        학교 지역문화교육을 위한 지역협의체 구성에 관한 연구

        The aim of this study was to search conditions activating the regional consortium for regional culture education in schools. Results of this study are follows: the regional consortium consists of parents of students, communities, schools, school boards, public institutes, and NGO groups. The consortium contribute the educational support and development for student activities in schools. Furthermore the consortium make an offer to coordinate and facilitate the delivery of information, resources, and services to students, educators, employers, and the community. Therefore, the consortium might be best described as "matchmakers" that help ensure that our customers are able to easily connect with providers of the services they need. The consortium will be made up of a network of service providers from across its region that all collaborate in helping to connect the local education and school communities. 본 연구에서는 지역 사회의 인적·물적 자산을 활용한 문화적 체험활동 교육이 활성화되고 정착되기 위한 방안으로 학교와 지역사회가 밀접한 관계를 형성할 수 있는 지역협의체를 구성하는 안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 지역문화교육에 필요한 지역협의체에 대한 문헌연구를 수행하였고, 이와 유사한 실제 사례를 찾아 관련 전문가를 대상으로 한 심층인터뷰 결과를 정리하고 시사점을 도출하였다. 연구결과, 지역협의체는 지역특수성, 전문성, 개방성, 공공성, 지속성의 기본원칙을 전제로 하여 교육행정기관, 지자체 행정기관, 민간 및 공공기관, 학교 등의 협력을 통해 구성될 수 있다. 또한 지역에서의 문화적 체험활동의 효율적인 운영을 지원하기 위해 1) 지역사회 내 교육기부 협력기관을 모색 및 발굴·연계, 2) 지역의 교육 인프라 접근성 향상, 3) 지역의 문화 교육 자원 간 네트워크 확장, 4) 지역 내 긍정적인 담론 형성을 위한 홍보 및 인식 개선, 5) 지역문화교육 프로그램 수행 과정의 성찰 등의 역할을 수행해야 한다. 지역협의체를 통한 학교와 지역교육자원의 연계 방안은 교육자원의 유형과 교육운영 주체에 따라 분류될 수 있었고, 강동구청과 대구광역시교육청의 예를 통해 지역문화교육 지원의 구체적인 사례를 살펴볼 수 있었다. 이와 같이 본 연구에서 제안한 지역협의체의 구성은 지역문화교육의 활성화를 위한 초석을 마련해 줄 것이라고 기대해 본다.

        This paper is a study or a reactive-power compensation. Recently, the rapid development of power electronics technology and reduction of energy make it need to be studied on the various research of the reactive-power compensation by using of high switching device and GTO. So. it is discussed how to structure the source of reactive power supported by just switching elements using Power-MOSFET. which is less driving-power, easy to control. and possible to high-speed switching. and the priciple of operation and the basis characteristics. As a result of simulation and experiment, we ascertain that keep continuous unity-power factor without energy storage element and feedback control.

      • 하대정맥 폐쇄증 1예

        좌우측 측복벽과 배부에 부측순환이 현저하게 발달한 하대정맥 폐쇄증 1예를 경험하여 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. A case of inferior vena cava obstruction with the markedly developed collateral circulations on the both lateral sided of the abdomen and back in a 34 yrs old female is reported. The patient had a history of ingestion of herb medicine and oral contracptive pills intermittently for irregular mensturation and abdominal discomfort on the left lower quadrant for 12 yrs. The angiography revealed complete obstruction of inferior vents cava just below the diaphragm. Through the well developed collateral circulations, no specific treatment wart tried.

        The purpose of this study is to critically review uses that have been reported and to analyze means of employing PAC more efficiently. The extent of adsorption of synthetic organic chemicals(SOC) on PAC is strongly dependent on the type of compound being removed. The reported removals of trihalomethanes and trihalomethane precusors by PAC range from poor to very good. In selecting the point of addition of PAC, consideration must be given to the degree of mixing, the contact time between the PAC and the water, the PAC residence time, and the minimization of interference of adsorption by other water treatment chmicals, such as alum and chlorine.

        Doppler ultrasound를 이용한 교정적 치아 이동 시 치수 혈류량의 변화의 측정 : 예비실험

        교정적 치아 이동 시 지속되는 압력에 의해 혈류변화가 발생하게 되며, 이러한 변화양상에 있어서 선학들의 연구 방법 및 그 결과의 다양성이 존재하였다. 본 연구에서는 Doppler ultrasound를 이용하여, 교정치료 전과 교정치료 시작 3주, 6주 후 치수 혈류량의 연속적인 변화를 알아보고자 하였다. 만 15세 이상 환자 18명을 연구대상으로 Doppler ultrasound를 이용하여 상, 하악 6전치 중 경도의 총생(2 mm 미만)을 보이는 치아(총생측정: required space-available space)와 인접치아를 포함한 3개의 치아를 대상으로 치수 혈류량의 변화를 알아보았다. 연구결과 부위별(상, 하악), 치아별, 기간에 따른 치수 혈류량의 변화는 교정 치료 시작 전과 시작 후 3주, 6주 혈류량에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 또한 치수 생활력 상실의 내재적 위험성을 비교하고자 교정 치료 시작 전 치아별로 치수혈류량을 비교하였을 때, 상악에서는 측절치, 하악에서는 견치에서 통계학적으로 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았지만, 모든 항목에서 적은 값을 나타냈다 (p > 0.05). 본 연구의 결과는 이후에 진행될 Doppler ultrasound의 치아이동유형, 환자의 연령을 고려한 세부적인 실험 시 방법론적인 기초 자료로서 뿐만 아니라, 교정치료 시 치수 생활력의 상실에 대한 참고 자료가 될 수 있을 것이다. Objective: This study was to change of pulp blood flow among maxillary and mandibular anterior tooth with mild crowding and adjacent teeth using Ultrasound Doppler graphy. Methods: The change of pulp blood flow was measured three times using Ultrasound Doppler graphy; before the attachment of brackets, after 3 week, and after 6 week. The sample consists of 15 year old eighteen patients. Results: Before the attachment of brackets, after 3 weeks, and after 6 weeks, there were no significant differences in the change of pulp blood flow in each part (maxilla and mandible) and each tooth according to period. In addition, to compare internal dangerousness of loss of the pulp vitality, when pulp blood flow is compared in each tooth before orthodontic treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in maxillary lateral incisor and mandibular canine but it showed low values in all measurement items (p > 0.05). Conclusions: Results of this study can be not only methodological preliminary data in further study such as tooth movement type of Ultrasound Doppler graphy and particular study considered the patient age, but also reference materials for the loss of pulp vitality in orthodontic treatment.

        五加皮의 造血 및 免疫調節效果에 대한 實驗的 硏究

        In order to investigate the reinforcemental Effects of Acanthopanax Radicis Cortex about immunity and hematogenic action. The various immune responses were studied. The results were obtained as follows: 1. Positive cell was significantly increased at the 0.25 d r n P degree of density in the effect of CD4 about the spleen cell. 2. In the effect of IgG positive cell was significantly increased as comrared with the data of control only at the 0.25 mg/ml degree of density. 3. In the effect of Mac-1 positive cell was significantly increased in all treated degree of density. 4. In result of observing the change of WBC after Cyclophosphamide-processing the number of WBC was significantly increased in treated Group. 5. Measurement of RT-PCR in Hematopoietic stem cell TPO PCR products was increased as compared with medium at the 1 ㎛/ml degree of density. 6. In reinforcemental effect about Stem cell factor SCF PCR product was increased as compared with medium at the low degree of density. 7. In reinforcemental effect about IL-3 PCR product was increased as compared with medium at the low degree of density. 8. In reinforcemental effect about IL-6 PCR product was significantly increased as compared with all treated group. 9. Assay about positive cell in the spleen cell, the positive cell was significantly increased in CD4, CD19. 10. Created amount NO was treated group significantly increased all degree of density. 11. In promotional dissolution-effect, treated group was increased one and half times or twice all degree of density as compared with negative control. According to the above results, Acanthopanax Radicis Cortex increase coherence with T-cell by dint of activating CD of T-cell, presentate an antigen, activate IL-3, IL-6 which stimulate B-cell mading an antibody, activate IFN- y which appeal anti-viral activity by dint of activating macrophage, activate IgG which being made in B-cell neutralize Virus directly, increase immunity by means of promoting dissolution of Spleen cell which involve immune cell and strengthen hematogenic action by dint of activating TPO, SCF. Although Acanthopanax Radicis Cortex was used in retrogressional joint disease of deficiency syndrome by reinforcing Liver and Kidney, strengthening bones and sinews, because IFN- 7 which appeal anti-viral activity and IL-6 which almost appear in arthritis increased significantly, in future we should make an effort in looking into action of Acanthopanax Radicis Cortex about common cold by infection and arthritis of excess syndrome.

      • 급속여과공정의 진단과 개선

        Rapid sand filters in water treatment plants(WTP) is one of the most important step in order to remove fine particle including pathogens such as Criptosporidium and Giardia. Filters should be assessed based on their capability to achieve a treated water quality of less than 0.1 ntu on a continuous basis to ensure the integrity of the filtration process as a viable barrier in the treatment schme. This is less than the 1.0 ntu standard, but operation of filters to produce filterd water quality confidence that pathogens are being removed prior to the last barrier, disinfection. In this study, to optimize existing filtraiton unit process, rapid sand filteres-woking in S-WTP were evaluated for various factors. The results of comprehensive performance evaluation were followings. From the filter media analysis, effctive size and uniformity coefficient of media was 0.90~1.0 mm and 1.44~1.47, respectively. Therefore, the replacement of media is needed to optimize filter performance. Media loss was caused by air binding in the filter ed and improper operation of backwashing process. The ratio of the water used for filter washing to the amount of filtered waster was 2.5~3% curing the winter and 1~2 % in the summer. At teh beginning of a filter run, filtered water turbidity was over 0.5 ntu during about 20 min. Shorter filter run lengths was attributed to an overabundance of filter clogging algae(Synedra sp), air binding, and too much floc in the filter influent.

        사매가 Ovalbumin감작으로 유발된 천식 생쥐 모델에서 기관지염증 억제에 미치는 영향

        Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airways, characterized by airway eosinophilia, goblet cell hyperplasia with mucus hypersecretion, and hyper-responsiveness to both inhaled allergens and nonspecific stimuli. Eosinophil are important in the pathogenesis of asthma, with release of inflammatory mediators such as histamine, leukotrienes, cytokines, and IgE after exposure to allergen. Objectives : This research investigates the effect of the extract of Duchesnea chrysanta (EDC) on OVA-indued asthma murine model. Methods : After i.p of C57BL/6 mice, OVA sensitization (day 0) were challenged intratracheally with OVA on days 8 and 21. EDC administered weeks 8, blocked the airway inflammatory response to OVA assessed 24 h after the last OVA challenge on day 22. Results : The CC chemokine receptor 3 (CCR3) is expressed by eosinophils, mast cells, and Th2 cells. The role of CCR3 in a murine model of allergic skin inflammation induced by repeated epicutaneous sensitization with ovalbumin (OVA), and characterized by eosinophil skin infiltration, local expression of Th2 cytokines, and airway hyperresponsiveness (AHR) to inhaled antigen. The administration of EDC during OVA inhalation significantly reduced CCR3 plays an essential role in eosinophil recruitment to the skin and the lung and in the development of AHR.. EDC extract reduced total lung cells and eosinophils in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, airway tissue eosinophilia, goblet cell hyperplasia, mucus secretion, and peribronchial edema. The inhibitory effect on airway eosinophilia and AHR was associated with reduced levels of IL-4, IL-5, and IL-13 in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid as well as reduced serum levels of OVA-IgE. We show that OVA inhalation following OVA immunization increased airway responsiveness to induced IL-113, IL-4 and IL-5 mRNA expression in the lung tissue. The administration of EDC during OVA inhalation significantly reduced this increased airway hyperresponsiveness and also inhibited airway inflammation. Conclusions : These results support EDC as a therapeutic target in asthma and indicate that selective EDC inhibitors can reduce allergic airway inflammation.
