        The Purpose of this study is to examine relationship between recognition of partner's level and self-realization of dance sports players. For objects of this study, the researcher selected 200 samples using the convenient sampling method among dance sports players who are doing activties as players in 2003 and have won prizes at various domestic and international contests. For measuring instrument, the researcher prepared structured questionnaires based on Previous studies and analyzed collected data through analysis of variables in accordance with study purpose. Each hypothesis was verified at α=.05. According to dance sports players' recognition of partner's skili level, there was partial difference in self-realization That is, according to recognition of partners' skill levels in practice, among all variabies of self-realization realization of ideal aim showed meaningful difference. And in matches, according to recognition of partners' skill levels, ali variables of self-realization (exhibition of ability and development of ability) except for realization of ideal aim showed meaningful difference. In conclusion, we should recognize that self-realization is different according to the recognition of partners' skill levels, and need to persue researches further and to make active efforts for dance sports players as well as their leaders so that they can practice and couch more efficiently.

        피혁폐수의 오염 저감을 위한 피혁 준비 공정기술 보급(carbonate계 Nitrogen-free deliming agent 합성 및 적용연구)

        A study was made on the synthesis of a carbonate base nitrogen-free deliming agent using a non-phosgene compound applicable to the deliming process, which is one of the biggest sources of pollutant increasing the T-N concentration in the effluent from the leather making processes. And also studied on the possibility of using the agent in the deliming process. Through measurement of T-N, BOD, COD and SS in the effluent after the agent is used, contents of Ca and Cr and TS in the leather after the deliming process were measured, by which deliming efficiency, influences to the physical properties of the chromium tanned leather and reducing effects of T-N, BOD, COD and SS concentrations in the effluent could be confirmed. Thus an eco-friendly study has been conducted. 피혁 제조 공정별 발생 폐수중 T-N 농도를 증가시키는 오염원이 가장 많이 배출되는 공정중 하나인 탈회공정에 적용 가능한 Non-phosgene화합물을 이용하여 Carbonate계 비질소계 탈회제의 합성 및 적용 공정 연구를 통하여 배출 배액에서의 T-N, BOD, COD, SS의 측정결과 탈회후 혁에서의 Ca함량, Cr함량, TS를 측정하여 탈회효율 및 크롬 탄닝혁의 물리적 특성에 미치는 영향과 배출 배액에서의 T-N, BOD, COD, SS의 농도감소효과를 확인하여 친환경 피혁제조공정 확립을 위한 기초 연구를 진행하였다.1. Introduction피혁제조 공정별 배출되고 있는 다양한 종류의 폐수중 준비공정(Beamhouse process)의 오염부하물질중 발생량이 가장 많은 질소화합물은 폐수 처리 방법중 생물학적 방법 적용시 처리 효율에 심각한 영향을 대표적인 물질로 알려져있다. 질소 화합물의 발생원은 털을 용해하고 용해물, 가죽으로부터 용출된 단백질 혹은 유제나 조제에 포함되어 있는 질소가 있지만 주로 탈회, 효해 공정으로부터의 Ammonium 화합물에 기인하고 있다. 피혁 제조 공정중 탈회 공정에서 발생하는 암모니아성 질소는 강한 알칼리성의 자극취가 발생하고 인(P)과 같이 하천 등 수역 지역에서 부영양화의 원인이 되므로 수생 생물의 치명적인 호흡독 작용의 유발과 호수의 해조류 증가와 바다에서의 적조 발생 원인이 되기 때문에 배출량을 감소케 하도록 규제하고 있다. 현재 일반적으로 탈회 공정시 사용되는 탈회제의 구성 성분은 Ammonium염 이외에 Weak organic acid(Boric acid, Lactic acid), Mineral acid 및 Hydrochloric acid, Sulfuric acid 등이 이용되나 무기산의 경우 탈모 후 단백질이 Alkali 팽윤에서 산팽윤으로 급격히 전환되므로 거의 사용되지 않으며 주로 Ammonium 염과 함께 Lactic acid 및 Acetic acid와 같은 유기산들을 혼합 사용한다. 탈회 작업시 대부분 이용되고 있는 Ammonium 염은 탈회 효과는 뛰어나지만 작업 장내 Ammonia gas(NH3)가 다량 발생되며 또한 탈회 액의 배출시 총질소량에 대한 환경 문제를 야기할 수 있다.

        蛋白食餌條件을 달리하여 成長한 흰쥐에 四鹽化炭素 投與가 Purine體 代謝酵素活性에 미치는 영향

        The effect of CCl_4 injection on the activities of some purine catabolizing enzymes, the levels of serum uric acid and allantoin was studied on male rats previously fed a low protein-high-carbohydrate(7% casein) of a standard protein-low carbohydrate(20% casein). The increasing rate of serum uric acid and allantoin to the control group by the injection of CCl_4 was higher in rats fed a standard protein diet than those fed a low protein diet. The hepatic levels of purine catabolizing enzyme activities; adenosine deaminase(ADA), guanase(GDA), xanthine oxidase(XOD) and uricase in rats fed a low protein diet, were more decreased than those fed a standard protein diet. An increasing rate of the sum activity in serum and liver of each purine catabolizing enzyme, i.e, ADA, GDA, XOD, to each control group was higher in CCl_4-treated rats fed a standard protein diet than those fed a low protein diet. The decreasing rate of XOD activity in CCl_4-treated rats pretreated with actinomycin D to the CCl_4-treatd group was higher in rats fed a standard protein diet than in those fed a low protein diet. Furthermore, injection of actinomycin D to the rats fed a standard protein diet showed a significantly decreased activity of hepatic XOD, compared with its control group, but injection of actinomycin D to the rats fed a low protein diet showed the similar level of enzyme activity with its control group. And the decreasing rate of liver XOD to the CCl_4-treated rats in actinomycin D pretreated-rats was lower in rats fed a low protein diet than in those fed a standard protein diet

        Fabrication of Ozone Bubble Cleaning System and its Application to Clean Silicon Wafers of a Solar Cell

        Ozone micro-bubble cleaning system was designed, and made to develop a uniquetechnique to clean wafers by using ozone micro-bubbles. The ozone micro-bubble cleaning systemconsisted of loading, cleaning, rinsing, drying and un-loading zones, respectively. In case of thecleaning the silicon wafers of a solar cell, more than 99 % of cleaning efficiency was obtained bydipping the wafers at 10 ppm of ozone for 10 minutes. Both of long cleaning time and high ozoneconcentration in the wet-solution with ozone micro-bubbles reduced cleaning efficiency because of there-sorption of debris. The cleaning technique by ozone micro-bubbles can be also applied to variouswafers for an ingot and LED as an eco-friendly method.

        식이성 단백질 함량이 Toluene 대사에 미치는 영향

        To study an effect of toluene administration on the toluene metabolism in rats liver previously fed a low (casein 7%, LP) or standard (casein 20%, SP) protein diet, toluene (50% in olive oil) was given at 0.2 ml per 100 g body weights once daily during 4 days to the male rats. The content of hepatic cytochrome P-450 was higher in rats fed SP than those fed LP. The hepatic benzylalcohol dehydrogenase activity was higher both in toluene-treated rats and its control group fed SP than those fed LP. The hepatic benzaldehyde dehydrogenase activity was somewhat higher in rats fed SP than those fed LP. In the case of toluene treatment, the increasing rate of hippuric acid contents to the control group were higher in rats SP than those fed LP. In conclusion, it is likely that the metabolic rate of toluene would be higher in rats fed SP than those fed LP.
