장애 환자의 소아치과 치료 시 전신마취에 대한 통계적 고찰

Background: The management of the behavior of handicapped children when providing required dental care is often a problem, whether in the dental office or in a hospital setting. Because of the high incidence of poor cooperation, many of these patients are scheduled for dental care under general anesthesia with preoperative medical assessment. The purpose of this study was to carry out a clinico-statistical survey on dental treatment for handicapped children under general anesthesia. Methods: After approval from the institutional review board, the medical records of 64 handicapped children between 1997 and 2002 were reviewed to determine the patient profiles, anesthesia management, and complications. The charts of these patients, who underwent dental examination, scaling and prophylaxis, and restoration and extraction of teeth under general anesthesia, were reviewed. Results: The mean age was 12.8 years old, and males (53%) predominated females (47%). Twenty-four patients had mental retardation, twelve had autism, six had cerebral palsy, 4 had behavior disorder, others had heart disease, convulsive disorder, etc. Sixty-two had intravenous thiopental with neuromuscular blocker, 2 had intravenous ketamine induction. Nasotracheal intubation was uneventful in 55 patients, nine had orotracheal intubation because of difficult visualization of the larynx. Twenty-one patients experienced postoperative complications in the recovery room, including epistaxis, nasal obstruction, vomiting, airway obstruction, respiratory depression. Conclusions: General anesthesia is a very effective way of completing the dental treatments for disabled children. We emphasize the need to train anesthesiologists in the care of disabled patients.

온라인 필기체 문자 인식은 필기의 순서와 획의 위치를 알 수 있어 신경망을 이용한 자소의 효과적인 분할로 큰 성과를 이루었다. 그러나 오프라인 필기체 문자 인식은 동적인 정보와 시간적인 정보를 가지고 있지 않고, 다양한 필기와 자소의 겹침이 심하며 획 사이의 잡영을 많이 가지고 있어 불완전한 전처리를 수행하여야 하는 어려움을 가지고 있다. 따라서 오프라인 필기체 문자 인식은 다양한 방법의 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 Watershed 알고리즘을 오프라인 필기체 한글 문자 인식 전처리에 적용하였다. 여기서 Watershed 알고리즘의 수행 시간과 결과 영상의 품질을 고려해 Watershed 알고리즘 4단계에서 효과적인 적용방법을 제시하였다. 효과적으로 구성된 Watershed 알고리즘을 전처리에 적용함으로써 영상 향상과 이진화에 좋은 결과를 얻었다. 실험에서는 기존의 방법과 본 논문 방법을 수행 시간과 품질로써 평가했다. 실험 결과 기존의 방법은 평균 2.08초, 본 논문 방법은 평균 0.86초의 수행 시간이 걸렸다. 결과 영상의 품질은 본 논문 방법이 기존의 방법에 비하여 문자의 획 사이의 잡영을 효과적으로 처리하였다. On-line handwritten character recognition be achieved successful results since effectively neural networks divided the letter which is the time ordering of strokes and stroke position. But off-line handwritten character recognition is in difficulty of incomplete preprocessing because has not information of motion or time and has frequently overlap of the letter and many noise occurrence. consequently off-line handwritten character recognition needs study of various methods. This paper apply watershed algorithm to preprocessing for off-line handwritten hangul character recognition. This paper presents effective method in four steps in watershed algorithm as consider execution time of watershed algorithm and quality of result image. As apply watershed algorithm with effective structure to preprocessing, can get to the good result of image enhancement and binarization. In this experiment, this paper is estimate the previous method with this paper method for execution time and quality in image. Average execution time on the previous method is 2.16 second and Average execution time on this paper method is 1.72 second. While this paper method is remove noise effectively with overlap stroke, the previous method does not seem to be remove noise effectively with overlap stroke.
서브하모닉 주입동기에 의한 밀리미터파 대역 고조파 발진기의 고성능화

서브하모닉파 주입동기에 의한 밀리미터파 대역 고주파원의 고성능화에 대하여 다루었다. MES-FET로 8.7GHz의 발진기를 구성하고 서브하모닉파의 주입동기 방식으로 구동하여 17.4GHz의 고조파를 발생시켰다. 이러한 시스템에서 발진기는 발진과 동시에 체배기의 기능을 수행하여 안정된 고조파 발생시킬 수 있다. 이 기술을 채택하면 자려발진주파수가 비교적 낮은 발진기로도 고안정, 고출력 고주파를 발생시키는 고조파출력 발진기를 실현할 수 있다. 실험의 결과, 주입 동기의 범위 26MHz 내에서 고출력 고조파가 관측되었으며, 서브하모닉파 주입전력에 비례하였다. 스펙트럼 분석기로 고조파 출력의 파형을 관측한 결과, 제2고조파 출력의 위상 안정성이 현저히 향상되었음이 확인되었다. This paper deals with a millimeter wave source which is utilizing sub-harmonic injection-synchronization technique. A 8.7GHz oscillator with MES-FET is fabricated, and is driven as a harmonic output oscillator at 17.4GHz by means of sub-harmonic injection-synchronization. The oscillator operates as a multiplier as well as oscillator in this system. Adopting this technique, we can obtain a high stable, high frequency millimeter wave source even though self-oscillating frequency of an oscillator is relatively low. In the experiments, the range of injection-synchronization is about 26MHz and is proportional to the input sub-harmonic power. From the spectrum analysis of the 2nd harmonic output. we blow that the phase noise of the harmonic oscillator is remarkably decreased.
유전알고리즘을 이용한 로봇 매니퓰레이터의모델예측제어기 설계

This paper proposes a model predictive controller of robot manipulators using a genetic algorithm to secure the best performance by performing parameter optimization with the genetic algorithm. Genetic algorithm is a natural evolutionary process modeled as a computer algorithm and has excellent performance in global optimization, so it is useful for tuning control parameters. The sliding mode controller and inverse dynamics controller are included in the lower part of the model prediction controller to minimize the problems caused by non-linearity and uncertainty of the robot manipulator. The performance superiority of the proposed method as described above has been confirmed in detail through a simulation study.
