어린이집 교사의 내적통제소재가 삶의 행복에 미치는 영향: 셀프리더십의 매개효과 = The effect of the internal locus of control of childcare center teachers on life-happiness: the mediation effect of self-leadership

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of the internal locus of control and self-leadership has on the life-happiness of childcare center teachers. The direct influences of the internal locus of control on life-happiness were examined, as well as the indirect influences due to self-leadership. The subjects of this study are 175 childcare center teachers. Using the collected data, the structure and paths between allfactors were examined using structural equation modeling analysis. The main findings of this study were that the internal locus of control had a direct influence on life-happiness, and second that the internal locus of control partially mediated self-leadership to influence life-happiness. In this study it was possible to confirm the pathways between life-happiness with an internal locus of control and self-leadership. This study is considered to be significant in that there is a need to include contents and methods that foster internal locus of control and self-leadership, especially when developing teaching training programs that increase the happiness of childcare center teachers.
