A business is a means of making profits for its owner and a source of income for most people by providing them with a workplace. Businesses also serve to provide goods and services to customers in exchange for other goods, services, or money. Therefore, establishing and operating a company is beneficial to the company itself, its employees, communities and the society at large. In Korea, the Commercial Act supports the foundation, survival and development of a firm. A number of attempts have been made to narrow a social gap which may take place over the course of economic development, and one of them is corporate social responsibility (CSR). In particular, how to resolve social issues in terms of sustainable development is drawing global attention in recent years. It is believed desirable to formulate general regulations to provide a clear legal basis and establish a consistent rationale by solving contra- dictory views, if goals of corporations cannot be confined to their traditional objective, that is, the pursuit of maximum profit with increasing influences of businesses. In the case of legislation, general provisions should be added to lay the foundation. If an organization is set up and the government provides policy support, it would be possible to keep pace with the global trends of vigorous CSR activities. 기업의 사회 공헌은 반기업적 정서를 극복하고자 한 목적에서 출발하여, 나아가 고객에게 신뢰를 구축하고, 기업의 이미지를 좋게 만들기 위해 적극적으로 추진되어 왔다. 중소기업은 대기업에 비해 소유와 경영의 미분리, 자본이나 인적 자원의 부족, 노동 집약형 산업 특성, 공급 사실 관계에서 대기업에 대한 높은 의존도 및 낮은 시장 인지도 등 여러 가지 기업환경의 특성에서 볼 때 큰 차이를 보이고 있다. 대기업 위주로 개발된 가이드라인이나 평가기준은 중소기업에게는 적합하지 않을 수 있으므로 정부차원에서 중소기업들이 실행 가능한 CSR 가이드라인 및 평가지표를 개발하고 제시해줄 필요가 있다. 대기업에 비해 중소기업은 기업규모에서나 자본 또는 인지도·시장지배력·지역관계성 등 여러 가지 기업환경의 특성에서 큰 차이를 갖고 있으며, 그에 따라 CSR의 적용에도 구분해야할 것이다. CSR 논의는 주로 대기업을 중심으로 전개되었으며, 중소기업의 CSR에 대해서는 상대적으로 미미한 수준이었다. CSR의 인식의 희박함이나 CSR 추진에 대해서 소극적인 점 등을 통해서도 알 수 있었다. 대기업과 중소기업간의 CSR의 격차를 해소하고, 동반성장 상생이라는 측면에서는 중소기업의 CSR도 고려되어야 한다. CSR 추진 기업에 대한 조세지원, 사회책임 정보 공시 의무화, 정부의 정책적 지원 등의 방안을 많이 볼 수 있다. 법률로서 제도적 지원이 간단한 부분이 아니기 때문에 우선 지자체 범위에서 조례로 지역적 범위에서 지원을 하는 방안을 고려해볼 수 있다. 서울시의 “사회적경제 기본 조례”, 경기도의회의 “경기도 경제민주화 지원 등에 관한 조례”, “경기도 착한 기업상 조례”, “경기도 공공기관 및 중소기업의 CSR(기업의 사회적책임) 활성화 지원 조례안”의 방법은 적절한 제도가 될 수 있을 것이라 생각한다. 서울시 의회와 경기도 의회에서 제정한 조례의 경우처럼 지자체에서 하나씩 제도적 지원을 하는 것이 초기 부담도 줄어들고 긍정적 인식을 갖게함으로써 긍정적인 결과가 이어질 수 있는 시발점이 될 수 있을 것이라 생각한다.

To investigate the vegetation structure and to establish restoration counterplan of the forests in Seoul area, 20 plots(each size was 400㎡) were set up and surveyed. In the point of ecological view, the urban forests(within 10㎞ from city hall) had rather simple structure and species composition as compared to the other suburban forests(farther than 10㎞ from city hall). The suburban forests would be selfrecovered their ecologizal vitality if the human impact could be reduced. The urban forests have been suffered from continuous stresses such as influence of human and environmental pollution. As a result, the urban forests showed different status of vegetation structure as defined by the species diversity and habitat composition. The species diversities of the suburban forests were higher than that of the urban forests. The successional trend by analysis of vegetation structure was appeared from Pinus densiflora, P. rigida, and Robinia pseudoacacia to Quercus spp. in Seoul area. Shanon’s diversity was 1.2768∼0.9695 and Soil pH was 4.57∼4.30 in survey sites.

A director owes a fiduciary duty to the corporation. In performing his or her duties, a director must act in the best interests of the corporation as well as reasonable care. Position and role of the director in the company is becoming changed with the times. Differences in expression and severity, but the basic premise is that you can see that it must be able to fairly and faithfully perform the duties ahead of personal gain. The range of Fiduciary's director of corporate management in the economy is difficult at this point looked at the fundamental question of how far will be. Management and directors in order to ensure the efficiency and integrity of the company is to be diligent, above all, I will not be investing in the company's managing partner and a significant amount of time and effort.
유방염에 이환된 젖소에 있어서 혈액 동태학에 관한 연구

Hemodynamic values were assessed in the cows diseased with mastitis. Hemodynamic testes were performed for white blood cell(WBC), red blood cell(RBC), packed cell volume(PCV), hemoglobin concentration, monocyte, eosinophil, neutrophil, lymphocyte, prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time, thrombin time, fibrinogen, platelet concentrations, antithrombin-III and plasminogen activities. Significant alterations were observed in the mean values of most analytes. The numbers of monocytes, eosinophil, and neutrophil, and prothrombin time were increased while the number of lymphocyte, activated partial thromboplastin time, thrombin time, fibrinogen concentration, plasminogen activity and platelet concentration were decreased. The number of RBC, PCV, hemoglobin and antithrombin-III activity were unchanged compared with normal mean values. These data indicated that activation of hemodynamic mechanisms was initiated either directly by the endotoxin-releasing or indirectly by the inflammatory mediators released by response to etiologic agents. We suspected that the changes of hemodynamic values in the cows diseased with mastitis were very similar to those of experimental endotoxin-induced mastitis.
