The anthelmintic substance of the roasted fruits of Prunus mume against Clonorchis sinensis was isolated and its structure was identified by chemical and physical methods. The results obtained from the experiments are as follows: 1) The methanol extract of the roasted fruits of P. mume was fractionated into four parts: petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and water soluble part. Among these, etherial fraction was found to have strong wormicidal effect on liberated metacercarial of Clonorchis sinensis. 2) From the etherial fraction, the wormicidal substance was isolated by silica gel, polyamide and sephadex column chromatography and identified to be 5-hydroxymethyfurfural (5-HMF) by chemical and spectral data. 3) 5-HMF was synthesized and administered to the rabbits infected with C. sinensis. On the 2nd day after administration, the EPG (eggs per gram in feces) reached to the maximal value. Among the adult worms isolated from the bile duct of the treated animal, 84% of worms were damaged morphologically. 4) The content of 5-HMF in the fruits of P. mume which were roasted in an oven at 90~110℃ for 52 hours and that in the fresh fruits was evaluated by HPLC. The content of 5-HMF was 0.8% in the roasted fruits and 0.02% in the fresh ones.
4-(2-Thiazolylazo)-resorcinol 을 킬레이트제로 사용한 Ni(Ⅱ)의 鹽析抽出定量
裵俊雄,李興洛,張惠榮,徐戊龍 경북대학교 1987 論文集 Vol.43 No.-
As a part of analytical application of 4-(2-thiazolylazo)-resorcinol(TAR), the extraction method with salting-out technique was applied to the determination of nickel(Ⅱ) ion in aqueous solution. After nickel(Ⅱ) was extracted from the buffered aqueous solution into accetonitrile layer as a Ni(Ⅱ)-TAR chelate by salting-out technique, the visible absorption spectrum was recorded. In this experiment ammonium sulfate was used as a salting-out reagent. The effects of amount of ammonium sulfate and extracting reagent TAR on the extractability, the relationship between pH of the aqueous phase and the extractability of Ni(Ⅱ)-TAR chelate, and the calibration curve for the determination of Ni(Ⅱ) by spectrophotometry has been evaluated. And the effects of diverse ion on the determination of Ni(Ⅱ) by this method have been investigated.

Very large PPC effect(σ_ppc/σ_A=10^5) in doping-modulated npnp a-Si: H superlattices could be obtained. B and P atoms, respectively, diffuse and so some parts compensated. Therefore, annealing activation energy of E_a=0.67eV is larger than one of reference n-type sample of E_a=0.26eV and annealing dark conductivity of σ_A=4×10^-[ohm cm]^-1 is lower than that of n-type reference sample of σ_A=2×10 exp (4)[ohm cm]^-1. From this results, very large PPC relatively have obtained. In this paper, we have observed that PPC effect depends on temperature and exposure time. On the basis of the experimental results, we discuss the existing models.

In this thesis, I will explore the significance of children’s playing areas. While young children are actively involved in their plays, the locations of their playing are changed from the potential space to the middle area according to the different periods of their ages. In The Snow Man, a young boy (no name is given) and in Gorilla, Hanna, a young girl, are in the different developmental stages whose age-differences expose their specific characteristics in terms of the types of playing areas. For the thesis, firstly I will explore the ‘second transitional object’ and ‘potential space’ on which the fantastic interplays of the young child with a snow man are acted out. Secondly, I will analyze the importance of the ‘intermediate area’ in which Hanna makes her intersubjective plays with Aldo, a rabbit doll. The intermediate area is a special place of children’s playing; both the private inner world and the outer real world are interrelated.
On the Desire and the Imaginary Fantasy in Peter Pan and Wendy
( Young-zun Lee ) 대한영어영문학회 2016 영어영문학연구 Vol.42 No.4
For children, fairy tales are a kind of the Imaginary spaces in that their desires play active roles as the protagonists. The Imaginary fantasy provides an imaginative way of their escaping from the Symbolic castration. However, while children enjoy their fantasies, their true selves are alienated. In Wendy's Imaginary fantasy, Peter Pan emerges as an object a by which she resolves her wishes and desires; he annihilates all the repressed and distorted energies which James Hook insinuates. Peter Pan is Wendy's ego ideal, that is, her mirror image. In the narcissistic fantasy, Peter Pan is her, and she is him. He is also an archetype image, working as a kind of psychic cathexis. However, he is created as an Imaginary veil to hide the lack of her subjectivity. Thus, Peter Pan's mirror image becomes the unconscious core of both Wendy's construction of her ideal self and her Imaginary fantasy based on it, while she is lured, seduced and alienated by her false image.
