The CRM used in evaluation of effectiveness, calibration or analysis equipment when you analyse in material of rice powder or similar matrix. Analytical items were γ-HCH, p,p'-DDE, endosulfan-2, samples of achieved pertreatment analized each component indivisually. Control mode of MS used selected ion monitering(SIM). GC is 6890GC of Agilent Technology company and MS is JMS 700 of Jeol company. MS operating condition was Electron impact ionization with 70eV. 300A, GC operating condition was Column : Rtx-5MS 30m*0.25m ID*0.25um, Oven Temp 90℃(3min)-20℃/min-280℃(2min), Injection port 250℃, splitless, Carrier Gas He with 1mL/min. Water contents was 12.534% and dry mass correction factor 1.143. CRM certified values of the experiment result were p,p'-DDE 0.165±0.011,mg/kg, γ-HCH 0.0129±0.0011mg/kg, endosulfan-2 0.0216±0.0027mg/kg. The numbers following the symbol ± are the numerical values of expanded uncertainties, U=ku_(c) of measurement values preceding the symbol. The level of confidence for the expanded uncertainties are 96% with k=2.

하부마사지 처치가 중학생의 혈청효소 및 심폐지구력에 미치는 영향

In order to prove the influence of sports massage on the HR, SBP, MVO^2, LDH and CPK both in fifteen-minute recovery and thirty-minute recovery after loading exercise with a bicycle ergometer, two experiments were carried out on 7 middle school student at a week interval. One is giving sports massage on the lower part of the body for 30 minutes after excercise, the other is just taking a rest on bed for 30 minutes without massage treatment. The results were as follows. 1) With sports massage treatment LDH made a meaningful (p<.05) recovery between massage treatment method and non-treatment method, hut not in times and the interaction of times and methods. 2) With sports massage treatment CPK not in method, times and the interaction of times and methods. 3) With sports massage treatment HR made a meaningful (p<.O5) in times, but not in recovery between massage treatment method and non-treatment method and the interaction of times and methods. 4) With Sports massage treatment SBP made a meaningful (p<.O5) recovery between massage treatment method and non-treatment method, times and the interaction of times and methods. 5) With sports massage treatment MVO^2 made a meaningful (p<.05) in times and the interaction of times and methods but not in recovery between massage treatment method and non-treatment method.

양이온 개환 공중합을 이용한 HTPE (Hydroxy terminated polyether) 합성

HTPE(hyroxy terminated polyether)의 합성을 위해 Ethylene Oxide(EO)와 Tetrahydrofuran (THF)을 1,4-Butane-diol의 존재 하에서 촉매로서 BF3OEt2를 사용하여 0~15℃의 온도에서 양이온 개환공중합을 통해 합성하였다. 또한 모노머와 개시제의 비율조절과 모노머의 농도조절을 통하여 HTPE의 분자량의 변화를 확인하였다.

The effect of polyethylene film(PE) packaging of golden mushroom wrapped with Korean paper containing 20% mica powder on the changes in weight, color, texture, PPO activity, number of total microbe(TM) and sensory quality during storage at 10℃ were investigated. The experiments were divided to 3 groups(control; only PE packaging, KP; PE packaging wrapped with Korean paper up and down of the sample, KPM; PE packaging with Korean paper containing 20% mica powder up and down of the sample). The weight of the mushroom in the KPM was the lowest until 9 days-storage, but the weight was the highest at 15 days-storage, showing 12.5% higher against the initial weight. L^(*) values of the mushrooms in the control and KP treatment were decreased, but the value in the KPM treatment was maintained as the same of the initial value during storage. The increasing rate of a^(*) and b^(*) values in the all plots during storage was the lowest in KPM and in order of KPM<KP<control. The activity of PPO and number of TM in the KPM treatment were maintained the lowest, but hardness and gumminess were maintained the highest during storage. Appearance of the mushroom stored for 15 days was the best, the degree of browning and softening were the lowest in the KPM. Off-flavor was lower in all plots, but the scores were the lowest in KPM. But further study on the fruit body was grown in the KPM at after-period of storage was required.

Estimation of Cardiac Index: Validation of the Mobil-O-Graph NG in Comparison with the FloTrac/Vigileo

Objective: Although the reference value of cardiac index (CI) is derived by pulmonary arterial pressure, the use of pulmonary arterial catheterization is limited by low cost effectiveness and many concerns regarding complications. Therefore, relatively noninvasive indirect measurement is used widely perioperatively. The goal of this study was to determine the accuracy of the CI derived by Mobil-O-Graph NG (cCI) noninvasively in patients undergoing general anesthesia by comparing that measured by FloTrac/Vigileo (fCI), the minimal invasive method. Methods: The Bland–Altman method was used to quantify agreement. Bias (mean difference between fCI–cCI) represents the systematic error between methods and precision (standard deviation of the bias) represents the random error or variability between techniques. The percentage error was considered clinically acceptable, and the tested method (Mobil-O-Graph NG) was regarded as interchangeable with the reference method (FloTrac/Vigileo), if it was below 30%. Results: One hundred and ninety-five patients were included in this study, and CI, measured in the 121 patients. The Bland–Altman analysis revealed a bias -0.01 and the percentage error of 32.4%. And the difference is inversely increased according the mean CI. Conclusion: Results showed that CI measured by Mobil-O-Graph NG had a wide limit of agreement with that measured by FloTrac/ Vigileo, therefore regarded as not interchangeable.

Effect of Heat-Treat Methods on the Soluble Calcium Levels in the Commercial Milk Products

Milk is well known to be rich in some nutrients such as protein, calcium, phosphorus, and vitamins. In particular, absorption and bioavailability of calcium receive lots of attention because calcium is very little absorbed until it is changed to the ionized form in the intestine. In this study, concentration of the soluble calcium was determined in the commercial bovine milk products, which were processed by different heat-treatment methods for pasteurization. As for general constituents, lactose, fat, protein, and mineral were almost same in the liquid milk products by different processors. Ultrafiltration of the skimmed milk caused little change in the permeate as for lactose content but both fat and protein decreased. pH values ranges from 6.57-6.62 at room temperature and slightly increase after centrifugation, 10,000 g, 10 min. Rennet-coagulation activity was the lowest in the ultra high temperature (UHT-)milk compared to the low temperature long time (LTLT-) and high temperature short time (HTST-)milk products. Each bovine milk products contains 1056.5-1111.3 mg/kg of Ca. The content of sulfhydryl group was the lowest in raw milk compared to the commercial products tested. For the skimmed milks after ultrafiltration with a membrane (Mw cut-off, 3 Kd), soluble Ca in the raw milk was highest at 450.2 mg/kg, followed by LTLT-milk 336.4-345.1 mg/kg, HTST-milk 305.5-313.3 mg/kg, UHT-milk 370.3-380.2 mg/kg in the decreasing order. After secondary ultrafiltration with a membrane (Mw cut-off, 1 kD), total calcium in raw milk had a highest of 444.2 mg/kg, and those in the market milk products. As follow: UHT-milk, 371.3 to 378.2 mg/kg; LTLT-milk, 333.3 to 342.2 mg/kg; HTST-milk 301.9 to 311.2 mg/kg in a decreasing order.

The AC-DC Adapter has been widely used in Mobile Phones, Note Book PC, LCD monitors, and portable electronic products. Recently, high-power-density Adapter was developed. This adapter increases power factor using a bridge diode rectifier and PFC, however, there are weak points that improving efficiency is limited. In the bridgeless rectifier circuit proposed in this paper, there is no PFC, however, the power factor and efficiency are improved by BCM and ZCS operations.

후방 이중 후방십자인대 징후; 양동이 손잡이형 내측 반월상 연골판 파열의 드문 MRI 징후

양동이 손잡이형 반월상 연골판 파열 시에 나타날 수 있는 MRI 소견들 중에서 이중 후방십자인대 소견은 후방십자인대의 전하방에서 후방십자인대와 평행한 음영을 보이는 것으로 양동이형 반월상 연골판 파열 시 전위된 절편이 중앙부로 전위되어 과간 절흔에 감돈되어 있는 상태를 반영한다. 그러나 전위된 절편이 후방십자인대의 후상방에서 관찰되는 경우는 드물며, 양동이 손잡이형 파열의 전방부에서 전각부와 분리가 생겨 절편이 후상방으로 전위된 것으로 생각할 수 있으며, 저자들은 이를 전자와 구별하여 ‘후방 이중 후방십자인대 징후(posterior double PCL sign)’로 부르고자 한다. 본 증례에서는 전방십자인대 손상과 후방 이중 후방십자인대 소견을 보였던 내측 반월상 연골판 양동이 손잡이형 파열이 동반된 환자에서 전방 십자 인대 재건술과 반월상 연골 부분 절제술을 시행하였다. Among the MRI signs of meniscal bucket handle tears, a double posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) sign manifests on the sagittal images as a low signal band anterior and parallel to the PCL. The mesially displaced fragment may be confined to the intercondylar notch. However, the torn fragment is rarely displaced to the posterosuperior region of the PCL. If it does occur, separation at the anterior horn may be assumed. We propose this type of lesion be called the posterior double PCL sign in contrast to the ordinary double PCL sign. We present a case showing the 'posterior double PCL sign' accompanying an anterior cruciate ligament injury.
