유아 교사의 행복감, 직무만족도와 교사-유아 간 상호작용에 대한 연구

This study aims to find the type of relationship and the type of influence between the happiness and the work satisfaction experienced by nursery teachers and the correlation between the teacher and the infant.
The subjects of this study are 170 teachers working at kindergartens and nursery schools in Gyeongi and Incheon areas. To measure the happiness of infant teacher, the criterion translated and revised as Korean version by Kim, Myeong So, Kim, Hye Won and Cha, Gyeong Ho(2001) is used. Shin, Dong Hee (2004)’s work satisfaction criterion is used in this study. To measure the interaction type of teacher – infant in this study, the tool revised and supplemented by Lee, Jeong Suk (2003) is used.
The result shown from this study is summarized and discussed for each questionnaire as under.
The differences in the happiness, the work satisfaction and the teacher-infant interaction according to the sociodemographic variable (the age, the academic background, the career, the institution and the position)as under:
First, no difference is found in the happiness and the work satisfaction according to the age of teacher. However, the teacher-infant interaction shows difference according to the age of teacher. Secondly, in the academic background and the career of the teacher, no significant differences of the happiness, the work satisfaction and the teacher-infant interaction are found. Thirdly, no difference shows on the happiness and the teacher-infant interaction of the nursery teacher according the type of institution. Forthly, although no significance are found in the happiness and the teacher-infant interaction according to the position, a significant different is shown in the teacher’s work performance item, a sub-area of the work satisfaction.
The relation between the work satisfaction and the happiness of the nursery teacher show to be mostly in high static correlations.
