반응성 가열 증착법에 의한 수소화된 비정질 게르마늄 제작

The addition of hydrogen during the evaporation of germanium has been shown to improve the electrical properties of the resulting a-Ge film considerably by saturation of dangling bonds, if the dissociation of molecular hydrogen by high voltage AC discharge takes place. Evaporation onto a substrate at 200℃ in the mood of hydrogen plasma has been shown to yield a film which shows a high resistance and an activated type conduction(with an activation energy of 0.38eV) above room temperature.

슬로시티 협력도시로서의 부산의 역할

Initiated with small but strong questions on humanity problem in fast society in Greve in Chianti of Italy, Slow City has showed unprecedented fast spread and yielded 147 Slow City all over the world over the decade. Korea also have ten Slow City in her territory and are challenged with more quality growth, which require active role of Busan's as “Supporters of Slow City”, With its city slogan, “Dynamic Busan”, Busan served as national growth engine with Seoul and it is time to attend on philosophy of Slow City. First, Busan should provide education and training program on slow life with its citizen. Second, more aggressive policy measure should be taken on existing community in Busan. Third, based on idea of hybrid value chain, Busan networks and supports the Slow City is economic activities as the big market. This role of Busan, as the Supporters of Cittaslow are expected to pay off such as tourism influx, networking with global Slow Cities, brand image-up and low carbon green growth. 1999년 이탈리아 그레베 인 키안티에서 성장의 한계와 인간성 상실에 대한 근본적 자각을 가지고 시작된 슬로시티발상지인 이탈리아를 넘어 범세계적으로 대안적인 도시발전모델로 공감대를 얻으며 빠른 속도로 확산되어 왔다. 한국은 현재 10개의 슬로시티가 지정되어 양적 성장을 이루었지만 슬로시티의 지속가능성을 확보하기 위해서 질적인 성장을 이루어야 할 때가 왔다. 이때 대도시로서 슬로시티 철학을 공감하고 슬로시티를 지원해 주는 슬로시티 협력도시로서의 부산의 역할과 기능에 주목할 때이다. 부산은 제2의 도시로서 도시 슬로건으로 ‘다이나믹 부산’을 가지고 성장의 한 축을 맡아 왔지만 슬로시티가 추구하는 환경, 인프라, 경관 및 미관, 특산물 등의 하드웨어와 지역주민의 의식, 방문객들에 대한 환대라는 시대적 가치를 구현할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 서부산과 현재 남아있는 공동체에 대한 보존과 지원이 필요하며 부산시민을 대상으로 하는 슬로라이프에 대한 교육과 인식의 전환을 가져와야 한다. 또한 외부적으로는 행정조직간의 파트너십을 구축하고 슬로시티가 다양한 기업들을 통해 지역의 특산물을 생산하는데 지원하며 소비하는 시장으로 포용해야한다. 이를 통해 부산은 국·내외 홍보효과로 관광객 유치의 증대, 세계적인 도시와 교류 및 연대강화, 중앙정부의 녹색성장 정책에 맞추어 국책사업 유치 및 국비확보, 저탄소 녹색성장을 위한 지역경제의 활성화, 녹색문화도시, 친환경 에코도시로서 그린부산 이미지 강화 등을 가져올 수 있다.

지적 설계를 통한 신앙의 든든한 기초 다지기 : 윌리엄 뎀스키 「지적 설계」

국제적으로 20세기 후반에 일어난 두 가지 중요한 창조론운동을 든다면 창조 과학 운동과 지적 설계 운동이라 할 수 있다. 전자는 지난 1960년을 전후해 헨리 모리스나 듀엔 기쉬 박사, 팀 라헤이 목사 등 주로 미국 남부 근본주의자들을 중심으로 일어났다. 이들은 세대주의적 종말론과 문자적 성경 해석을 주장했다. 이에 비해 후자는 1990년을 전후해 필립 존슨, 윌리엄 뎀스키, 마이클 비히, 스티브 마이어 등 주로 미국 복음주의 진영의 학자들을 중심으로 시작되었다. 이 운동은 신학적으로 윌리엄 펠리 등 18세기 영국의 자연 신학에 뿌리를 두고 있으나 신학적, 주경학적 함의보다 과학적 함의 특히 과학적 연구 프로그램으로서의 함의를 강조한다.

도핑조절 비정질 규소 초격자의 준안정상태

Doping-modulated a-Si:H multilayers that show strong persistent photoconductivity(PPC) effects also exhibit nonohmic conductance-voltage G(V) characteristics that fall into two metastable states, termed low voltage(LV) and high voltage(HV) states. Both states show ohmic G(V) up to 50 V/㎝. However, beyond that bias, the LV state shows superohmic G(V) and the HV state shows subohmic G(V). The superohmic G(V) anneals parallel to annealing of PPC and becomes subohmic above 140℃. This effect is discussed on the basis of the electric field and temperature-dependent trapping probability of charge carriers by interface states.

부산 방문 관광객의 낙서에 대한 기호학적 연구

At the time of minimizing environmental effect of tourism development, tourist scribbling will not only threat the sustainability but also hinder the other tourist's experience at the tourism attraction. The objective of the study is to find the essence of tourist behavior by analyzing semiosis in Busan. Image of Busan often suggest that place of deviant behavior, the place of communications and the place of hope, which make the Busan's vulnerability to tourist's scribbling. Ironically, if we deduct the moral and legal judgement of scribbling behavior, Busan can enrich the opportunity to reach essence of tourist behavior. Finding said that signifi are commemoration, regression, projection, love, anonymity and identity. Also the essence of tourist behavior is that experience, desire, play and separationm which ideological discourse are blended in scribbling. Future studdy leave the desire to explore the difference between Busan's scribbling and those of other destination. 환경의 파괴를 최소화하는 관광패러다임이 강조되는 시기에서 낙서라는 것은 환경의 지속가능성을 위협할 뿐만 아니라 관광객의 체험을 방해하는 요소로 간주된다. 본 연구는 낙서를 통한 관광행위의 본질에 도달하기 위해 기호를 통해 인간의 심연을 알아보고 이러한 기호를 만들어 내는 거대 담론체계를 하고자 했다. 이를 위해 부산의 주요 관광지에 기록된 낙서를 소쉬르와 바르트의 기호학적 방법론 원용하여 기표, 기의, 이데올로기를 도출하였다. 낙서는 사회공통의 가치와 기호체계의 종합적 특성, 인간의 심리적 구조라는 콘텍스트가 표현된 것이다. 부산은 일탈성, 대화와 소통의 장소, 희망의 공간으로 형상화되고 있는데 관광객에 의한 낙서라는 일탈행위의 위협도 있지만, 가치를 배제한다면 역설적으로 관광객의 본질에 접근할 수 있는 풍부한 소재거리가 된다. 연구결과 주로 많이 나타나는 기표에 대한 기의는 기념, 퇴행, 변화. 익명성, 투사, 사랑, 정체성으로 나타났고 이어 체험,욕망, 놀이, 구분짓기라는 관광행위의 본질이 낙서행위에 담겨져 있음을 발견하였다. 향후에는 부산과 다른 관광지의 낙서내용을 비교하여 지역의 방문행위의 차이를 찾아보고자 한다.

기원에 대한 고교생들의 의식구조 조사

Recently, there are strong controversies on the origin theories evolutionism and creationism, in high school science classes. Apart from the arguments on which theory is more scientific, we investigate the thinking structure of senior high school students (for randomly sampled, nation-wide 2300 students) on the origin of life, species, universe and on the origin-related topics. Analyses of questionaires show that 78.5% of students are concerned about the origin theories, as expected. Being quite different from general expectations, however, the creationism (41.8%) is a little more supported than the evolutionism(40.3%). And 62.3% of students support the equal time education which claims to give equal chances to teach both evolutionism and creationism in science classes.

수소화된 비정질 규소에서 수소가 전자 수송현상에 미치는 영향

Hydrogen evolution and electrical conductivity measurement of hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) prepared by DC and RF glow discharge decomposition of silane have been carried out as a function of temperature. Comparing the hydrogen evolution spectra with the electrical conductivity the relationship between hydrogen bonding configuration and the high temperature conductivity kink in a-Si:H is discussed. We suggest that the kink can be interpreted in. terms of the sample heterogeneity proposed by Harvard group.

과학기술에 대한 대학생들의 의식구조 조사

Recently, many philosophers of science are seriously worring over the ideologization of science and technology, that is supposed to be originated from the spectacular achievements of scientific methodology since rising of modern science. In this paper, we study the general thinking structure of university students on the scientific knowledge, the methodological characteristics of science, the application of scientific knowledge, the ethics of science and technology, and the relationship between the advance of science and the future of human being. Contrary to a general apprehension, this study shows that university students are still keeping a relatively sound view on science and technology.

분자진화학 연구에서 나타난 생물의 불연속성

Traditional darwinian evolutionism that argues the common roots for the origin of life is evaluated by the recent results in molecular biology. Molecular evolutionists show that clear genetic relationship among living organisms is not established at all. In particular, studies on the Molecular Evolutionary Clock Theory proposed L. C. Pauling and E. Zuckerkandl show evidences against Darwin's Tree of Life. The ribosomal RNA "clock", proposed C.R. Woese and widely accepted as one of the best molecular "clocks', requires significantly revised classification scheme of life. Moreover F. Doolittle proposed that various forms of life on the earth has multiple origins and were started through complicate interchange of genes in the community of primitive cells. Those arguments in evolutionary molecular biology are reassessed from the creationists' perspective.
