        The paper introduces an expert system which can help the dispatcher to keep watch for some important buses voltage and transmission lines limit violation happens. The paper gives a method which can judges the powr system operating state. It explains the control system for the bus voltage limit violation. When transmission line limit violation happens, the system can use two methods to get the control measures, one is matching method, the other is a new inexact reasoning method proposed by the paper. Whith the inexact reasoning method, the precedent order of control measures can be got.

        Effect of Light with Different Wavelengths on Nostoc flagelliforme Cells in Liquid Culture

        The effects of lights with different wavelengths on the growth and the yield of extracellular polysaccharides of Nostoc flagelliforme cells were investigated in a liquid cultivation. N. flagelliforme cells were cultured for 16 days in 500 ml conical flasks containing BG11 culture medium under 27 μmol·m-2·s-1 of light intensity and 25oC on a rotary shaker (140 rpm). The chlorophyll a, phycocyanin, allophycocyanin, and phycoerythrin contents in N. flagelliforme cells under the lights of different wavelengths were also measured. It was found that the cell biomass and the yield of polysaccharide changed with different wavelengths of light. The biomass and the yield of extracellular polysaccharides under the red or violet light were higher than those under other light colors. Chlorophyll a, phycocyanin, and allophycocyanin are the main pigments in N. flagelliforme cells. The results showed that N. flagelliforme, like other cyanobacteria, has the ability of adjusting the contents and relative ratio of its pigments with the light quality. As a conclusion, N. flagelliforme cells favor red and violet lights and perform the complementary chromatic adaptation ability to acclimate to the changes of the light quality in the environment.

        正・负向形容词的主观性域值描写及应用

        Positive and negative adjectives are a subcategory of adjectives. Through the collection and analysis of real corpus, when positive and negative adjectives are combined with related grammatical structures, they are not only combined with positive or negative adjectives as in the existing theories. So it is very necessary to conduct a more in-depth study on positive and negative adjectives and update related concepts. The thesis raises questions by analyzing the existing grammatical structure and the combination of positive and negative adjectives through the collection and analysis of the corpus in the corpus. Then, based on Shi Yuzhi, Huang Guoying (1993), Shi Yuzhi (2017) on the classification of positive and negative adjectives, combined with the subjectivity theory of cognitive linguistics, The three types of positive and negative adjectives are described in more detail and imagery. Through this detailed and concrete description, looking back at the current combination of grammatical structure and positive and negative adjectives, we can see: First, the previous classification of positive and negative adjectives was based on the semantic features of [+quantity]. Such a classification rule is not scientific. Second, the division of positive and negative adjectives is based on people"s subjective understanding. This subjective understanding is also the reason for the contradiction between the positive and negative adjectives and the existing grammatical structure combined with related theories. Third, when the unique characteristics of the word itself in the process of change coincide with the content of the grammar, it will break through the original requirement of the grammar for positive and negative directions.

        汉语字母词的类型分析

        With the continuous development of society and the deepening of globalization, more and more foreign language forms of words appear in our daily lives. Words in this form are called letter words. The development of the network society has intensified the generation and development of letter words. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and study such words. Previous studies held two opposite attitudes towards the definition of letter words. One is more open, thinking that as long as the words contain foreign letters, they can only be regarded as letter words. The other is more conservative, with only a few words that can be counted as Chinese alphabetic words. This study adopts the first opinion and conducts research on letter words on this basis. According to the different composition of letter words, they can be divided into four categories: First, pure foreign language words. Second, Chinese characters and foreign language compound words. Third, foreign language and digital compound words. Fourth, Chinese characters, foreign language, and digital mixed words. Among them, foreign capital letter words are generally recognized by the public, and their stability is high, while lowercase foreign letter words are mostly generated on the Internet, with low stability and low public recognition. The causes of letter words can be summarized as necessity, convenience, interest, and obscurity. Based on the classification of letter words, the reasons for their occurrence and the current usage in daily life, this study believes that it is necessary to standardize the use of letter words. The following five points can be adopted for specific normative methods: First, recognize status and treat differently. Second, intensify the research on letter words. Third, standardize the form of letter words. Fourth, formulate a code of conduct for specific goals. Fifth, carry out relevant education and training activities to enhance the awareness of norms.

        汉·韩语“睁”和“뜨다”的隐喻对比浅析

        眼睛是人们观察和理解世界的一个重要的器官。将眼睛睁开也意味着与外 部世界产生连接。这个动作在汉语和韩语中分别对应为“睁”和“뜨다”。而前人 对于这两个词并没有开展相应的研究。本文将通过概念隐喻的理论以及动词 隐喻的定义,结合运用MIP模式,对语料库里的语料进行研究分析,从而发 现这两个词语在隐喻方面存在着什么样的异同。 通过本文的研究发现,两个词存在以下的共同点:两个词的源域都是将眼 睛张开的动作域。基于这个相同的源域,分别向十个目标域进行了映射。其 中“接触”这个目标域是两个词共同的目标域。这个目标域基于的是人类语言 中普遍存在的概念隐喻——“看是接触”。汉语中的“东西/事件进行取舍”、“集中 注意力”以及韩语的“关注”也由此为基础而产生。 两个词也有着不少的差异。其它几个隐喻表达除了“程度深”这个隐喻表达 以外,基于的是睡眠和清醒之间状态转换所产生的经验以及与这些经验相关 的相似性而产生。本文将睡眠和清醒之间的状态转换视为一个连续统。除去 基本隐喻“接触”和不属于这个过程的“程度深”以外,这些隐喻表达都在这个可 以找到相对应凸显的部分。汉语中有凸显整个转换过程的,也有对各个细节 部分进行凸显的隐喻表达。而韩语的隐喻表达集中在清醒这个常态项下。而 这样差异的产生体现出了中国和韩国对世界认识上的根本差异。

        Association Study of Polymorphisms in Neuronal Nicotinic Acetylcholine Receptor Subunit Genes With Schizophrenia in the Han Chinese Population

        Objective To investigate the relation between nicotinic acetylcholine receptor subunit (nAChR) genes and schizophrenia, and the relation between tag single nucleotide polymorphism (rs1317286, rs1044396, rs6494212, rs16969968, and rs684513) and schizophrenia in Han Chinese people. Methods The protein-protein interaction (PPI) network among nAChR protein and 350 proteins encoded by schizophrenia-related susceptibility genes was constructed through the String database to explore whether nAChR genes were associated with schizophrenia in these known databases. Then, five single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of CHRNA3 (rs1317286), CHRNA4 (rs1044396), CHRNA7 (rs6494212), and CHRNA5 (rs16969968, rs684513) were analyzed in a sample of 1,035 schizophrenic patients and 816 healthy controls. The interaction between the markers was analyzed using multifactor dimensionality reduction (MDR) software. Power analysis was performed using the Quanto program. Results There are no significant differences in genotype or allele distribution were identified between the patients and controls (p>0.05). The haplotypes constructed by four markers rs1317286, rs6494212, rs16969968, and rs684513 were not associated with schizophrenia either. However, a significant association between models made of rs1317286, rs1044396, rs6494212, and rs684513 and schizophrenia was revealed in interaction analysis (p<0.05). Conclusion The nAChR protein may have effects on the development of schizophrenia through the interaction with proteins encoded by schizophrenia-related susceptibility genes, but no relation was found between selected polymorphisms and schizophrenia in the collected Han Chinese people. However, interaction analysis suggested four-SNP model has an important effect on schizophrenia.

        CASPT2 Study on the Low-lying Electronic States of 1,3,5-C<sub>6</sub>H<sub>3</sub>Cl<sub>3</sub><sup>+</sup> Ion

        The multiconfiguration second-order perturbation theory (CASPT2) and complete active space self-consistent field (CASSCF) methods were employed to calculate the geometries and energy levels for the low-lying electronic states of 1,3,5-$C_6H_3Cl{_3}^+$ ion. The CASPT2 values for the 1,3,5-$C_6H_3Cl{_3}^+$ ion were in reasonable agreement with the available experimental values. The current calculations augmented previous theoretical investigations on the ground state and assigned the low-lying excited electronic states of the 1,3,5-$C_6H_3Cl{_3}^+$ ion. The Jahn-Teller distortion in the excited electronic state for the 1,3,5-$C_6H_3Cl{_3}^+$ ion were reported for the first time.

        Human lactoferrin efficiently targeted into caprine beta-lactoglobulin locus with transcription activator-like effector nucleases

        Objective: To create genetically modified goat as a biopharming source of recombinant human lacotoferrin (hLF) with transcription activator-like effector nucleases. Methods: TALENs and targeting vector were transferred into cultured fibroblasts to insert hLF cDNA in the goat beta-lactoglobulin (BLG) locus with homology-directed repair. The gene targeted efficiency was checked using sequencing and TE7I assay. The bi-allelic gene targeted colonies were isolated and confirmed with polymerase chain reaction, and used as donor cells for somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT). Results: The targeted efficiency for BLG gene was approximately 10%. Among 12 Bi-allelic gene targeted colonies, five were used in first round SCNT and 4 recipients (23%) were confirmed pregnant at 30 d. In second round SCNT, 7 (53%), 4 (31%), and 3 (23%) recipients were confirmed to be pregnant by ultrasound on 30 d, 60 d, and 90 d. Conclusion: This finding signifies the combined use of TALENs and SCNT can generate bi-allelic knock-in fibroblasts that can be cloned in a fetus. Therefore, it might lay the foundation for transgenic hLF goat generation and possible use of their mammary gland as a bioreactor for large-scale production of recombinant hLF.

      • Novel and Effective Almagate Enema for Hemorrhagic Chronic Radiation Proctitis and Risk Factors for Fistula Development

        Radiation proctitis is a common complication after radiotherapy for pelvic malignant tumors. This study was conducted to assess the efficacy of novel almagate enemas in hemorrhagic chronic radiation proctitis (CRP) and evaluate risk factors related to rectal deep ulcer or fistula secondary to CRP. All patients underwent a colonoscopy to confirm the diagnosis of CRP and symptoms were graded. Typical endoscopic and pathological images, risk factors, and quality of life were also recorded. A total of 59 patients were enrolled. Gynecological cancers composed 93.1% of the primary malignancies. Complete or obvious reduction of bleeding was observed in 90% (53/59) patients after almagate enema. The mean score of bleeding improved from 2.17 to 0.83 (P<0.001) after the enemas. The mean response time was 12 days. No adverse effects were found. Moreover, long-term successful rate in controlling bleeding was 69% and the quality of life was dramatically improved (P=0.001). The efficacy was equivalent to rectal sucralfate, but the almagate with its antacid properties acted more rapidly than sucralfate. Furthermore, we firstly found that moderate to severe anemia was the risk factor of CRP patients who developed rectal deep ulcer or fistulas (P= 0.015). We also found abnormal hyaline-like thick wall vessels, which revealed endarteritis obliterans and the fibrosis underlying this disease. These findings indicate that almagate enema is a novel effective, rapid and well-tolerated method for hemorrhagic CRP. Moderate to severe anemia is a risk factor for deep ulceration or fistula.

        Mitigation of Temperature-Induced Curling of Concrete Roadbed along High-Speed Railway: In situ Experiment and Numerical Simulation

        The concrete roadbed in the Beijing-Shenyang high-speed railway (HSR) is being serviced for the first time in HSR construction history. Rail inspections have shown that the extreme temperature conditions in seasonally freezing regions can significantly influence the curling behavior of concrete roadbeds. This paper presents an in situ experiment to fundamentally evaluate the impact of seasonal temperature variations on the curling behavior of concrete roadbeds. Herein, a thermomechanical coupled finite element (FE) model is built and calibrated with experimental data. Then, specific consideration is given to the curling mitigationmeasures, including adjusting the thickness, length, and construction form of the concrete roadbed. Mitigating upward-curling behavior by increasing the thickness of the concrete roadbed will result in severe downward-curling behavior during one year of service. Finally, an active groove-setting construction form is suggested to prevent curling from the temperature variations in the concrete roadbed. In general, this study further enhances the common understanding of the temperature curling behavior of concrete roadbeds serviced in an HSR.
