태권도 지도자의 서번트 리더십에 따른 임파워먼트와 운동몰입 및 경기력의 인과관계 = (The) causal relationship among empowerment, exercise flow and performance by servant leadership of Taekwondo leaders

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 태권도 선수들의 경기력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 태권도 지도자들에게 새로운 리더십의 대안 제시와 지도 방법의 개선 및 현 시대에 적합한 태권도 집단의 효율적인 운영을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2009년 현재 대한태권도협회에 등록되어 있는 대학생 태권도 선수를 모집단으로 선정하여 편의표본추출법(convenience sampling method)으로 총 770부의 유효 표본을 추출하였다.
수집된 표본의 자료처리는 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석은 SPSS V. 17.0을 사용하고, 확증적 요인분석과 가설의 검증을 위한 연구모형의 분석은 공분산구조분석 프로그램인 AMOS 7.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 태권도 지도자들의 서번트 리더십에 따른 임파워먼트와 운동몰입 및 경기력 관계의 다양한 변인을 통하여 태권도 선수들의 경기력 향상에 효과적인 경로를 모색하기 위한 연구모형의 적합도를 검증한 결과 모형이 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 설정한 연구가설은 모두 의미 있는 인과관계가 나타났으며 검증된 가설로부터 도출한 결론은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 태권도 지도자의 서번트 리더십은 임파워먼트에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 태권도 지도자의 서번트 리더십은 운동몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 태권도 지도자의 서번트 리더십은 경기력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 태권도 선수의 임파워먼트는 운동몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
다섯째, 태권도 선수의 임파워먼트는 경기력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
여섯째, 태권도 선수의 운동몰입은 경기력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
이상의 연구결과로 보아 태권도 지도자는 인간중심의 서번트 리더십으로 선수들의 능동적인 참여와 역할에 의미를 두며, 각 선수에게 부합되는 비전 제시와 선수의 의사표현에 경청하는 봉사정신으로 지도하여 심리적인 안정을 통한 운동몰입으로 최상의 경기수행을 발휘할 수 있도록 노력하여야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The study of Taekwondo players to improve performance Taekwondo leaders provide new leadership and present appropriate for the efficient operation of taekwondo organization to provide basic data for the purpose.
To achieve these objectives in 2009 are currently enrolled in college for the Korea Taekwondo Association of Taekwondo players sample by convenience sampling method in a population with a total 770 valid samples were used.
The frequency analysis of the data processing and analysis of data collected, exploratory factor analysis of SPSS WIN ver 17.0 and confirmatory factor analysis and valyfication of hypotheses for the research model analysis of covariance structud coanalysis progd m, wasoanalyzed using AMOS 7.0.
The Relationship among Empowerment, Training Commitment and Play Performance by Servant Leadership of Taekwondo Leaders through a variety of variables on performance-enhancing effective research model to explore the path to the fit of the model fit according to the results verified.
The research hypotheses were tested with acceptance criterion based on the t value(t>1.96) of the path coefficient among the latent variables implied by the covariance structure analysis on the research model.
Results from the empirical analysis are as follows.
the servant leadership of taekwondo leaders had positive effect on empowerment.
First, the servant leadership of taekwondo leaders had positive effect on empowerment.
Second, the servant leadership of taekwondo leaders had positive effect on absorption in sports.
Third, the servant leadership of taekwondo leaders had positive effect on play performance.
Fourth, the empowerment of taekwondo players had positive effect on absorption in sports.
Fifth, the empowerment of taekwondo players had positive effect on play performance.
Sixth, the absorption in sports. of taekwondo players had positive effect on play performance.
Seen more as a result of the study taekwondo leaders of the human-centered servant leadership of the players on the active participation and meaningful role, each player is a vision consistent with the representations of the players to listen to the spirit of sacrifice and psychological stability. The best performing of the game with immersive motion to exert efforts will be required.
