판소리계소설의 풍자양상과 의미 : 「배비장전」과 「이춘풍전」을 중심으로

비정질 유전체 KNbGeO5의 결정화 기구 및 유전효과 연구

The crystallization mechanism and the dielectric property of amorphous KNbGeO5 were studied. Differential scanning calorimetry was used to investigate the crystallization mechanism. The di- electric property was measured by using an impedance/gain-phase analyzer in the frequency range 100 Hz ˘ 15 MHz with the heating rate of 2 /min. Crystallization was found to occur through a 3-dimensional growth with an activation energy of 8.1 eV and a crystallization parameter of 4. There was an abrupt increase in both the real and the imaginary parts of the dielectric constant for glass in the crystal transition region due to the active motions of atoms and molecules.

무지 수근중수 관절 골관절염에 대한 전방 인대 재건술 또는 대다각골 절제술

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate surgical outcomes of thumb carpometacarpal osteoarthritis treated either by volar ligament reconstruction or trapeziectomy with suspensionplasty. Materials and Methods: From July 2004 to January 2011, we treated 43 patients with thumb carpometacarpal joint arthritis by volar ligament reconstruction in stages I and II, and by trapeziectomy with suspensionplasty in stages III and IV. Out of the 43, we evaluated 19 patients (9 treated by volar ligament reconstruction, 10 treated by trapeziectomy with suspensionplasty) at an average of 36.8 months (range: 8 to 65 months) after surgery. Outcome measures included pain visual analogue scale (VAS), ranges of motion, and grip and pinch strengths. Results: The mean VAS was 1.2 in the volar ligament reconstruction group and 2.0 in the trapeziectomy with suspensionplasty group at final follow-up. The ligament reconstruction group had significantly better thumb radial abduction and opposition ranges of motion, and key grip strength. No further radiographic arthritic changes were noted in the ligament reconstruction group at a mean follow-up of 39 months. Conclusion: The authors obtained satisfactory pain control in patients with thumb carpometacarpal osteoarthritis by volar ligament reconstruction for stages I-II and trapeziectomy with suspensionplasty for stages III-IV. 목적: 이 연구의 목적은 무지 수근중수 관절 골관절염에서 전방 인대 재건술 또는 대다각골 절제술을 시행한 환자들의 수술 결과를 후향적으로 분석하고자 하는 것이다. 대상 및 방법: 2004년 7월부터 2011년 1월까지 42명의 무지 수근중수 관절 골관절염환자에게 병기 I-II는 전방 인대 재건술을, 병기 III-IV는 대다각골 절제술 및 현가술을 시행하였다. 이 중 19명의 환자(전방 인대 재건술 9명, 대다각골 절제술 10명)를수술 후 평균 36.8개월(범위: 8-65개월)에 평가하였다. 수술 결과로는 통증 visual analogue scale (VAS), 관절 운동 범위, 그리고 악력을 측정하였다. 결과: 수술 후 평균 통증 VAS는 전방 인대 재건술 군에서 1.2, 대다각골 절제술 및 현가술 군에서 2였다. 양 군을 비교하였을 때, 전방 인대 재건술을 시행한 군이 요측 무지외전 운동과 무지 대립 기능, 그리고 열쇠 집기력이 유의하게 우수하였다. 전방 인대 재건술을 시행한 환자들을 평균 39개월 추시하였을 때, 방사선 영상에서 추가적인관절염이 진행된 소견은 없었다. 결론: 저자들은 무지 수근중수 관절 관절염에서 병기 I-II는 전방 인대 재건술을, 병기 III-IV는 대다각골 절제술 및 현가술을 시행하여 만족스런 통증 조절을 할 수 있었다.

다중 이산 연속선택모형(MDCEV)을 이용한 한국 소비자의 신선육 구매 결정 요인

Modeling the consumer demand of fresh meat requires its distinct feature which other types of food product does not have. Most of the fresh meat products are likely to be unbranded, bought on a weight basis and affected by macro shocks such as seasonality, holiday effect and the disease incidence. Furthermore, consumers tend to purchase multiple categories of fresh meat in a week. Therefore, we apply a multiple discrete/continuous model on fresh meat consumption data to study the effect of macro shocks on fresh meat sales as well as of price change. As a result shows, Each fresh meat is relatively more likely to be bought in peak season of each fresh meat compared with imported pork which is set as a ‘reference category’ in this analysis. For clarity of the effect of disease incidence, we perform further analysis regarding the effect of livestock disease on fresh meat purchase probability. It shows that the avian flu in 2014 has strong negative impact on the purchase probability of chicken and the foot-and-mouth disease has negative impact on the purchase probability of pork and beef for part of outbreak periods.

KNbGeO5 비정질을 제조하여 온도와 주파수에 따른 유전효과에 관하여 연구하였다. 전기적 특성은 Impedance/Gain-Phase 분석기를 이용해 2℃/min의 승온율로 상온에서 800℃의 온도구간에서 그리고 주파수는 100 Hz~15 MHz 범위에서 측정하였다. 유리전이 구간에서부터 결정화 구간에 걸쳐 원자 및 분자들의 활발한 움직임으로 실수부와 허수부 모두 급격한 증가를 보였다. 그리고 유리구간에서의 보편법칙을 통한 해석과 모듈러스 분석에 의한 해석이 일치함을 알 수 있었다.
