Analysis on the Details of Korean Family Ethics Drama
Vol.10 No.5
Details are usually classified into three categories based on the external form: action details, language details and object details; The details can also be classified as reproducing details and expressing details based on function. Reproducing details mainly refer to the details used for shaping the environment and characters, the purpose of using these details is to make the story and the scene like real. Expressing details are the recurring language, action and object .The value of this kind of detail is to highlight the personality and the typical character. Korean family ethics dramas present the common features and the environment by using reproducing details and shape the character"s personality by using expressing details. The reproducing details and expressing details together create typical environments and typical images which are full of personality and common features. The usage of massive details especially the reproducing details is not only the characteristics of Korean family ethics drama but also a style of Korean family ethics drama. These details do not only be used as an expressing method, the details themselves are also have esthetic value and have promote the transmission of Korean culture.
Region Stability Analysis for Switched Nonlinear Systems with Multiple Equilibria
2017 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.15 No.2
This paper investigates the region stability analysis for switched nonlinear systems whose subsystemshave different equilibria, which are referred to multi-equilibrium switched nonlinear systems, and proposes a numberof new results on the region stability analysis. Through investigating the dynamical behavior of the multiequilibriumswitched system, two methods are established, based on which several new results are then obtainedfor the region stability. It is shown that the main results obtained in this paper not only guarantee the region stabilityof the multi-equilibrium switched nonlinear system under arbitrary switching, but also provide several newapproaches to determine the corresponding regions of convergence. Moreover, an improved average dwell time(ADT) method is proposed for the stability of switched nonlinear systems whose subsystems do not share a commonLyapunov function. Finally, an illustrative example with numerical simulation is studied by using the obtainedresults. The study of example shows that our results work very well in analyzing the region stability of somemulti-equilibrium switched nonlinear systems.

The p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) is involved in various processes, including stress responses, development, and differentiation. However, little information on p38 MAPK in insects is available. In this study, a p38 MAPK gene,Accp38b, was isolated from Apis cerana cerana and characterized. The quantitative real-time PCR (Q-PCR) analysis revealed that Accp38b was induced by multiple stressors. Notably, the expression of Accp38b was relatively higher in the pupae phase than in other developmental phases. During the pupae phase, Accp38b expression was higher in the thorax than in the head and abdomen and higher in the fat body than in the muscle and midgut. Immunohistochemisty showed significant positive staining of Accp38b in sections from the brain, eyes, fat body, and midgut of A. cerana cerana. These results suggest that Accp38b may play a crucial role in stress responses and have multiple aspects function during development. [BMB reports 2012; 45(5): 293-298]

Carbon source, an essential nutrient for plant growth, mainly includes exogenous sugar and CO2 of the environment in vitro. Therefore, the exogenous sugar and CO2 of the environment make the important roles in tissue culture. The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of different sugar concentrations (0, 10, 15 and 30 g·L-1) on the growth of colored Zantedeschia in vitro under certain CO2 concentration and explore the optimal sugar concentration. The plantlets in vitro of colored Zantedeschia had the largest root number, root weight, and root vigor under 0 g·L-1 (sugar-free culture) treatment. And they had the largest plant height, leaf length and leaf chlorophyll content, but p oor r oot v igor under 3 0 g·L-1 sugar. This study indicated that the optimal condition for proliferation and seedling culture of colored Zantedeschia plantlets in vitro was MS medium with 30 g·L-1 sugar, and the suitable medium for rooting culture and transplanting of colored Zantedeschia was MS medium with sugar-free culture under CO2 enrichment condition.
