        시베리아내전의 발발과 연해주 한인사회의 동향

        The aim of this article is to clarify the origin of the Korean armed struggle in Chien tao and Russian Far East in the early 1920s. In conclusion, I believe that the origin of Korean armed struggle is the Russian Revolution in 1917 and ensuing civil war in Siberia. In particular, Japanese forces in Siberia after the Russian Revolution made Koreans in that region to struggle with Soviet Red Army and Russian partisan troops. Japan has sent troops to Siberia in 1918 and supported White army in Russian civil war. For this reason Koreans naturally jumped into the fight against the Japanese and the Whites. And the armed struggle taken place in Siberia soon had an impact on the Korean community in Chientao. Korean patriots in Chien tao also began a battle with the Japanese. From this wide range of armed struggle has unfolded in Chientao and Russian Far East in the early 1920s. But the Koreans partisan movement in Russia also had to be affected to the presence and movements of Koreans in that Region in the previous time. Korean community in Russia also had a class problem. Some of Koreans who early imigrated to the Russian territory and acquired Russian nationality, received land distribution from the Russian government and were incorporated into the ruling class. They were called 'Won-he-in'. In contrast, there were Koreans who were not acquired Russian nationality. As there was no land for them, They had cultivated the land of Russian landlord or Won-ho-in. otherwise, became the daily agricultural workers. They were "Yo-ho-in". And of course, Won-he-in were the side of White army and Red army had the support of Yo-ho-in.

        청각장애학교에서의 진로교육 현황 및 개선방안

        The purpose of this study is to examine and analysis the realities of career education and to propose the its improvements in school for the deaf. We gathered opinions of 135 teachers in school for the deaf from questionnaire.The results are shown as following. First, Teachers have a correct understanding about the concept, the instruction steps, and instruction contents of career education. Second,Teachers know the necessity and importance of career education in classroom,but they didn't give the career guidance and information in classroom. Third, Teachers didn't give the career guidance and information in extra activity and counseling. Fourth,The materials and programs are not enough to provide the career education. Finally, We suggest improvements of career education based on the realities and teachers' recommendation 본 연구는 청각장애학교의 진로교육 현황을 분석하기 위해 전국에 소재하고 있는 11개 청각장애학교에 근무하고 있는 교사 135명을 대상으로 진로교육에 대한 인식과 진로교육 현황을 교과지도, 특별활동 및 진로행사, 상담활동, 진로정보자료 및 프로그램의 활용으로 나누어 조사하였다. 조사결과, 진로교육은 초등부부터 시작되어야 하며 그 필요성도 느끼고 있었을 뿐 아니라 진로교육의 의미나 학교급별 진로교육의 단계와 그에 적절한 교육 내용에 대해서도 바르게 인식하고 있었다. 그러나 교과활동을 통한 진로교육의 제공, 특별활동과 상담활동을 통한 진로교육 현황은 필요성 인식에 미치지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 현황과 교사들이 제안하는 개선방안을 바탕으로 진로교육 개선방안을 제시하였다.

        With rapidly industrial development, a railway has become of a main traffic means. But, the railway noise has caused much annoyance for the residents living nearby railway tracks. The result has been indiscreet installation of soundproof walls. But, even after soundproof walls were installed, the residents in the area would complain about the railway noise. In this study. The characteristics of Propagation and Attenuation of railway noise were compared among regions where the Honam Line travels. For this focus, the characteristics of sound field distribution of the soundproof walls in the area were investigated, and the results were supposed to serve as a basic data for effective and rational noise prevention measures.

        동진강 유역내 하천의 특성별 영향평가

        본 연구는 동진강 유역의 수질 보전을 위한 기초자료를 얻기 위하여 동진강 본류와 이에 유입되는 정읍천을 대상으로 2001년 5월부터 11월까지 수질 모니터링을 실시하였다. 동진강 본류의 수질은 BOD기준으로 상수원 Ⅱ~Ⅳ등급(2.84~6.45 ㎎/L)으로 지점별로는 DJ6(정읍천 합류후)이 4.07㎎/L로 높게 나타나 Ⅲ급수의 수질을 유지하였다. COD는 지점별로 11.20~32.96 ㎎/L의 범위로 정읍천 합류후의 농도가 32.96 ㎎/L로 가장 높게 나타나 정읍천을 통한 본류의 오염물질량의 증가를 알 수 있었다. T-N의 경우 4.16~5.84 ㎎/L의 범위로 유역 전반에 걸쳐 오염이 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났고, T-P의 경우 BOD, COD와 마찬가지로 정읍천 합류후가 0.19 ㎎/L로 타 지점에 비하여 놀게 조사되었다. 본류의 COD의 경우 장마후 갈수기에 높은 농도를 나타냈고, T-P의 경우는 하천의 유량이 증가하는 홍수기보다 장마전 갈수기의 오염정도가 높고 이후 장마후 갈수기로 갈수록 수질이 악화되는 것으로 조사되었다. 동진강 수질의 오염은 주로 하류로 갈수록 그 정도가 심하게 나타나는데, 이것은 정읍천을 통해 유입되는 도시 생활하수와 인근 공장단지의 산업폐수가 그 주 요인으로 오염물질(BOD, COD T-N 및 T-P)의 농도가 상승하는 주원인이 되고 있다. 따라서, 동진강 수계의 수질관리를 위해 주 오염원이 되고 있는 정읍천의 도시생활하수와 공장단지에서 방류되는 산업폐수의 제어에 대한 대책이 먼저 이루어져야 할 것으로 판단된다. Irrigation water quality along Donjin river watershed was monitored to find a possible pollutants, for maintaining water quality to achieve food safety through water quality preservation of river. As a pollution indicators, such as Biological Oxygen Demand(BOD), Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD), Total Nitrogen(T-N), and Total Phosphate(T-P) in Dongjin river were examined from May to November in 2001. The results were as follows : The BOD level of Dongji n river ranged from 2.84 to 6.45 mg/L, which would be in a Ⅱ~Ⅳ grade of the potable water criteria by Ministry of Environment. Averaged BOD level of downstream DJ6(After Jeongupcheon confluence) was 4.07 mg/L. The average COD level of Dongjin river ranged from 11.20 to 32.96 mg/L. COD level of DJ6 rapidly increased rapidly after the junction of Dongjin river and Jungupcheon because it showed the latter had relatively high pollution level. T-N content were significantly high in all sites of Dongjin river ranged through 4.16 to 5.84 mg/L. T-P examined high concentration than another thing point by 0.19 mg/L after Jeongupcheon confluence as BOD and COD. COD of main stream was expressed high concentration to dry season after rainy season. In case of T-P, pollution degree of dry season before rainy season appeared and examined that quality of water was worsened go by dry season after rainy season. The water quality of Dongjin river was deteriorated with inflow of Jungupcheon polluted by municipal and industrial sites near Jungup city.

      • IEEE 802.22 WRAN 시스템을 위한 OFDM 프리앰블 설계 및 동기 알고리즘

        IEEE 802.22에서는 사용하지 않는 TV 대역을 찾아 고정 사용자에게 고속 패킷 전송을 제공하는 WRAN 시스템을 논의하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 WRAN 시스템을 위해 단일 프리앰블을 이용한 시간 및 주파수 동기 알고리즘을 제안하고 WRAN에서 고려하는 무선 채널 모형에서 성능을 살펴본다. 제안한 알고리즘은 기존의 시간 동기 메트릭을 간단히 수정하여 시간 동기를 좀 더 안정적으로 찾을 수 있도록 함으로써, 시간동기후에 수행되는 주파수 옵셋 추정기의 성능을 향상시킨다.

        일정스트레스 가속수명시험의 경제적 설계

        This paper deals with an economic design of accelerated life test under constant stresses where failure times are exponentially distributed. In this case, the optimization criterion is the information amount per unit cost. Fisher's information matrix of exponential distribution's parameters and expected cost considering fixed and variable costs are obtained. The decision variable is the censoring time in this model. In the 2-level constant stress case, it is proved that the optimal solution exists and is unique under some condition. Numerical examples are also included.

      • 한라산 남사면의 조류 군집에 관한 연구 : 강정천 계곡을 중심으로

        This study was aimed at investigating into monthly distribution and regional differences on bird community in Kangjong brook experimental forest from April 1985 to March 1986. That is to say, it means inquiring out relationships among Foraging characters, Habitat structure and bird Migration. Experimental area was divided into five categories as follows ; Area I (altitude 0-100 m) Area I1 (altitude 100-300 m) Area 111 (altitude 300-600 m) Area IV (altitude 600-900 m) Area V (altitude 900-1.300m) Their results were as follows ; 1. The total number of species and individuals observed in five ares was 64 species 7,076 individuals. By the way, those are made up of Resident 35 species, Summer visitor 15 species, Winter visitor 8 species and Passage migrant 6 species. 2. The number of seasonal species variation incerased in Winter and decreased in Summer in lower altitude area, but decreased in Winter and increased in Summer in higher altitude area. This fact indicates that there nust be a vertical transfer associated with altitude. 3. The diversity and equitability of species showed the highest value in area I. As a result, it was formed very stable community structure. On the contrary species diversity showed the lowest value in area IV. That is to say it was formed very unstable community structure. 4. The similarity amog the different areas showed higher value in proportion to the distance. The relation between area I and IV was exception. 5. Foraging category diversity of individual distribution was the highest value in area I. In other words habitat environment was very complexity. On the contraty, it showed the lowest value in area IV, therefore, that was simplicity. The relation between species diversities and foraging category diversities may be concluded in nonlinea ralationship as positive curve(X^(3)).

      • 운동선수들의 성취목표 지향성과 내적동기

        본 연구는 고등학교 운동선수들의 성취목표 지향성 (과제와 자아)과 스포츠 활동에 대한 그들의 내적동기가 어떻게 상호작용적으로 관계를 갖고 있는가를 분석하고 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구조사 대상은 다양한 종목에 참여하고 있는 (축구, 야구, 배구, 농구, 핸드볼, 하키) 대전·충남 고등학교 팀 운동선수들 221명을 무선표집하여 그들의 성취목표 지향성과 내적동기 요인의 차이 관계를 규명하기 위하여 평균, 표준편차, 이원변량분석(two way ANOVA) 및 정준 상관관계(Canonical Correlation) 실시하였으며, 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 높은 과제 지향성을 갖는 운동선수들은 낮은 과제 지향성을 갖는 운동 선수들 보다 스포츠 활동에 유의성 있게 높은 내적동기(흥미, 유능감, 노력)수준을 나타내고 있으며, 낮은 긴장감 수준을 보이고 있다. 2. 높고 낮은 자아 지향성을 갖는 운동선수들의 내적동기 수준은 유의한 차가 없다. 3. 과제와 자아 지향성의 상호작용적 집단들의 재적 동기 수중은 유의한 차가 없다. 4. 스포츠 활동에 대한 과제 지향성은 내적동기 요인들과 유의한 정적인 상관관계가 있다. Achievement goal orientation theory predicts that an adaptive achievement pattern will be observed among athletes who are task involved in sport situations. However Ego-oriented athletes with low levels of perceived ability are assumed to exhibit negative, adaptive-nonadaptive achievement-related behaviors. Based on this theoretical prediction, this study attempted to determine the relationship of achievement goal orientation (Task or Ego) to intrinsic motivation in a sport setting. It was Hypothesized that task oriented would positively related to intrinsic motivation, while ego would negatively related to intrinsic motivation 221 male athletes from nine visit high school teams were asked to completed the Task and Ego Orientation in Sport Questionnaire(TEOSQ) and Intrinsic Motivation Inventory(IMI). Results indicated that Athletes who perceived their sport environments to be strongly task oriented reported significantly higher levels of enjoyment, competence, and significantly lower levels of tension an compared to athletes who perceived team climates positively related to the enjoyment, competence, and effort, but negatively related to tension.

      • 山林鳥類의 繁殖經過와 育雛期의 食習性에 關한硏究 (Ⅰ)

        1. This investigation has been made as a result of observation upon the breeding habits and feeding habits of nestling during nesting period with five species birds "Hypsipetes amaurotis hensoni, Garrulus glandarius brandtii, Oriolus chinensis diffusus, Accipiter soloe¨nsis, Cyanopica cyanus koreensis breeded at Kwang Nung, Kyung Kido, Expreimental forest from the begining of June to the end of July, 1965. 2. Above five Species birds are all Common forest bird and three species of this, Hypsipetes amaurotis hensoni, Garrulus glandarius brandtii, Cyanopica cyanus koreensis, are permanent resident, and the remaining two Species. Oriolus chinensis diffusus, Accipiter soloe¨nsis are common summer resident birds. 3. Hypsipetes amaurotis hensoni finish their breeding from the middle of may to the end of July and their nestling period is 15 days. The food consumed during the nesting period of nestlings, composed of : Insect adult 76.35% Insect larvae 2.7%, Araneina 1.35%, Mollusca 12.5% and the seeds of Prunus levrille and Kochee 5.12%, In view of forest protection, hexious inesct Occupied from 76.65% of all food. 4. Garrulus glandarius brandtii laid their 2∼7 eggs from the middle of may to the middle of July and the incubation would take place for 14 days. Nestling period is 16∼18days. The food during the nesting period of nestling composed of: Insect larvae 38.72%, Insect adult 32.65%, Insect pupae 2.3% Araneina 16.28%, Hyla alborea 10.12%, and Noxions insect occupied from 73.48% of all. 5. Oriolus chinensis diffusus arrive here from the middle of may and migrated to south ward from the beginining of September. Incubation period is 14 days and the number of eggs laid is 4∼6. The food during the nesting period of nestlings composed of: Iasect larvae 57.57%, Insect adult 15.15%, Aranina 13.64% and Noxions insect occupied from 72.72%, of all food. 6. Accipiter soloe¨nsis arrive here from the middle of may and migrate from the late part of september. The number of eggs laid is 3∼5. Inculation period is 21∼23 days and the nesting period of nestlings is 16∼19days. The food during the nesting period of nestling composed of: Rana n. nigromaculate 92.97% platyleura kaempferi 6.99% 7. Cyanopica cyanus koreensis laid their 4∼6 eggs from the middle of may to the late part of July and nesting period of nestling is 15∼18 days. The food during the nesting period of nestling composed of: Insect Adult 56.14%, Insect larvae 10.83%, Insect pupae 8.24%, Other animal items 23.69% and some of seeds of Oldhaml 8. Hypsipetes amaurotis hensoni "garrulus glandarius brandtii, Oriolus chinensis diffusus, "Cyanopica cyanus koreensis, feed on forest naxions insect as the principle food and we have to protect these useful birds for forest protection.
