준은 유의하게 증가하는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 진로발달 초기치와 변화율은 학업성취도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 학교생활만족도는 초기치만이 학업성취도에 유의미한 영향을 나타내고 있었다. 셋째, 진로발달은 학업성취도에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 학교생활만족도를 통해 간접접인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 학교생활만족도의 부분 매개효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 즉, 잘 이루어진 진로발달은 학교생활만족도와 학업성취도의 향상에 직접적인 영향을 미치고, 학교생활만족도를 매개하여 학업성취도에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 고등학생의 진로발달이 학교생활만족도와 학업성취도에 미치는 영향을 종단적으로 검증하고, 학교생활만족도의 매개효과를 확인하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

Olivier Messiaen의 가곡 : <Trois me´lodies>에 관한 분석적 연구

Messiaen was one of the most representative composers who tried to deal with Christianity. His musical contents mostly have religious theme. Based on achieves of these prefaces, subtitles and religious comments, we can understand his Christian faith and its expression in his works. 'Trois Me´lodies' representing the unique musical method of Oliver Messiaen which has a duality of tradition and novelty is one of his early opuses. It has a harmony of various feathers such as the whole-tone scale and parrel harmony influenced by Debussy, extension of additional chord, restricted to modulation expressed by extended Musique Serializes derived from Scho¨nberg's dodecapony, and rhythm from the nature like the song of the bird, that displays the unique simplicity and Catholic thing of the opus. Messiaen wrote all of lyrics of Trois Me´lodies except one song. He professed surrealism into his lyrics by mainly using words such as love, sky, a bird, and a rainbow. Messiaen recognized nature, time, love and all aspects of universe as a creature the should be restricted by God. God's power in clusive of the universe is manifested here again in music. The unique point of this opus is that melodies of piano and vocal music were reciprocated during the play. It helps to sing more easily and to deliver the meanings of lyrics.

한국 생물과학자들의 비공식 커뮤니케이션(I)

본 조사는 한국 생물과학분야 과학자들의 커뮤니케이션 관계에 근거한 사회적 조직을 규명하며, 그들의 정보교환 행태를 분석함을 목적으로 한다. 사회계량적 조사방법을 사용한 결과, 74%의 과학자들이 한개의 큰 네트워크를 형성하며, 생산성이 높고 의사 소통량이 많은 대부분의 과학자가 이에 포함되었다. 많은 접촉을 받은 중심인물들은 정보유통의 중앙 지점에 위치하며, 중요 정보원들임과 동시에 정보 생산자들이다. This paper reports investigation of informal communication among Korean biological scientists. Scientists at the research front communicate informally each other and social organization based upon this communication relation is identified. Seventy-four percent of the scientists are joined together in a large communication network which includes all of the most productive and communicative scientists. Central scientists are the nodal points for dissemination of information as well as important information sources.
