레슬링지도자의 서번트리더십이 선수만족과 운동몰입에 미치는 영향

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The primary purpose of this study was to analyze the effect on Wrestling Leader`s Servant Leadership on wrestling athletes satisfaction and sport commitment. For this purpose, the participants were wrestling athletes of all middle, high, university and professinal teams in Korea registered in korea Wrestling Association, and this study was conducted to 326 wrestling athletes who participated in 30th Wrestling President Champion Competition between 27 and 31 March, 2012. The samples were chosen by convenient sampling method. For the analysis of data, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, structuralequation model(SEM) were used by SPSS21.0 and AMOS 18.0 version. The statistical significance level was set at α<.05. The researchresults are as below: First, among wrestling leader`s vision provision, development support, and the community formation had a significant influence on athletes satisfaction. Second, the community formation and devotion service of leaders styles had a significant influence on sport commitment. Third, wrestling athletes recognizing athletes satisfaction had a significant influence on the sport commitment.
