In a previous study, our group showed that the effective microorganism substance (EM-S) produced by fermentation of medicinal plants with effective microorganisms has an antiinflammatory effect on atopic dermatitis-like lesions in NC/Nga mice. However, the possible antiinflammatory effect and skin barrier function of EM-S for inflammatory cell infiltration,Interleukin-4 (IL-4) production, C-C chemokine receptor 10 (CCR10), and filaggrin (FLG) expression were not reported. Therefore, effects of EM-S on the development of atopic dermatitislike skin lesions in NC/Nga mice were evaluated. Efficacy of EM-S was judged by measurement of scratching behavior, T-cell subset infiltration, cytokine production, and FLG expression. Topical application of EM-S significantly reduced scratching behavior in NC/Nga mice caused by house dust mite antigen (Dermatophagoides farinse extract, DfE) sensitization. IL-4 production and CD4+ and CD45+ cell infiltrations were significantly reduced by EM-S. CCR10 expression was also significantly inhibited by EM-S. EM-S treatment also increased the level of FLG reduced by DfE sensitization. These results demonstrate EM-S, when applied topically, may be an effective substance for management of atopic dermatitis patients.
워드 임베딩을 활용한 한국어 가짜뉴스 탐지 모델에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 가짜뉴스 탐지 모델에 워드 임베딩 기법을 접목하여 성능을 향상시키는 방법을 제안한다. 기존의 한국어 가짜뉴스 탐지 연구는 희소 표현인 빈도-역문서 빈도(TF-IDF)를 활용한 탐지 모델들이 주를 이루었다. 하지만 이는 가짜뉴스 탐지의 관점에서 뉴스의 언어적 특성을 파악하는 데 한계가 존재하는데, 특히 문맥에서 드러나는 언어적 특성을 구조적으로 반영하지 못한다. 이에 밀집 표현 기반의 워드 임베딩 기법인 Word2vec을 활용한 텍스트 전처리를 통해 문맥 정보까지 반영한 가짜뉴스 탐지 모델을 본 연구의 제안모델로 생성한 후 TF-IDF 기반의 가짜뉴스 탐지 모델을 비교 모델로 생성하여 두 모델 간의 비교를 통한 성능 검증을 수행하였다. 그 결과 Word2vec 기반의 제안모형이 더욱 우수하였음을 확인하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify critical indicators for the development of efficient patient classification system in a emergency room. Method: This study involved following five steps. Step 1. Selection of the lists direct nursing services in the ER. Step 2. Measurement of the time of direct nursing services from Aug. 31st to Nov. 30th, 2005. Step 3. Classification of the patients according to the nursing care time. Step 4. The determination the critical indicators for different patient classes. Result: Determinate indicators were as follow: 3 items in the first group (vital sign checking, Ⅳ route starting, blood sampling), 3 items in the second group (vital sign checking, fluid infusion, blood sampling), 9 items in the third group (I/O checking, O₂ inhalation, suction, fluid infusion, Ⅳ bolus, Central catheter preparation & management, blood sampling, intubation preparation & management, postmortem management), 7 items in the fourth group (EKG monitoring, BP monitoring, O₂ inhalation, fluid infusion, using the specific drugs, CPR, postmortem management). Conclusion: This study can help future studies which measure nursing services standard time or assigns value to emergency nursing services.
