놀이치료자가 지각한 내담아동의 치료저항 및 역전이 감정과 치료동맹의 관계 = Relationships between Child`s Therapy Resistance, Countertransference Feeling and Therapeutic Alliance Perceived by the Play Therapist

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate how child`s therapy resistance perceived by the play therapist would influence therapeutic alliance through his or her countertransference feeling. The subjects were 120 play therapists in Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. The Child`s Therapy Resistance Scale, Countertransference Feeling Scale and Therapeutic Alliance Scale were used. Collected data were analyzed with the SAS statistical program. The results showed as follows: First, the child`s therapy resistance perceived by the play therapist had significant effect on therapeutic alliance. Second, the child`s therapy resistance perceived by the play therapist turned out to influence all the five kinds of countertransference feeling. Third, the play therapist`s affection and instability of countertransference feeling had significant effect on therapeutic alliance. Fourth, the child`s therapy resistance perceived by the play therapist had direct effects on therapeutic alliance and indirect ones on it through affection and instability.
