본 논문에서는 Cost231-Hata 모델과 Cost231-Walfisch-Ikegami 모델을 비교 분석하고, 두 모델의 전파환경이 서로 근접하게 되는 송신안테나의 높이, 건물군의 높이, 그리고 도로폭의 상관관계를 나타내는 전송손실 곡선들을 제시한다. 이러한 곡선들은 Okumura-Hata 모델의 정성적인 전파환경(도심지, 교외지역, 개활지)을 정량적인 요소(건물군의 높이, 도로폭) 로서 설명하여, Okumura-Hata(Cost231-Hata) 모델을 다른 도시, 나라에 적용시킬 때 하나의 기준으로 활용 될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 최근에 제안된 ITU-R 모델과 Okumura-Hata(Cost231-Hata)모델을 비교 분석한 결과, ITU-R 곡선들은 Okumura-Hata의 교외지역 전파환경에 대한 사용식을 확장한 것으로 사료된다.

There is currently a growing need to nurture creative and convergent talent in the face of the fourth Industrial Revolution. Developing such talent requires interdisciplinary convergent education across the science, engineering, humanities, social studies, and arts disciplines. Such interdisciplinary convergence could cultivate humanities and social knowledge and qualities along with scientific expertise. In Korea, there are currently six science schools for the gifted that aim to discover and nurture science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) researchers from an early stage, and two science and art schools for the gifted that aim to cultivate new talent combining students' scientific and artistic qualities. These schools establish and follow curriculums that are suited to achieving the education objectives guaranteed by the Gifted Education Promotion Act and its Enforcement Decrees. This study compares the curriculums and curriculum tables of the science schools for the gifted to those of the science and art schools for the gifted to evaluate their methods of operation and performance. Additionally, it determines which curriculums provide an opportunity for students to nurture convergent thinking, and discusses how suitable curriculums could be implemented to develop convergent thinking.

파워포인트 등을 써서 건강 상식 만화의 움직그림 만들기

The first author as a medical doctor has elaborated four-frame comic strips on health information. The comic strips can be easily converted into the animations by means of PowerPoint (animation function) and additional software. The first purpose of the present study was to enhance national health by distributing the animations on health information. The second purpose was to help the interested people make their own animations with minimal technology. The comic strips in Adobe Illustrator file were imported to PowerPoint. Using animation tools of PowerPoint, sequential appearance of the figures and texts was arranged; the various movements of the figures were adjusted. On Vocalware homepage, Korean texts were changed into voices, which were recorded using Gomrecoder; the voices were inserted into PowerPoint file. On PowerPoint, animation displaying the figures, texts, and voices was carried out and recorded using Bandicam. As the final products, the animations of 42 episodes (MP4 files) were uploaded to YouTube. The presented method to make the animation on PowerPoint, etc. has the advantage: to learn the method easily, to perform the method at inexpensive cost, to expand the method for further applications.

Simple posets with respect to linear Discrepancies

In this paper, we give a characterization of n-posets with respect to linear discrepancy. We rst obtain the uniquely dened tri-angular matrix r lled with 1 from the interchanging operation on the matrix representation of naturally labeled posets and their linear dis-crepancies. Next, for each linear discrepancy l and each cardinality of poset n, we dene the (n; l)-simple poset S with the property that a removal of any order relation from S causes its linear discrepancy in-creasing. Then, in terms of poset extension of (n; l)-simple posets, we give a characterization of n-posets with respect to linear discrepancy l, by using the fact that (n; l)-simple posets are represented as rs. Lastly, as an application of simple posets represented by rs, we count all n-posets of linear discrepancy 1, which is identical to the previous result due to Tanenbaum, et al. [Linear discrepancy and weak discrepancy of partially ordered sets, Order 18 (2001), 201-225].

해부학 선생이 의학용어집 제6판을 만드는 데 참여한 경험

해부학용어와 의학용어는 서로 많은 영향을 주고받아 왔다. 이 논문의 첫째 저자는 해부학 선생으로서 의학 용어집 제6판(2019년)을 만드는 데 참여하였다. 그 경험을 다른 해부학 선생에게 알림으로써, 앞으로 해부학용어를 어떻게 다듬어야 할지 결정하는 데 도움 주고자 하였다. 의학용어집 제5판에서는 토박이말이 많은 새 해부학용어와 한자어가 많은 옛 해부학용어를 나란히 놓았는데, 제6판에서는 이중 하나만 남기는 것을 원칙으로 삼았다. 이 결과로 새 해부학용어가 남기도 하고, 옛 해부학용어가 남기도 하였다. 의학용어집 제7판에서 새 해부학용어를 더 많이 받아 들일 수 있도록, 대한해부학회 용어위원회는 의학용어집 제6판을 참고하면서 해부학용어를 더 설득력 있게 다듬어야 할 것이다. Anatomical terms and medical terms have influenced each other in Korea. The first author of this paper participated in making the sixth edition of the Korean medical terminology (2019) as an anatomist. Experience of the participation is announced to help other anatomists trim the anatomical terms. While the fifth edition of medical terminology included the new anatomical terms minimizing the Chinese terms and the old ones maximizing the Chinese terms, the sixth edition remained only one of the new or old anatomical terms in principle. To make the new anatomical terms more persuasive and more acceptable in the seventh edition of the medical terminology, it is necessary to refine the anatomical terms with reference to the sixth edition.

In Sasang constitutional medicine, the classification of Sasang constitutional types (Tae-Yang, Tae-Eum, So-Yang, and SO-Eum) is importnat for the treatment. There are some problems with the methods used for classifying Sasang constitutional types ; old methods such as pulse-palpation are not considered objective and recent methods such as immunohematology are considered expensive, painful and time-consuming. To overcome these problems, a body measurement and finger prints analysis were performed. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the palm prints and the palm creases could be helpful in classifying Sasang constitutional types. Thus, we looked for characteristics of the palm prints and the palm creates according to Sasang constitutional types. Before analyzing the palm prints and palm creases, 760 Koreans (465 males, 295 females) were surveyed using two kinds of questionnaires for classifying Sasang constitutional types. As there were no Tae-Yang individuals, we were only able to identify the characteristics of the palm prints and the palm creases for Tae-Eum (288 persons), So-Yang(193 persons), and So-Eum (279 persons) individuals. In this study, the terminal point 11 and closed crease were frequent in Tae-Eum individuals; whereas, terminal point 7 and open crease were frequent in So-Eum individuals. Therefore, the palm prints and the palm creases seem to contribute to the classification of Sasang constitutional types.
