        수정진동자 분석기 ( QCA ) 를 이용한 폴리피롤 박막의 산화 - 환원반응 해석

        본 실험에서 QCA를 사용하여 NaClO₄, LiClO₄, KClO₄전해질 용액에서 전기중합한 폴리피롤 박막의 점탄성 특성을 in situ 분석하였다. 수정진동자를 특수 제작한 전기화학 분석셀에 넣어 수정진동자의 한쪽 전극을 작용전극으로 사용하였다. 공진주파수와 공진저항 상관도 (F-R)도를 이용하여 폴리피롤 박막의 점탄성을 해석하였고 AFM 사진과 비교 검토하였다. 피롤을 정전류에서 중합하여 피막한 수정진동자를 이용하여 순환전위주사하면서 공진주파수, 공진저항, 전류를 측정하여 폴리피롤 박막의 산화-환원 반응 거동을 분석하였다. 본 실험결과, 전기중합 초기에는 피롤 박막이 탄성적으로 거동하다가 중합되어 감에 따라 점차 점탄성막으로 변하여 감을 알 수 있었다. 동시에 박막 사이로 전해질 용액이 침투됨에 따라 박막의 두께가 증가하면서 표면 형상도 변화하였다. 이와 같은 현상은 중합할 때의 전해질과 전위 주사할 때의 전해질 용액을 변화시키면서 순환전위주사하여도 발생하였다. In this work, the in-situ viscoelastic characteristics of electropolymerized polypyrrole (Ppy) thin film were investigated in the electrolyte solutions of NaClO₄, LiClO₄, and KClO₄ by using quartz crystal analyzer (QCA). One side of quartz crystal was used as a working electrode mounted in a special fabricated QCA electrochemical cell. The resonant frequency and resonant resistance diagram (F-R diagram) was used to interpret the viscoelastic characteristics of Ppy thin film and compared with AFM photograph. The resonant frequency, resonant resistance, and current were measured to analyze the redox reaction behaviors when the cyclic voltammetry was performed using AT-cut quartz crystal electrode coated with galvanostatically polymerized Ppy film. The result suggests that the Ppy film polymerized onto the crystal behaves as a rigid elastic layer at the initial stage of electropolymerization, while the film becomes a viscoelastic layer the polymerization proceeds further. At the same time, the film thicknessincreasesand some morphological changes take place due to the penetration of electrolyte solution into the film. These phenomena take place when cyclic voltammetry was performed using different electrolyte solution compared with polymerization process.

      • 논문 및 특허 분석을 통한 3D프린팅 산업 시장 동향 예측 연구

        3D프린팅 기술은 4차 산업혁명의 대표적인 제조 기술로 혁신의 핵심이 될 것이라는 예측이 많았다. 3D프린팅은 기존의 금형·사출·주조 방식에 비해 제조 효율성을 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 새로운 제조 경험까지 가능하게 하는 차세대 기술로 주목받고 있으며, 최근 발생한 코로나19 감염병 상황에도 불구하고 산업용 3D프린팅에 대한 수요가 확산되고 있다. 한편, 3D프린팅 시장이 기대보다 활성화되지 못하고 있다는 우려와 향후 시장이 위축될 수 있다는 전망도 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 3D프린팅과 관련된 현재까지의 연구·지식재산권의 추이와 산업 동향을 기반으로 향후 기대되는 3D프린팅 산업 시장 동향에 대해 연구하였다. 국내 3D프린팅 산업의 동향 예측을 위해 논문-특허-시장 규모 현황을 조사한 결과, 2014년 이후 2019년까지 세 항목 모두 유사한 형태의 지속적인 성장세를 보였으며, 논문 출간은 특허 등록에 선행하여 증가추세를 보였음을 확인하였다. 시장규모는 논문-특허의 증가에 종속되어 증가하지 않고 특허 등록의 증가 추세 이전에 선행적인 증가 추세를 보였다. 3D printing technology is a representative manufacturing technology of the 4th industrial revolution, and there were many predictions that it would become the core of innovation. 3D printing is attracting attention as a next generation technology that not only improves manufacturing efficiency compared to the existing mold, injection, and casting methods, but also enables new manufacturing experiences, and the demand for industrial 3D printing is spreading despite the recent outbreak of COVID-19. On the other hand, there are concerns that the 3D printing market is not as active as expected, and there is a prospect that the market may shrink in the future. In this study, expected market trends in the 3D printing industry have been investigated based on the research and intellectual property rights related to domestic 3D printing. By examining the previous studies on the relationship between paper-patent-market size, from 2014 to 2019, all three items showed a similar type of continuous growth, and it was confirmed that the publication of papers showed an increasing trend prior to patent registration. The market size did not increase depending on the increase in paper-patents, but showed a leading increase trend before the increase in patent registration.

      • 수정진동자를 이용한 박막의 상거동 분석

        This paper shows that an AT-cut quartz crystal analyzer(Q.C.A) can be applied to the investigation of the microheological change of the polymer blend solution during solvent evaporation process casting blend on the surface of quartz crystal. he blend is made from various compositions of poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) and poly(vinyl acetate)(PVAc), and ethyl acetate as slovent. The resonant frequency and resonant admittance of the blend casting Q.C.A are measured simultaneously and the microheological behavior of the blend is analyzed during ethyl acetate evaporation. The PMMA/PVAc blend solution behaves several informative changes of resonant frequency and resonant admittance during ethyl acetate evaporation, depending on the evaporation time and the blend ratio. The PMMA/PVAc blend solution in ethyl acetate exhibited critical changes of resonant frequency and resonant admittance depending on the evaporation time and blend ratio. From this study, it is known that the quartz crystal analyzer can be successfully applicable to analyze viscoelastic changes on the microrheology and phase separation at the initial stage of the blends of PMMA and PVAc during the solvent, ethyl acetate evaporation process by maesuring the resonant freaquency and the resonant resistance in situ.

      • 「Ca-Alginate Gel Bead에 있어서 基質의 擴散特性에 관한 硏究」

        The diffusion characteristics of several substrates of varying molecular sizes into and from Ca-alginate gel beads in well-stirred solution with concentrations were investigated. Ca-alginates gil beads were immobilized by Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Zymomonas mobilis or free from cells. The changes of concentration of solution were investigated and the values of the diffusion coefficient of substrates were calculated by means of the equation of Crank. The substrates could diffuse freely into and from the gel beads-free from cells-without disturbance by the pores in the gel beads, but could not with the concentration of substrates. In the case of immobilized with cells, the diffusion behaviors of the substrates into and from the gel beads were very different. The values of the diffusion coefficient of L-tryptophan(M.W.= 204) into and from the gel beads agreed with those in the free from cells system. In the case of higher molecular weight substrates such as bovine serum albumin(M.W.= 6.9×10⁴), hemoglobin(M.W.= 6.7×10⁴), diffusion of their substrates was partly occurred on the surface of the gel beads. Using these results, the capacity of Ca-alginate gel as a matrix of immobilization was discussed.

      • 주기적 흡착 변환법에 의한 과당과 포도당의 분리 (Ⅱ)

        Separation of fructose and glucose from fructose corn syrup has been one of the most difficult and most important separation processes now in commercial practice. In this study we used cycling zone adsorption. The experiment was performed on a standing mode where the cold and hot temperatures were 5℃ and 50℃ respectively. The outlet concentration of glucose was nearly independent of temperature while that of fructose increased with the increase of temperature. Thus by changing the temperature of the bed periodically, the separation was attained. Flow rate swing decreased the separation factor and the diluting feed solution increased the separation factor. The degree of separation was represented in terms of flow rate and cycle time. The maximum separation factor was achieved when the retention time and half cycle coincided.
